1. Rask purposefully ignored the rules I had set for the Land and was actively working against me. He was invited into Necrovion out of my respect for Khalazdad even though he made very clear his plans to take over the Crown. He spent the majority of his time teaching people about the Desert and telling people I was not worthy to rule Necrovion, even though those were both against my laws. I told him not to insult my reign in public and not to refer to Necrovion as a Desert, and the next day caught him telling new players that inside the Howling Gates was the Desert and trying to educate them about it. While he did not say that Necrovion was a Desert, telling people that asked about Necrovion about the Desert instead is tantamount to the same thing. I very clearly stated that if he continued I would take action against him, and he responded that I should stop talking and just do it already, and insulted my reign once more. Since this was not the attitude of someone who was going to change their ways, I did as he asked and exiled him.
2. Asyun was banned from Necrovion for multiple reasons. Initially I had warned her against insulting people inside Necrovion and saying they did belong there, as she did with Amoran when she was at the Accursed Growth. Aysun had no reason to say that Necrovion despised Amoran for being there, yet she did. After I warned her multiple times, she refused to stop doing so. Aysun also spread false information about how Necrovion worked to players, and after I corrected the information Aysun chose to continue spreading it. As King I cannot tolerate players in my land working towards the ignorance of others regarding such important knowledge. These alone would have been reason enough for me to exile her, but Pamplemousse was defending her, back when I was listening to Pamplemousse's advice. She said she would take on Aysun and train her not to present things as fact when they were clearly false, but Pamplemousse failed to change how Aysun acted. As soon as Pamplemousse was no longer Queen (which is explained elsewhere) there was nobody to protect Aysun. Aysun chose that day to publicly insult me and to blatantly spread false information, so she was banned.
3. The Rebels used to be citizens, and were at the time of rebelling, yes. However, check your homeland. I am not preventing you from participating in a Quest, I'm preventing you from winning what I sponsor it with. If the person who made the Quest still wishes to reward you, I will not take any action against them.
4. You are the one causing the turmoil, standing outside the Gates and bickering all day, insulting people just because they don't agree with you. Also, as King I do indeed speak for Necrovion, and you are not even part of the land anymore.
5.
This is the most immediate clause I can find regarding unnecessary rebel abuse. The king's rebel queller is there to serve the purpose of thwarting the rebels- cutting them out of things such as quests is unnecessary and could be considered unnecessary abuse against those who fight for a larger issue at hand. Therefore, I ask the quest maker to reconsider on this basis. Also, Jester, last time I looked at the rules of Necrovion, there weren't any, so I have no idea where you are claiming such a thing- besides the fact that you cannot possibly stop any of us from making quests if we choose to do so. edit for Jester's edit since he didn't want to make a new reply post: For a policy that is not listed anywhere at all, I feel I was perfectly in the right to inquire about it. I still consider the exclusion of rebels from quests created by its citizens to be unnecessary abuse. Until I see something in the land rules about what you're talking about, I am going to consider this stance the doing of the quest maker. If you yourself make it an official 'policy' as you put it, then I will have to pursue my belief of this being rebel abuse. AGAIN since Jester is intent on deleting my posts (which you also so kindly admitted to do in game- thank you, it made a lovely screen cap): Jester, if you wish to make this an official policy, put it into the official land rules in game. I do not see why this is such a difficult request. Until then, anyone excluding rebels from quests will be seen to be doing it out of personal preference and not an order of the king.
I was not deleting your posts because they were from you, but because you posted them in the wrong section. The Necrovion Wish Points are mine to give out to Citizens of Necrovion. I do not consider Rebels to be true Citizens of Necrovion. If this is truly rebel abuse, then I will change my stance, but I do not believe that it is. I did not ban you from making quests, I banned you from using Necrovion WPs to make them. You can still use your own rewards, and you can still participate in Necrovion quests to win things that aren't Necrovion's WP, if the person making it wishes. Edit: I sent a message to the staff. We will have answer soon enough.
6. For the last time Aysun, make your post in a new topic. This is not the place for bickering. I will continue to delete your posts as long as they are in this topic, but you are free to start a new one.
7. I can confirm or deny details if any entrants want my perspective on it.
8.
Necrovion rebels are still citizens of the Land, therefore you cannot discriminate. As a side note, as you are even younger than me in the land, I hope you are not the one judging the submissions.
She is not discriminating, I am. I am the one that made the rule that Necrovion rebels cannot make quests or receive the codes to make a quest of their own. If you wish to rebel against me, you will not be receiving my assistance. Aysun, complaining about my policies on a player's first quest page is highly disrespectful. Find another topic to do so.
9. Me and Awiiya had an argument of sorts on YIM, but that was unrelated to this. While talking to him I remembered I'd been meaning to test whether he could be moved and what would happen. Trees can be moved and planted again with no harm done to the tree. Randomly using spells is basically what I do, when I turned 666 I moved 2/3 of MD's active people to Tunnel of War for fun. I'm not sure why you've decided to be offended now. If spells can't be used as a toy, whats the fun in having them? Curiose, your Necrovion envoy status was removed weeks ago, you must have gotten confused.
10.
An empty post, from an unworthy ruler. Jester, If I was a Necrovion, then your action to transport Awiiya as you did, for personal reasons, would have been enough on its own to cause me to rebel. However, that is not all you have done. Anyone who needs to know what you have done in your abuse of position already knows, so I will not outline them here, but you cannot count me amongst your friends. When I met you, you where a good man. When I knew you, you had great plans for this realm. Who you are now is a nameless scoundrel, one I have never known before, nor wish to know.
My editing seems to be malfunctioning (or I can't figure it out, I haven't been on the forum in 2 months), so I will reply as soon as I figure this out.
11. This experiment did not work. It was my fault for treating pamplemousse like an equal. I did not realize that pamplemousse was the kind of person that is manipulated easily. Since I was not controlling her, keith decided to. He turned her against me with almost no effort at all. pample is far too weak to be a queen or any type of leadership position. I had high hopes for her, and she trashed them because keith moon told to her to. pample is no longer queen of any sort.
12.
The Shades have not acted. I don't know why and I don't care.
This is why you will not be King.
13.
Granted Jester, but being obvious about not being so has never been a trait of Necrovion. However, that really isn't the point I was making - the point is that by comparison on this thread you have no stance any better than Rask in terms of motivations for the land for anyone reading. So far at least. Z
Now you're simply going in circles. My plans will be posted in a separate topic, I do not want my vision for Necrovion to be merely a side note to a post about someone else trying to take over my Throne.
14.
Jester you arn't being open at all and state all this time you have been fixing what the dynasty broke but again arnt being open about how or why. You want opinions, but your chosen Queen wants the topic shut down. Z
Being open about how and why you do things has never been a trait of Necrovion.
15.
It seems we have one thing in common, that we both have a vision for what the land should be. I have declared my vision. What of your intentions for the land?
You will see shortly. I have said enough today, I want to see how other's respond.
16. Under the care of the Khalazdad Legacy the land Necrovion fell apart, and the people I was able to work with in Necrovion were driven away. Under my care, the land is almost back to where it was before your family took over. Once I finish repairing the damage your people have done I will begin to change Necrovion into what I see it needs to be.
17. The Legacy entrusted to me was not one of a split up family who could do nothing without Khalazdad's guidance. The legacy I care for is of the Land of Necrovion. I will not hinder you, but you will not have the Crown. You are a new MP4, fresh out of the wasteland with very little experience and likely little knowledge of Necrovion. You want the land simply because you are related to an important person, not for any good reason. Your family had their chance.
18.
I am Rask, first born son of Khalazdad, first King of Necrovion, gotten from the womb of his favorite wife, born within the barren walls of Deathmarrow. I was bathed in sand and branded for the Shades before I knew the caress of the living. I have emerged from my self-imposed isolation in the desert. I have sand in my skin and in my blood. I wish to claim my birth right.
I removed the Khalazdad Dynasty when I became King. Your birthright is your genetics, no more is it political.
19. Fear and rejoice, Necrovion gains a new ruler. Pamplemousse is now officially the Queen of Necrovion, and will rule the dark land alongside King Jester. The Queen has full authority in land affairs and her word on any matter carries the same weight as the King's.
20. The main problem isn't being fixed, so it'd be nice to fix the side effects. Tell you what, I'll help you guys out. MP3 who enter Necrovion with a torch will be capped, for MP4 I'll think up more creative things.
21. Happy Birthday, and you're still my favorite LHO Inquisitor.
22. Thanks, my birthday was actually on March 31st, but in Romania it was April Fools day there when it was my birthday here, so that worked out nicely. I would have posted this sooner, but I don't think I was able to type coherently.
23.
Aye, and I think anyone that tried to invade any of these lands would find themselves against a very aggressive standing army. Many who belong to any land feel as I do, a deep rooted loyalty to its protection and progression. Not only would it cause a diplomatic whirlwind, but also it would mean aggression against a neutral land. I hope that one day neutral lands get kings also, just because you have a king doesn't mean your a part of a military stand. However, if another King were to be insane enough to try to capture the Tribunal, they would have to get through me. I'm sure Assira, Elthen, Sephirah, and others would say the same. Neutrality doesn't mean letting a military group try to take over. Only that the lands/alliances themselves can't initiate most kinds of military action.
Yes, how could I possibly defeat the 4 of you with my max Drachorn ritual and 60 alliance seats? MDA is even more pathetic, a few archivists and a single legend speaker. Face it, if a main land wanted to take a neutral one by force you couldn't do anything about it unless you got a different main land to help you. However neutral lands aren't there to be taken over, they have a set purpose. If there were alliances to take over they would have to be part of one of the 4 main lands.
24.
Ok I have already found a problem with non-land players having only 90 action points. Simply the ability to get into locations with 100AP requires you to have a land. For example I would have to be part of Marnidbell. I understand the incentive is to increase the incentive to join a land more so then before but complete restriction of certain areas which where not restricted before is not an effective method. If things stay like this I can expect a large amount of people to disappear by the end of next month without fail. You cant simply change one thing and expect to get away with it. When you change something everything else has to change with it.
The entire point of lowering the max AP for people without a land is so that they have to work harder to get into places that require 100 AP to enter. You expect a bunch of people to leave because they need a burst to get into Angien's Shrine? Requiring someone to know game mechanics to enter an area promotes interest in the game, it doesn't lessen it.
