contestants will be unable to cast spells and will unable to be targette by spells That seems a bit excessive to me. I could agree to restrictions on teleportation spells, but no movelock, attacklock, silvertongue, etc? Why?

That is another way it could work, but if I do it that way, I'm more afraid that the number of people who produce something as a result of the procession will be rather small. I am awaiting confirmation for rewards from the TKs currently and will update the main post with them - another reason for which I would rather not change the way the event is held now. As for the time, most likely starting somewhere between 21:30 - 22:00 ST. I'll announce in the mood panel. -
Multiple WP for more difficult WP quests

Not really liking this because I feel it lessens the idea of a wishpoint (rewarding multiple wishpoints to the same winner at one quest. E.G. 3 WPs for 1st place). -

Could it be possible / doable to add the ability to directly input the % of influence you want to use in combat, in addition to the slider bar? In other words, could we edit the number directly as well, rather than just by using the slider? (hope I'm explaining this correctly and clearly and that I'm making sense).

The Sixth I had a solo, unannounced little thing. Have a little read if you want :) (logs) [spoiler] : Aeoshattr sits down on the shore quietly : Aeoshattr hums a slow, languid tune and rolls his cloak off his shoulders, leaving himself bare-chested : Aeoshattr runs his thumb over the rim of the rather large, circular hole in the middle of his chest : Aeoshattr slowly and carefully extracts the mechanical heart from his chest, fresh flesh having already started to grow upon it like moss : Aeoshattr rests the heart on the grass next to him, watching it bleed a pitch-black fluid Aeoshattr: *leans his head to the side slightly, his hood falling off his head as he looks down at the mechanical heart* Cosy little place you found. Aeoshattr: *takes the mechanical heart back in his hand, gently turning it around and tracing every little cog and bolt with his fingertips* Still... you skip and miss beats. Aeoshattr: Patchwork piece. A little from here, a little from there. I do not know what keeps you together. Aeoshattr: I sometimes believe that you're so broken, that through some bizarre, twisted miracle you still work. : Aeoshattr taps his fingers on the heart a few times Aeoshattr: Must get lonely in there... Even after death, hmm? It doesn't seem to ever give you a rest. Aeoshattr: Alone from your very first day... From the very first time we saw through you... Aeoshattr: *taps his fingertips along the heart, mimicking a walking man* Alone every little step on the way. Aeoshattr: *drops the heart in the grass* Alone when you fell. : Lintara halts from a run and quietly watches while trying to make sense of what's going on Aeoshattr: And alone when you broke. Even though we were looking in through you the whole time. Aeoshattr: That you had to face. Aeoshattr: And what did you do? Aeoshattr: Oh I know what you did... We all know. *lifts the mechanical heart up in front of his eyes and looks at it as it drips the black fluid, which seems to crawl from the grass back into his cloak* Aeoshattr: You remembered. Aeoshattr: And now... because of you... we all remember. Aeoshattr: And now... because of you... you are alone even in this deathless death. Alone from the very beginning, until the bitter end. : Aeoshattr chuckles softly at the mechanical heart, shaking his head in a rather amused manner, then carefully places it back inside the hole in his chest : Lintara tilts her head, still confused but keeping quiet Aeoshattr: We know who you... who we are. We remember. You broke your wall. : Valoryn stops and scratches his head Aeoshattr: *grins, beginning to mouth a name* E...*turns his head, and quickly closes his mouth, his cloak rushing back over to cover his chest* . : Lintara glances to Valoryn and shrugs lightly : Valoryn gives a confused look at Lintara and keeps listening quietly Aeoshattr: *chuckles, eyeing the crowd, then glancing down at his chest* Cheeky thing, aren't you? My sincere apologies to the participants whom I may have inconvenienced. I am afraid RL managed to do what it does best, which is butt in at the worst possible time. Since in the end, actually less than half of the participants appeared to actually be interested in the quest and due to the general lack of interest I have faced so far, I am hereby postponing this quest indefinitely. I am faced with an extremely undetermined schedule for the coming months, and I do not know for sure when I will have the time to hold this. This 'quest' has been very consuming from the very beginning (planning, advertising, etc), almost like pulling teeth you could say. Ironically, this it is extremely fitting for The Sixth, and I consider it a conclusion in itself. Apologies again, for indefinitely postponing this for those who were genuinely interested in it; I may hold a brief sermon on The Sixth, or I may not. As I said, I perceive this as a fitting conclusion in itself. -

Translation: [spoiler] I will do my best to hold a series of three events every 2 weeks, with time and locations to be announced in this topic. For each such event, I will hold a brief talk on a certain aspect of the Night within MD, and then I will give a slightly "free" reign for praise to the Sky, Night and various celestial bodies. There will be a theme word, which I will announce in this topic; feel free to create any sort of art starting from that word: story, poem, drawing, themed cupcake, song, etc. Post it here (so that I can save it and not miss it if it simply pops up in the chat) and then bring it to the procession to present to the other participants (in RP, obviously). I will take upvotes and downvotes into consideration, so please cast votes carefully.. The only rule is that you use the word given, preferably in a creative, interesting way, and keep it related to the Night (keeping its IRL or MD symbolism, I will accept both) . The type of art you use is irrelevant, as long as it can represent the word given and it can be presented to an audience clearly in a short amount of time. Rewards will be announced for each event (depending on sponsors), however I will personally award the most impressive art display for each event with 1 hour of nightmode, when the winner will request it. [/spoiler] Rewards!: [spoiler] Participants will be awarded points for each event from the series, as well as a reward from me, as follows: 1st place: 10 points + 1 hour Nightmode (activated upon request) 2nd place: 7 points 3rd place: 5 points all others: 2 points The points from all events shall be summed up for each individual participant and at the end of the series, the winner is the one with the most points accumulated at the end, regardless of which / how many events they participated in (however it is obviously better to attend multiple events, to be able to score more points). The rewards for the series are as follows: 1st place: Rustgold Drachorn 2nd place: 1 common item (picked by me, from my inventory) + choice of locate or movelock stone 3rd place: remaining spellstone from 2nd place ALL participants will receive Silver Coins numerically equal to the amount of points scored at the end of the series. Since I don't know where else this would fit better, I figured "New Ideas" is a good option. Please feel free to move it if it fits somewhere else better. In a nutshell, I wanted to suggest that functionless or purely experimental clickables, scene add-on art or simply scene titles could be hidden or removed. As examples: Scene description/title at Defensive Quarters exterior (stating it's a testing area and that weird notifications should be ignored); Chewett's clickable box thing at Marind's fishy fountain (Marind's Roundabout? Forgot the name of the scene); the dynamite at Fenth's Press; the weird rain collectors at War Hold. The list could go on and, if necessary, I could compile such a list. I honestly am not aiming to be rude or anything, but some of these clickables are both functionless (see the rain collectors and distillers or whatever they are at War Hold) and voluminous (same example), and may even make clicking other functioning items difficult (dynamite at Fenths Press). I just wanted to suggest that they are hidden from view (and interaction) until they are complete in function; game admins or perhaps people with access to scripting or A25 tools should still be able to see and change them (in my opinion) but your average player shouldn't be able to see them (again, in my opinion). I find some of them very encroaching and bothersome. Could this be done? Is it rude of me to suggest this? Thanks for your time.

Yes! For some people, roles can actually mean almost entirely different characters. Aaaaand Yes! Exactly - there will be no need to actually 2 (or more) different avatars, but there will be an option for it!

Simply swapping between currently owned tags/titles using the existing interface. I thought since one can swap their title/description, it would be more dramatic if they could also attach an avatar to the titles they have.
