  1. 1. Mur's death was an act of self sacrifice in order for Mur to develop into the next "stage" of Mur-ness, Lash was merely the tool used to have this happen.

    2. Lashtal's lack of selfishness allowed this to happen (if he'd been selfish, he wouldn't have killed mur at mur's request, or he would have killed mur for reasons of his own).

    3. Contradictory almost, Lash wanted to kill mur, to satisfy Mur's wish to "advance" (level up? attain a higher... something?), thus allowing for the opposite interpretation of LAShTAL.

    4. The secret is, Mur wanted to be murdered.

  2. 1. Lash has some sort of deathwish (either to die at the hand of mur, or because he killed mur, or so he can be reborn, not sure)

    2. Mur's death is to facilitate someone's rebirth (either Mur, or Lash, or both?)

    3. Lash is trying to anger Mur/get his attention

    4. There is some kind of secret involved (either on Mur's end or Lash's)

    5. Somebody wants someone else's job/role, and by Murdering Mur, that role potentially could be taken (what role/job i'm not sure, nor by whom)

  3. By destroying Mur (murdering him), He was liberating him.

Lashtal has some insight/understanding that it is time to face the New, and let go of the old.

Because unless someone did this (murdered Mur), MD would remain stagnant and the transformation into the new couldn't happen.

Lashtal was deceived (either by himself, or by others) into thinking that he was doing this because it needed doing, but he really was partially wanting to, thus this act satiated his desire.

Lashtal doesn't want there to be any gods in MD / desires a lack of a god.

Lashtal needed to obtain peace, which could only be gotten by the wisdom gained by murdering Mur.

    To gain Immortality.

He wanted to release Mur (by murdering him) because he loved him.

  4. Title: Guardian's Echo
    Recipient: WHisper
    Authorities:
    Granting authority: Zleiphneir
    Confirming authority: Intrigue

I honestly don't know if I'm qualified to confirm this title (it was awarded to WHisper during my prolonged absence), However, I can do so, if needed, based upon my own observances over the last 10 months or so.

    *edited for spelling

  5. To bring Mur into Necro

    To learn from Mur

    Because he wanted to!

because the mandrake told you to?

the shades wanted you to in exchange for passing around that dark water

to gain access to the crypt and field of fear?

To be killed himself in retaliation for killing Mur?

Because the signal in the LAST AL went out, and this time Mur dying was part of the assignment?

  6. 1. Killer is/was tired of waiting on "soon", so decided to get his attention by murdering him

    2. Killer considers him/herself a God as well, and killed mur to prove this point

    3. Killer is experimenting/researching all aspects of the kill/revive process because nobody just gives out that information

    3. Killing is the only form of retaliation that can get a lot of folks attention without too much information being given out.

  7. 1. To see if enough people would try to revive

    2. to see if anyone cared enough to try to revive

    3. to experience death firsthand (i don't know if this is the first time Mur's been killed?)

    4. To overthrow the power in the east and take over (like back in the middle ages where you had to kill the king to take over)

    5. Story progression after Azull and Rhaegar in adventure log

  8. Skills: creative writing, idea generating, spell/grammar checking, story telling, forum digging for info, some artistic stuffs (may not be MD style though)

    Interests: Research, stories, art

What I'd like to work on: anything to do with writing skills or forum hunts (no code related, I can't code at all) or anything that could work with the skills listed above

  9. I may be totally wrong, but i always associated heat with mindful effort exerted, or concentration.

Such as... if i'm concentrating really hard on something, I may not be exerting a ton of physical effort, but the mental degrees of effort are still there (it's kind of how I view spells and combat related heat).

If I'm trying to go somewhere, and the viscosity is thick or I'm on "not my homeland" territory (which is "unfamiliar"), then i'm expending physical effort as well as mental (making a conscious effort to get from point a to point b).

Eating cake.. that one I'm a bit fuzzy on but I'd assume it could be something like taking a med to increase one's focus, and that's why it increases heat as well.

I'm sure that there's probably other ways that I'm not thinking of at the moment, but the first two are just things that i noticed a long time ago and assumed was the connection.

    1. Intrigue
    2. 104866
    3. 3 mo
    4. i can make up pretty good stories on the run, good at climbing trees, collecting pebbles, skipping stones across water, tying daisy chains, doodling on people, and just general goofy behaviors.
    5. Will not do anything to cause or allow harm to come to Tree, will not give away rare items or creatures.
    6. 25%
    7. no min
    8. should be able to make the main event, unless rl chaos (won't know until last minute if chaos)
  10. I have a hard time deciding between Time and imagination.. Time continues onwards both ahead and behind and isn't limited by things the way one's imagination can be, however, imagination can mould and shape you and things around you in ways that can be useful or harmful, as one's mind has so much control over one's reality.

No man's land... because, well... I wasn't really affiliated with any land for much of my time in MD, other than deciding to hang out with Tree and Z, and that was long before there was an alliance there.

Fire because it can harm you or help you, light the way or blind you, it all depends on how you use it.
