I would like to share my experience when I was a noob (I might still be a noob coz there is still lots I dun know) When I first started, I used IE to play MD and use IE to vote. Some links say vote but after clicking them there was no vote link available. Then 1 day I used my Ipod to vote and I saw that the links that never showed vote links now have vote links. I experimented with a different browser and saw that vote links are available but not for IE users. I then started to use different browser to do my votes. I'm not IT savvy so I felt maybe with IE, when I click on the link, IE just votes for me automatically. (I used another browser because I didnt like the idea of IE voting for me, I prefer to manually click the vote button) Maybe that is the reason for the lack of voting, its coz IE doesnt display the vote links?

wow... backdated too? How abt back dated only to a maximum of 1 or maybe 2? Then everybody get 1 for every year after that. For those that hates vets for always getting an advantage, I think an advantage of 2 WP is bearable.

Errr... dont fix it if its not broken? Anyways, i like the Guardians non colored. The whole black and white look fits the whole MD mystique. If we start coloring them, there will be expectations that backgrounds and what not be also be colored. As for adding MD Shop crits to the Loreroot Guardians or the Shop Guardians, that would make it even harder for players to beat them. To a vet its just another group of creatures to destroy, but to non vets it means more grinding and training before hitting on them. Adding colored crits means adding more power.... I know life is not easy, but do we need to make it even harder? I wont comment on Necro, GG or MB having Guardians too since I am a citizen of Loreroot. (it would be interesting though to see that happening)

Quest like this gives serious quest makers a bad name. Its totally luck! Where is the challenge?

@Kafuuka Nope, nobody can buy WP. My example is only to show that the player has been active and voting, and that MD gains from the voting, justifying the active days. And as a veteran (though sometimes I feel like a noob with all the changes), I dont mind if the counter starts from zero for everyone if it gets implemented. No more arguments about veterans getting another advantage.

Just my 2 pence. Besides the many points pointed up, I would just want to address the issue of being "active". There were some who questioned the rationale of rewarding a player who just logs in for a minute to get active status. I too am uncomfortable with such players getting a reward. My idea is to reward players by the number of times they click the free credit links. Example: A player has clicked 7200 times get a WP. The example above shows that the player has log in and voted for 300 days. Assuming that the free credits link stays at 24 perpetualy. Its a win win situation as MD gets paid for the links clicked and the player is rewarded. Even if we argue the fact that the player only votes in MD and doesnt do anything else in MD, just think of it as an appreciation from my MD for helping out. Can an alt also do that? That would be an issue that we need to continue to debate on.

May I suggest a template for those that wants to submit. It will help for interested parties to organize the information.

Agrees that such a WP will be useful. I know a few players that are in skill damage, and its hard work getting back to positive. It is like sprinting up a hill. One need victories but are vulnerable to attacks that will make them lose more. A WP that helps balance will definitely help them.

Agrees with Udgard. Though it is not a priority that will help the game, but it would be nice to have a neater adept page.

Rstrict the MP3 and MP4. Its a competition, not an open day for noobs. If there is no restriction, allow no MP restriction. Lets see if the noob wants the risk of getting their a** kicked!

Strip Attack? How about the spell actually strips the player, take a webcam pic and post it in MD? More interesting.... hehehehe Ok, on a more serious note, effects only 1 attack is not worth it. Make the spell last for an hour, and the farmer will run for the hills. 2 cast until next spell regeneration and bury it in shop to avoid abuse.

The ID is for participating players. The names they hold is dfferent. The names they are holding is the key to my questions.

A fair question. Some hold the right answers, and some dont. If I notice that a player is not giving out the Name I gave, I will pass the name to another player. As in all quest, there is always the possibility that answers are leaked to friends. And only friends are given the WP. Here is another tip to my quest, there are actually 11 questions with 11 right answers. I give out 5 questions at any 1 time. It wouldnt be long for you guys to fgure that out. So I might or might not add another question in the next few days. I also do not like to give out only 1 WP because of a certain player who is always winning quest *cough*dst*cough* I try to be fair for all participants, and my apologies in advance if it looks like its not.

Thanks Darigan for answering. First off, yes, server time as in 00.00 You just ask randomly any players that you see if they have a name from my quest. The ids are just a help in case you cant find any players who has a name. Also, I cant give the right questions as I do not what answers you already have. *wink*

You must answer with the names given and who you got the name from before the server resets. The first 3 players to get it right will win a WP. Note: The questions are always rotating, so different players will get different set of questions. If you got the answers wrong, you can only ask for a new set of questions when the MD server resets. Love the idea. I do agree the possibility of players logging out, but the hardcore players will get a chance of chasing each other around fighting. Should be interesting if implemented.

Getting lost is a way of life. It is nature's way of rebooting ourselves. It is a reminder of what we are suppose to be doing. People with no goals, purpose or direction never gets lost. It is better to know one is lost and to be able to look for a direction than to not even know one is lost! Step back from what you are doing, reevaluate what you were doing or what you plan to do. Sometimes we are so passionate in what we are doing, so deep in what we have planned, we lose sight of the big picture. Some take a vacation, some take a little break....... Have a smoke, grab some coffee, go out..... watch the people around you and get some perspective. Go clubbing, get sloshed! Just remember you are only lost if you choose to stay lost. Life is full of options, you are what you choose to be.

From my experience, everyone likes the power of control, the control of their own destiny. MD is unique in that it allows you to be what you want to be. You get to choose what you want to do. Some will excel, while others will fail because of years of being told to conform to the structure that is given. MD does not have a structure that you need to conform to. You get to control your own direction, you make your own choices. That said, decide on the advices given above, choose what your heart tells you to.

I like the way things are now. No changes to the system. But have a guild of sorts that deals with overpowered MP3 and MP4. Let the guild decide or force anyone to the next level. Participation of guild could be representative of all lands.

Feb is a unique case. Overpowered mp3 and mp4 usually try their best to lay low and not be detected by the radar. Feb has chosen to boast about his exploits which exposes himself as overpowered. There are precedents where overpowered Mp3 or Mp4 be forced to the next level, and I believe Feb qualifies for it. He likes to show off his exploits in beating MP5s, let him beat us as MP5. I dont see any benefits in him staying at MP3. Agrees to petition to bring Feb to MP5.
