Although seriously, While only an idea atm, having a "utility" shop full of items that are useful such as removing tokens, etc, will probably be implemented over the coming weeks.

Far away in a place where people knew how to mediate problems there was a meeting.
If someone's being an asshat then let's punish them How do we punish them? Embargo! Ban them from our quests! Add them to our ignorelists! But wait how long do we do this for? Well we can't do it forever can we? No we can't! But how do we know when to stop? I guess if they start being a part of the community again... Good idea! But will they have a chance to? Perhaps not depleting would be a step in the right direction... Yes! Guys guys guys wait! Most of this is subjective, how do we prevent that from ruining stuff? Majority rules? Take turns acting as a sort of executive-officer-for-the-week but all decisions of the officer have to be ratified at a bi-weekly meeting by a simple majority but in the... Stop quoting monty python! Hey, he's onto something but how would we only allow members of the organization to vote? We could send eachother letters... but I guess we couldn't be anonymous Have the votes only public WITHIN our ranks What if I leakem? Then we punish you! Do I get kicked out too? Well.. umm yessss?  
Hello my name is Rophs and I'm going to form a dumb club where we don't like asshats. We'll ban them from our quests and not trade with them. Because it's my club I can decide if you can join or not but eventually we'll probably get more organized. Let's start with a simple definition of asshat... somebody who depletes resources. But the 1/1 memorystones shouldn't count. Nor should other 1/1 resources. That's it for now but if the people in my club think you're a buttface when we'll punish you!

As most of you will know by now im going to take a break from md
I dont know for how long or if ill even return fully

It has been a great 4 years inhere.
Ive met many interesting people here,made many friends and learned a lot from you

Lots of people keep saying "Oh I want to help MD" but when I ask for people to come out and do work they disappear. Some of them have valid reasons and I am not complaining about this but it is frustrating when I then lose the people who previosuly say they will work and have to do it myself.

Ok, originally, I like the purpose of the CoE.... But this, no offense, seems like a load of nonsense. You have a lengthy explanation detailing a lot of things which is great but ultimately pointless. It seems you are saying a lot without saying anything at all. It panders to pointless RP with no real purpose to the realm. Say if you were to legitimize and study the night system and become authorities and push and fight for it to be fully implemented like the original CoE was aiming for then yes, I see a point. But in so far as to what is actually here, it is all just a bunch of RP for the sake of RP and pandering positions for the sake of ego.

- An Alliance for the sake of just role playing for the sake of role playing with no basis is pointless.
- You need a real purpose, IE the night system.
- Have one focus not multiple IE a military for the sake of a military aspect. One focus is what is needed there are other alliances for that.
- Just because it was like this in the past does not make it good, it died in the past for a reason.


This may seem harsh but ultimately less is more.

I don't understand heat very much but here's a rudimentary explanation:
 
In MD creatures gain heat by fighting and players gain it by walking, saccing creats, eating cake. Heat is gained by performing actions. It's the manifestation of energy that has been used to do something. When you walk you expend the energy stored in a few action points to move from place to place, and that energy then becomes heat stored in your Elroin. When a creature does damage it gains heat equal to the number of vitality its target lost and you gain an equal amount. Heat is just another form of energy in MD.
