She was by far the greatest gardeners since Kemp was around. I find it very interesting by far. There are a few other pieces of information that are quite unclear. There was ONE person that I know of that made it through the gates when they were closed and went through a transformation of sorts. I almost wonder if it was the wrong person by accident, or simple chance of who it was. Things seldom are left to chance. Oh how the wheels turn *evil laugh*

You put some very strange wordings into some of the announcement and this post. It will be very interesting to speak with a non-god Mur. I think it will be as challenging, if not more perhaps for us to think of you in the way of a somewhat "normal" persona. As I'm sure it will be difficult for you to be this "new" Mur you speak of. I'm sure I as well as many other who hold the Tribunal land so dear will be interested to see and speak with this new Mur in person.

white vinegar works to a degree, but bleach works better. Mix 1/2 cup vinegar and 1 cup bleach per one gallon of warm water. Be sure to use gloves so as not to burn your hands. The problem is that when you only clean the outside of the drywall (the part you see) it doesn't get all of the inside. Most of those pictures you posted in the link are views from the inside of the drywall perspective, which is always much worse then the face. After cleaning you need to apply a paint called KILZ. KILZ is a paint with anti-bacterial and anti-fungal ingredients in it. Then you are guaranteed to have contained it form the outside. Only issues past that are if there are ducts that carry your heat/air in the wall that has the mold problem. The spores from the inside can still get into the ventilation system. These cases are pretty rare though, and usually in the cold air return. A proper anti-allergen filter on your furnace takes care of that. As Z said the landlord can be sued for that. Black Mold is actually claimable by the insurance companies. We had a problem with it in our bathroom just this year form a leak. Renters, and Homeowners insurances both carry this in their policies. They will pay for the removal of the drywall, carpet, padding, and anything else that has been touched by the Black Mold. If you see the Black Mold at the base of the wall usually there is some hidden under the carpet in the padding as well. I have had plenty of experience with this as a home-owner and a remodeler. Hope this has been some help.

indeed, a very good suggestion. If a leader is truly embraced by his alliance there should be no reason why an alliance leader shouldn't have a dominating force of loyalty. After all loyalty isn't much good in a game mechanics point of view besides that.

As the dust from the footprints of people settle, once again the Tribunal lays under false pretense of calm. What lays beneath the surface? The Knator Commander has not been seen for some time now, so Phantasm ventures forth out of the Lands of the East to see how things fare. He is greeted by many who have waited patiently to see what has become of the old man, cloaked in a strange black cloak, Master Chief of the Caretakers. After a short visit with old friends he returns to his homeland and settles down to keep a weary eye in the shadows for what is to come. When will it come? An aspect that not even KC himself seems certain of. The symbols still creep and crawl inside and around the temple. Strange images still scar the vision of citizens of the Tribunal. Phantasm's shadow has not been seen in a long time now. Is it dead? Has it disintegrated from starvation of emotions.....or does it still feed on people emotions without them noticing? [/quote] As far as you know is the main key, considering you aren't even in the Tribunal. Nor have you ever showed the slightest bit of interest in the land, and it's well being. As the gates closed for a limited time, well we see how that is 3 weeks into it. The usual lag by a "character" who's alter ego has any/all control of all lands. Minus KC destroying the gate, a piece of history created by Handy Pockets and others, he has done and shown no force in the land. Sephirah is the representative, and has kept in constant communication with his guards. Since he has not shown since his original arrival, the force part has proven to be....lacking. We walk around the land most daily, still enjoying its beauty. Considering 'Jump to Leader' still works, and since I am the only alliance leader in the Tribunal, I stay locked inside so that the rest of my alliance can move about. I see no military law, I see now enforcement of any kind. In fact I see no movement on this whole project at all. So to restate, the Tribunal has NO ruler.

i am for the wish points for days. It is a great incentive for people to play more, and a great reward for those of us who have been playing for YEARS. As far as alts go I agree it's very difficult to determine the proper action for such. Even Phantasm is not my "first" as some may know. I have some characters that are MUCH older that are never played anymore. The only way I could see this being effective is to give only to the account with the MOST active age. I'm not sure how well that would be able to be programmed, but I could see that as being a good solution. Honestly, I don't think there is a cure for alts getting WP. The question is will it have that big of an impact? You can't give away WP to your main so therefore you can't really help your main by it, with few exceptions (like creature mutations). That's how I see it anyway. Sure the alts might get a few WPs, but it won't do the main much good unless someone can point out the more dramatic flaws to me.

Friends and family of the lands spread across this great land. He recollects his early days, struggling for a foothold and talking in long lengths with Zeiphenier. Running about like some mad man triyng to find a place to call his own. Finding friends like Kragel, Peace, Marvolo, Sagewoman, Windy, and many many more. Heroes and legends all in their own right. He smiles as he remembers the first time he set foot on the grounds of the Tribunal and found at last a place to rest his weary feet. To travel no more and spend his days out with those who are left to call him friend. The lull of his own thoughts slowly fade him off to sleep, as Yoshi stands close by, watching the strange cloaked man shackled to the ground.

being an older player, who has put HUNDREDS of dollars of my own money into the game over the years, I have found that credits don't boost your playing ability as much as your social standing and bargaining capabilities. I was a subscriber for years and stopped not too all long ago, as I felt the way the game was turning, I no longer wished to support it. @Fryd- It may be true that much income doesn't come to MD like it used to, but I can assure you until this year many of us soaked ALOT of money into it. I can't state exactly how much I have put in, but I can garuntee its around/over 400 dollars. if 5 people did that in a 2 year span thats 1,000 dollars a year. There were also at one time, many more then 5 people who put in more then that. I think the overall seeing of people paying for the game decreasing a sight of the overall game play changing. Free credits to me, are pretty much a way to save up enough credits to be able to change my avitar for RP purposes (which I need to change but have no credits:D) I'm not sure who is abusing the credits on average (vets, noobs, mp5s, etc) but I'm sure there is an average of a specific people abusing it more then others. The only idea i can really come up with is make 2 classes of voting. One that will just give the ap,ve, regen boosts. As Kafuuka said make a list that is no-vote or click vote. Then make another more restricted voting that does give the ap,ve, regen boots along with the credit. Perhaps even raise the price from .1 cent to .4 cents or soemthing and make only a few of them a day on that page.
