Well, Ghost/Cloak spells already do the Sanctuary, basically. But some abilities or locations that prevent skill damage would be cool.

I'm ok with the concept that you can use land loyalty to decrease viscosity even if you aren't citizen of that land (but you were before), but, the problem is that those that are very loyal to their homelands and don't want to temporary join other ones to gain some traveling advantages suffer. Perhaps there should be some bonuses for "very loyal" people. Some kind of proportional increase of stats in fights when they fight in their homelands?

I do that Tal, but still, when you have some 40 rituals to unbind...

Yes Maeb, but I'm talking about the ability to make someone a citizen without inviting him or her to an alliance. I've noticed several people with Necrovion citizenship around, who could have only gotten it after Jester's "downfall". I'm concerned mostly about this because our land, Marind Bell, gets its people mostly on the level of citizenship, while the alliances are the next advanced steps.

But recruiting new citizens is ok? It doesn't fit in reward/punish sections.

I have the same issue as Maebius when I tried to check multiple clickables - but, it works when I click on the name of one clickable in the list.

Also, do the rules allow for one of the people to drop citizenship of a land, just to be able to be nominated by his "previous" fellow citizens? Because there are several examples of land changing, even jailtime (nadrolski, tho he might have been released, I don't remember), which makes them eligible for nominations. For example, Jester was the king of Necrovion, up till recent. Some people have influence in certain lands like they are their citizens (Pipstickz with Necro and Tribunal), because they actually were before. The rule is so made in rush, and it sucks, plainly. It has major flaws, doesn't take a lot of things in consideration.

Ravenstrider always roleplayed when interacted in MD, unless you define roleplay as strictly using asterixes in every line. He gave a good visualization of his character, you could feel that he was a part of MD.

I support that entirely, Grido. I'll avoid praising Maebius so I don't seem like I'm piling up subjective lines due to him and I being friends and of same alliance, but I'll make a point about the Rookie award - it was always a troublesome one with controversial rules (making a limit on AD in the previous contests which didn't cover the whole year), and now finally, the "no man's land" of AD (between end of the year and Christmas awards) is being covered as well.
