yay my 2 cents!!! King is the title, when really its more of a President type position. He was voted into power, not born into it, and also can be held for a new election should there be enough people requiring it. In the USA if you try to rise up against the government, they pretty much demolish you, and all those who may support you. They have an Armed Forced, political power of other countries, and the masses of the peoples following it. Rheagar pretty much said, "down with the government", so it's no surprise he was swiftly cut down. I overheard a bit of plotting yesterday as I was ambling about. I suggest to anyone who thinks of backing Rheagar in his little tyraid, think long and hard, because these are permanent actions.

ok here wee go!! This is why I see by No One's post 1. reasons: - old vets should be powerful and stomp on noobs. Noobs should like it. - agreed 3 weeks to mp5 is not a good thing. That can happen regardless of GGG. - there are usually 10 to 15 people max at the GGG at any given time. If thats MD, MD is in more trouble then we know. after that: -Attack noobs until they leave from stat loss - people complain because powerful people go around causing them to have stat loss, instead of helping them learn to play the game - people complain about too strong- strongest come from GGG...yet half you protestors say that it doesn't matter cause you can beat GGG trainers? 2. - split into smaller groups so even less conversations and interactions happen. - change the GGG to how No One sees fit, forget what the public wants - move to common location and get hammered until stat loss and leave or hide idle in sanctuaries - learn to defend with low level creatures, no tokens, and no stats against high stats, high tokens, and the knowledge on attacking - ask polity for easy wins as vets laugh and then demolish you 3. Why would be good for MD - people should know how to fight, agreed, though few are willing to help, just attack for their own stat gains - people should be able to walk in MD and find people to talk to....strange...conversations and such happen all the time at the GGG - defenders of GGG are becoming powerful and now I can't come in and break GGG rits when I want to...wahhhh 4. i hear the same thing over and over agian. 5 people crying a fit over the other 30 people who enjoy training. It is not only a place to train, but also a place to enjoy company. All I hear is "noone does anything anymore". Well there is almost always polite conversation going on at the GGG. Or at least until a violator comes in attacking people and complaining about the situation. Clarification of a few things Burns is only guilty of not setting defensive rituals. No One is attacking all the young MP5s and breaking their defenses. Redneck is attacking everyone and breaking defenses. Lightsage is attacking everyone and breaking defenses. See a pattern? When the MR's jumped ship on the GGG me and Chewett picked up the pieces in order to keep it going. We see the good that it does for the realm. What will happen when the GGG is gone? Same thing when I was a young MP5. Everyone hiding in sanctuaries idle. No they don't hide in sanctuaries and rp, they hide and idle. So that in no way improves RP issues. People run attacking MP's in the order of age. Ancient attack old who attack new. Mass losses come up just like back in the day and people new people hide due to stat loss or quit. Back in the day, when these whiners are talking about, there was no stat losses. There were people with over 2k losses over wins. Now that there are stat losses new MPs get mass losses, start losing what few stats they have, then leave. If someone can come up with a decent solution I am open to options. Otherwise it seems to me another case of the crybabies *edit* funny how this starts when I am off IRL very busy. My 20th wedding anniversary is the end of the month, I am currently doing 3 roofing jobs this month, and have been extremly busy for the past 3 weeks and will be until July.

in regards to DST. She has NEVER as far as I have helped run the GGG, broken the GGG rules. Only recently was the time to be set added to the rules. Even then she left before the time was up. She has never been fond of the GGG, but has never had aggressions twards it besides chat. As to the rest of these GGG complainers lets look at the list. No One - Ancient Veteran who can at any time fairly well dominate all MP5s who aren't ancients Burns - Ancient Veteran who can at any time dominate most ALL mp5's should he chose too Redneck - Veteran who used the GGG, gained huge stats, then turned against it and now whines. See a pattern here? Most all people who are "against the GGG" are old veterans who have an overwhelming advantage over most of their class. I remember quite well when Burns went around attacking anything that moved and destroyed it for fun. Redneck is much the same. No One is one of the few who protest who I can say usually give others a fair chance. I see the same old thing. When I was a noob myself it was Willows. Then the secret GGG came along and people were more then willing to power grind. Soon as it goes public "oh no its a bad thing lets ruin it". Thats all for now I'm sure I'll add more later

When we were harvesting hay or straw and stacking it into the lofts, seems like every day i was cleaning dead cat off my shoes. The wife also is allergic to the long-hair cats.

As days seem to drudge on, the end seems closer. Windy, with the help from Sagewoman and Mya, have created a powder from the concentrated beam of sunshine. They have captured it in a chalice capable of holding such a powerful powder and it is currently held in safe keeping until the last item can be found. The last item are 5 crystals that can store enough heat from people to emit a light source. Once these crystals are found and collected then Phase II will begin. My heart yearns for more, as the feeling of part of my being being gone away form me in the shadow grows. I can only hope that this plan works and I will be whole once again, sooner then later.

Burns I love you man!! I'd hug you if I wasn't afraid we would both spontaneously combust. Ahh memories of the days when I wrote that. That was way back when I was a noob MP5 and Willow's was full of trees. Sure don't find that anymore. Most of what Chewy said applies to what I think. Right at this moment there are 7 MP5 non allied, and 7 allied mp4 and mp5. That is by far not the majority of MD, and usually that is alot of MP5s, as most are usually mp4s. Lately I haven't been out on my usual hunting trips due to me and Chewett are finishing working on a few things for the GGG. As you have no doubtedly noticed there are no longer GGG mules, MP3 alliance members, or MP2s to farm easy wins or easy victories on. So I don't see any abuse going on at all now. While I agree that there is not near enough real battling going on outside of the GGG, the GGG is not the root problem. I agree there are many people hiding all over MD afraid of MP5s who are 2 or 3 years old with stats, gear, and creatures way above their own. They get decimated and hide in little cubby holes and attack who they can, and train in the GGG to try and get stats to eb able to fight. If anything you should be happy that the GGG is creating people who are starting to give some of hte old vets a run for their money. Of course there are always those like Junior, Shadow, JTZ Champoin, and other who have a vast amount of drachorns with tokens coming out their ears, and stats triple that of me, who many consider a vet. It has been, and most likely will be always impossilbe to win against those people, but at least now many up and coming MP5s stand a chance against other MP5s with reasonable stats and creatures.

Another prime example of excuses for immature actions. Also another example of 10% of the conversation making the impact and notice, instead of the other 90%. Since most were not at the GGG when Sasha attacked Chewett for being closed minded, stubborn, and rude I'm sure this comes strange. Let us expand upon this little tid-bit of information, though i doubt it has any bearing on Sasha's leaving. After her asking to buy one of Chewett's items, and publicly declaring he his response was rude, their private discussion turned public. Since I, as well as many love public displays of affection, it was at first distressing. At which time I told her that many times text comes across differently to different people since you can't tell what true emotion lays behind the text. This had little change in her attitude and as her conversation of Chewett's attitude continued, I then said "Give Chewett a six-pack of beer and some lube and hes your friend forever". I thought an obvious jest in order to lighten the mood, but apparently only served her leaving the GGG. No more then a few minutes later her post appeared in the mood panel. Not only is it an insult to the people of MD in general, I took it as a more direct assault to Chewett and I. This when I made the mood panel post I did. It's a hard part of the internet when you can't see someone's face, eyes, body features, when they talk it's hard to tell what they truly mean. People's writing styles vary as much as people's personality. Sometimes the two never really meet. Then instead of confronting and discussing the issue further, you get what happens here. People (not only women) go whining and crying about their feelings being hurt instead. Most can tell you I am not racist, prejudice, or sexist. Just because me, or Chewett's, or anyone's typing style comes across blunt, abrasive, vague, or any other manner of style you wish to insert, doesn't mean the people behind the computer feel that way. A strong reason why OOC was invented in games like these in the first place. If you decide to leave Sasha, it is unfortunate. If anything a game where so many different cultures and ideals come together, it should teach us to be inquisitive and try and figure out why such ideals are there. I feel running away "when you don't like what you hear" is indeed a sad sight to see. If that were the case most all of us here would have been gone long ago. Instead, most of the old MDers you see not only withstand such things, but embrace it as exciting, and a reason to keep on playing. If you think items, creatures, and stats are the only things to play this game, it is your own to think so. I personally play this game to interact with people such as Redneck (Phantasm hates him, but i love the guy and his antics), Granos (hes canadian, what more do ya want), DST (my favorite headless horsewoman), I Am Bored (he eats whole buildings for Mur sake), and an endless count more of people who go against the grain. Coming across people who don't wield to you whims because you don't like it most of the times don't actually hate you, they play the character to make the game interesting. Myself included.

another thing. This whole "my 'brother' might play someday" thing. Not only are you showing your childishness by running from your problem, but to say this. It reminds me of the whole Adam Riddle indecent when his "friend died of cancer so he took over" only to find out it was really the same moron as the first guy, but just made up the story about his death so he could try a new start. Which of course failed miserably because we all know, once a moron always a moron. I tried to be nice in my last post, but the longer i kept thinking about it, the more i wanted to slap myself for simply considering your application at any time into the Caretakers. I feel sorry for poor Princ who will undoubtedly be left trying to pick up the pieces of your shattered illusion of drawing capabilities. I'm not sure what the punishment for these fraudulent drawings will be. I say he wants to leave the game fine, ban his IP address so that him or his "brother" can't come back to the game. The character Sir Kamil should have its items and avitars stripped and tossed in the garbage where he, and his actual drawings belong.

MD pissed you off because you were illegally stealing other peoples artworks for your own profit? This is your "great answer" to settle the problem? If so, then it is a sad answer indeed.
