Correct me if I am wrong but the most tedious part of the MDNP is arranging and editing right? If I am right, current active writers from the previous MDNP is Chewy, Grido, Burns, Firsanthalas, Gremlin and myself. And I can spot other good writers out there like Tarq and Adiomino. Thats potentially 8 writers for the paper, not counting new players who might be just as good. I know aphopys was an editor. And he is still active. The problem here is finding that one person who will glue us all together. Curi, find that ONE person who is willing to consolidate the articles and put them in the correct format. It might sound too heavy but it is not a one man show. The ONE will be assisted by others who will help to edit and collect articles. When Gargant was running the show, I never reported to him, I reported to Aphopys who reports to him. Find the ONE!!!

You can start with the MDNP. There are lots of players who can write. Go thru the previous editions and you will find contributors still active in the game. You just need someone to consolidate the articles. Like what Kafuuka said, have it every month even if its only 2 to 3 pages long. Do not make an epic edition of a 100 pages or something. Start with something simple to keep the ball rolling, and the most important thing, keep the momentum going. As for helpers, as long as you do not insist on players joining MDA, you will find players from other alliances helping you out.

I like Tipu's idea. Players get instant reward without Mur having a headache on what goodies to give.

As most quest go, only the participants will benefit from it when they win a WP. This quest is intended to benefit the game as well by making the name #magicduel a trending topic. Without giving too much away, the quest forces participants to tweet about MagicDuel. The rules to the quest will be posted when the quest starts. The whole quest will be played in Twitter without any in game involvement. The Forum will be used for communication purposes only.

Need some feedback please. I know there are not alot of players that are using twitter, but I would like to know how many are using twitter. I will be starting a quest soon using ONLY twitter, with WPs as rewards. This quest will be special because not only players will be given an opportunity to win WP, but the quest will help advertise MD in Twitter with the hope that Twitter users will know more about MD. I do not need your Twitter id, just say yes or no. Btw, if you do not have a Twitter id, now is an opportunity for you to sign up and learn how to use it. Advantage goes to players who knows how to use the Twitter well to win the quest. I should be starting the quest at the end of the month.

I am speaking on my own personal accord and in no way are my comments representing fellow grinders. I too am one of those that attacks everything that moves. Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose. I balance the situation with a tree in my defense. When I win, players complain I am destroying their crits, and when I lose, players complain I give them too much xp. Anyways, I just wanna say that there are some players that I do not attack because they have asked that they do not wish to be attacked. I will normally honour their request because they have asked nicely and politely. I will ignore those that are rude and getting angry for being attacked. My point is speak to Eon politely or any of the grinders, and you will be surprised how nice we are.

Christmas is gone and another New Year beckons! Lets share our new year’s resolutions. Not talking about your RL ones but in MD. I’ll start it off! 1. I want to organize at least 1 quest per month. 2. I will try to earn at least 1 WP in every 2 months 3. I want to get a pair of Morphs 4. I also want to help promote MD via Twitter (First Twitter quest should be starting in early January after I get over my hang over)

Totally on board with the idea. Its motivation for low MPs to level up.

Agree with dst. Choose an alliance based on its principles and beliefs. Decide if you want to be a citizen of that land. The gains are just a little extra that should never be a factor. Alliance hopping is frown upon!
