[/quote] I did not get this in the WP Shop. The first Festival is where Mur gave me the spell as a Gift that I asked for. I have Open-Lore and Close_Lore (this one I have never used ever). Like I said previously, anyone with me can enter after I cast the spell. I am the only one who can't enter. Would it be because of the symbols of Astricks in my name? I don't have to enter names when I use the spell. I just do the spell and the chimes go off and the gold dust appears *coughs* and then the path usually lights up to be clicked on. I have used the F5 key and it does not help. I hope this clears things up.

I cannot understand why GGG is being singled out for some players boredum. Look within yourself and not at GGG or Magic Duel. When you point a finger, do the other four fingers not point back at you? Has Cutler's creation of the Astral Plane been explored fully? I am constantly finding things within the Astral Plane to do and new things to learn. Go to Talking Rock at Gazebo of Equalibrium or touch the Attic Rope in the Paper Cabin and you can travel all over Magic Duel and not have to leave your scene or lose Action Points. Between Astral Plane Loreroot, Marind Bell and GGG, there is plenty to explore and see that you cannot reach otherwise. Cutler is constantly creating puzzles and has a million ideas. Why not get with Culter and do a round-robin of idea exchanges? Brush off your drama club skills of yesterday and try role playing with some people. Yes, some are quite silly but there are some that are quite interesting. Magic Duel isn't just about raising the stats of your creatures or fighting others anymore. It is an important part, YES. However, Magic Duel is a place where you can let your imagination run WILD. You can be anything, do anything so long as you stay withing the established guidelines. Don't know how to role play? Watch others, interact with others and learn. Magic Duel is about learning from others. Mur is the creator of Magic Duel but he is only one man. Just like the rest of us, he gets burned out and so he took a rest and rightly so. Everyone goes to him when there is something wrong or something isn't to the liking of a player. I cannot imagine what his Private Message Box looks like and I don't envy his tasks. However, he is the Creator and he will endure. What can YOU as a player, a Character in Magic Duel, DO to help Mur? I mean besides getting on your high horse and complaining? Mur has always said that Magic Duel is about the players actions, not his own that makes this Realm so great! Let US, the Characters in Magic Duel, do our parts to help Magic Duel Become! WE are responsible for the content.

I have a spell, Open Hidden Exit that will activate but I am unable to pass through. This has happend to me several times. I only have 5 casts on that particular spell. Please advise. Sage

But..they didn't do much. [/quote] Calxy of Isis was the Dojo Mistress and I was her apprentice. The system was not perfect however it was community based training area and it worked well. When Calyx left I took over and more postings were made for the dojo. It seemed, to my way of seeing things, that as soon as it was revealed that the Dojo staff had a Ban Spell, that frequent dojo abusers could be punished, steps were taken to take the dojo and the spell away. Contrary to what Chewett believes, I was not given adequate time to respond to the take over due to medical issues. On top of that, it was "decided" by senior veteran players that Mp5's were experienced and on their say so, any mp5 could be attacked viciously there. It does no good, as Firsanthalas explained, to try and help new players and up and coming Mp4 players if we are constantly and maliciously attacked every 30 min. That is why I resigned as Dojo Mistress. It is only over time that Shadowseeker has seen for him self it is not an easy job. As for spells for LHO. Not one of the many great players who were dojo staff, abused their spells as Live Help Operators. Calyx of Isis and I made sure when we took on dojo staff that they were to repeat a passage: "As Dojo Staff I realize I have a responsibility to the community of Magic Duel and I will not abuse my spells in or outside the Dojo in Marind Bell Park." Not only would .Jonn the Inquisitor not tolerate it, I know for a fact that Grido would come down hard on any LHO who abused their spells. We have a responsibility to Magic Duel, to Mur, and to the new players and current ones of this Game. Do changes need to be made? Certainly. Should the Sparring Grounds be moved out of the main traffic area? In my opinion, it should be moved in an area that Mp3 and Mp4 frequent the most but still out of the way of frequent traffic. I'v had my 2 silver coins worth to say and will get off my soap box now.

Falen Angel has made it publicly known that she has neglected certain Alliances and high profile names when it comes to the Sisterhood smooching. She has even gone so far as to have an imaginary day planner and checking off names as she smooches someone! To be fair, I have seen that she has a No to Kissing list so if anyone one objects, their name will be placed on her Hate Page and will have no fear of an Angelic kiss. Just to warn you, Windy has no such list nor do any of the other Sisters. Not that many go to the extent as Windy and Falen Angel do. As far as a Brotherhood goes, there isn't any. As a retired member of the Sisterhood, I heard such talk but none have had the nads to try out Hood the Sisterhood. A figment of imagination yet to be that brave...or foolish! *throws down the gauntlet* Viva La Sisterhood!

Character development takes time and hard work. Sometimes it can be a brilliant work and sometimes you just have to crumble up the scroll, throw it over your shoulder and start from scratch. As Tarquinus stated, be true to your self and don't worry about what others may say. You have already met new friends in your adventuring here in Magic Duel and every day is a learning process. I have 4 notebooks that are full of information, scripts, names of characters who don't play anymore, and secrets that are no longer secret. You might want to get yourself a notebook too and keep jotting stuff down. Dates and sever times are very important for some things as well. One of these days I am going to have to go through them and make files of what I want to keep!

I too,think a message should pop up when Marind Bells gate is clicked on but as there was a lack of co-operation back then, I doubt it will change now. Calyx of Isis had also talked about moving the Dojo elsewhere, but that too, never got off the ground. Until a round table of ideas are seriously looked at and implemented, there will be no changes. I would LOVE to be proven wrong.
