1. A Skull with its tongue out x) Let's say like the Sentinel one, with that tongue addition. Simple, but straight-forward.
2. anyone who wishes to take my Apprentice Axe, contact me! But I wish an MB resource item in exchange

3. I really don't see any land using its History category properly, so I wouldn't jump at Necrovion for this. I think that every land should have its own historians, cause that's what a land prestige requires it to, but it's a thing that community should develop on their own, not pointed by you Mur like they are missing an obligation. I think whole realm is too used that they should follow some game mechanic rules, and nobody cares to create some kind of state identity, institutions. I am still of belief that communities should create their own social systems, cause while you're pointing on how should people rule themselves, you're ruining the observing role you (I figure) wanted? What's the point of having psychology observation experiment if you tell people how to act? A side note, I haven't seen an article by the archivists for years now, regarding anything.
4. Tutorial Quest Updated and Edited - 3 whole new steps! Read the Quests page at MD topbar for more information!

5. so they said about drachorn lair... Morrowind creeps say "Talk is cheap", so, I would like an answer too.
6. Tutorial Campaign Quest is becoming clickable-only! Knowledge is the only reward now!

7. abuse can be done once, it is wrong only when repeated? oh, this is epic My opinion: If Seigh silenced dst without reason (using the public spell), he should be warned proper way. If Dst silenced Seigh via a mouthsewing kit, she should be warned in proper way, retaliation is not an excuse for abuse (ooo it rhymes!), especially cause it's unpropportional. Warnings, because it wasn't repeated on either side, well, at least not in short period of time and the offenses weren't that damaging (I hope?). Why are LHOs starting to remind me of cops?
8. Seekers of Enlightenment is the first created alliance of Marind Bell, and was only for a long period of time. Currently, Seekers are a group of people who conduct researches and gather some of their knowledge in Seeker library. The main focus of the researches is the symbolism in the realm, the nature of this realm, in a way philosopher's search for truth, about existence itself. Through our path to knowledge, we form and crystalize our identity, we seek spiritual enlightening and try to make our mind and soul progress. We do not seek power via the knowledge we acquire, we simply seek the truth, and to help others reach their own answers. Seekers are people of Marind Bell, but we are also of neutral, pacifist nature, having no quarrels with others, and are available to be of service and help to anyone if requested. There were never many Seekers, but in every generation of few Seekers there were great people. Seekers are proud of their history, although we are not traditional - our eyes are focused into the future, not the past. Every fresh Seeker initiate, before becoming full SoE member (like Maebius recently did), has a path to walk to reach some standards of our alliance. We can generally recognize potential in people, open-minded people who are always prepared to progress themselves in abilities and understanding, so we are here to encourage them to attain certain knowledges before becoming true Seekers of Enlightenment. If you found yourself in these words, come and let us test you. Contact Princ Rhaegar.
9. Welcome aboard, Maebius I know you will do great things.
10. Thank you for the given trust, Chewett. I will do my best for you to see SoE in its best shape upon your return.
11. Resources, availability of tools, Eon's skill damage that repels the gathering of mp5s through out the world. People dwell in sanctuaries, in much larger numbers. Some sanctuaries have better strategic location regarding the exploitation of the resources (like Ravenhold has now with woodcutting and herb gathering shared tools), which creates crowds on different places, towns sort to speak Perhaps there will be some new rules, regarding the possession of tools, which will give some base for possible conflicts (finally!) between different factions. Such gatherings will give opportunity for more events, competitions, contests, made by players, to work more efficiantly than they were already. Marketplaces might be made on the spot... Keep this in mind, and prepare yourselves, find ideas on how can all this be used in positive manner
12. I did read this announcement:
Ann. 1984 - [2011-08-16 07:12:27 - Stage 10] Land leaders are requested not to interfere with the shared tools by placing any land laws to govern their use. The tools are meant to be grabbed by anyone regardless of land and further changes to the way they will be available are still pending. It is too soon to have any land specific regulations regarding shared tools.
But I do have a question anyway. Since there will be shared tools, like wood-chopping ones are available at the moment, herb basket too (not sure is anything else ready in Ravenhold yet). Is there a minimum of resources that should be attempted to preserve in a location? Like, exploit resources only when the number of resources available is 3+ or something like that...? If the announcement tells us that there shouldn't be laws regarding the issue, then I'm just asking for guidelines for public to know how to preserve the optimal number of resource regeneration.
13. It has been done before. I think Grido did it too? As far as I'm concerned he can do the sell and give the coins to his main. Mur mentioned transfer of coins and items to your main is allowed.
14. "Hey Mandy, wanna play? I've got breeeead!"

15. Hmmmmm... I think dst is right, there should be some transparency in quests of such give-essay nature with WPs as rewards, cause if there isnt one (btw there were a number of quests with non-published winning works) we can all just make a quest and reward few of our friends in the process, incognito.
16. happy birthday subject of my cult worshipping!

19. So if there is no official Scene name, like Winds Sanctuary has one for example, your subtitle ability will be regarded as a Scene name-making and not Subtitle-making? (because as far as I know, Awiiyas way and Jesters streets were made by players, not officially by game administrators) Granos, you are using that as an axiom known to all. Explanation does sound logical, but it wasnt made ok anywhere officially. As far as I know, the description for the WP ability was made for the ability itself, no isolated case was mentioned in its description. edit: not that I have any problems with Awiiyas way and jesters streets. I am just asking to clear out the rule about the ability. Perhaps one day I would like to use it too.
20. it means that if you have, for example, quantity 2 for movelock spell, that you will be able to purchase it later again, increasing your spell cast from 4 to 8
21. I personally dont like this dribble kind of quests where all you need to do is to invest a bit more energy than somebody else, and get a WP, not much talent or skills required, but, this is not the first and not the last of those, so I dont see a reason on spamming Tipu, probably because most of people wouldnt dare to question some of the quests of the veteran players. Politics.
