 I have been keeping some codes with the intent of sponsoring some quests. Or to gift them to some that need them more than me. Same for WP codes. The current MD population is low. I haven't had a chance to find someone to give those. I have been asking for credit codes instead of simple credits because of the easy usage.
Plus, as a veteran I don't need that many credits (I get enough for my current obsession from daily credits). I haven't seen anything good (as in appealing for me/myself and I) in the shop for quite some time.
I agree that the "codes DB" needs to be cleaned but I think there can be another way. It involves some work but I volunteer to perform it if necessary.

Hope I got the rules right, so here we go...
Inspiration: Well, I like monsters and their designs. I love Alien, Cthulhu, and the monsters of Hellboy. I really like deviating from the norm when designing something and tries to be a bit different from the common perception of things.
Took the eyes out because I don't want my hellhound being distracted and leg-hump on his free-time lol. Expanded his ears and tongue to compensate from the blindness. Now he'll be able to chase what I need him to chase. Burnt most of his fur and put some skin disease to give it the appeal that it was transformed by hell and not a native there. Longer and more vicious tail for further enhanced chasing.

There is a clear difference between the cases you want to compare. In one, there are rules and expectations, in the other, there aren't. Read what Mallos said. Your constant linking of them does not change that and each time you try to explain it, what you do is explain why it is justified to bring any matter to a tribunal. You're right, it is. It is also the tribunal's right to throw something out. That's a judgement in it's own right. You've had one. You just don't like it.
Clearly people took issue with this when the announcement went up, as they have said they spoke with higher bodies. They got responses, and did not go public. It is now 5 months later, and because you have a personal experience you don't like, you are now making it a matter of public interest. Seems a little off to me. Again, you are totally within your right to do it.
The why you keep going on about is obvious if you just take an objective position on it, they shouldn't have to explain it to you - and I'm not about to.

If Dst wasn't able to make (what is in her mind) objectively right decisions, then she shouldn't be a judge in the first place. So regardless, she (anyone) shouldn't referee situations where she is personally involved, in the form of MD judge. Similar thing happened on Nadrolski's case.

The root of this problem we're having now is in the system (originally Mur but it goes downwards through the hierarchy) and the selective justice it applies.
Because of that, if you change the bringin, you contradict one principle established before, if you leave it as it is, you contradict another...
It's interesting that MD which holds about a dozen remaining people is still a fruitful ground for conflict, obviously a dozen players is too much for MD and this is a natural process towards balance for an even smaller number...

At longer consideration, and after Chew pointing out the obvious to me, i'll have to withdraw my previous post. There's too much risk of people considering everything that doesn't make it on the list to be okay, so i can't provide one.
Sorry to get your hopes up.

This is a complete farce. One of the judges is openly biased, as per her own post in the previous topic, thus there is no way this is going to be a fair trial. Not to mention that the whole base for this is just... obscene. 
What's next? Players who were killed should ask for the killing tools of their murderer to be removed (or 'restricted'), and for them to be revived, because this is a restricted, limited power and it was done to them unwillingly? People who were locked in chaos? People who lost alliances, because it was done to them unwillingly? 
MD is unfair. Many people have unique, or very restricted powers. Up until now, you lot were defending the freedom of use of such powers, what happened to that?

Following my last topic on this subject, and the obvious agreement from some, I'd like to kindly request for an official judgement on the Nomad's 'Bring in' spells.
I'd personally like to see some form of usage rules implemented, rather than complete removal of the spell. I'd also like to ask for myself and Mallos to be removed from NC, as there is no possible route for use to escape aside dying reviving, and we were dragged in unwillingly.

Actually, the answer is simpler then that: those that really do the work don't know. We just do it and the amounts gets mixed.
Will you be happy if I make it public that I gathered about 200 water in 2 days ? or about 100 herbs in those 2 days ? Well ... I can't say it. I am not sure.

When you have access to logs & logging or even better : create logs,  ... you pretend to want help from others to get how much is gathered ? really ? When you can do a list of every single moment one of us even pushed a button ? Sorry.
You said we were idiots for gathering with no purpose ... well, that's how we liked to play. You messed the system and again you left it unfinished.
You clearly stated that you don't want care what other want ... well we just want to play, to play a game we enjoyed to play.
So, get you IQ a reality check with general population's and don't cock off, you're not that bright either.
 
 

Nobody should have to PM you for the details, the details should be public if someone wants to know. It is a public quest and you're changing the prizes after it ends with no prior details that this would happen.
Where did you state there was a minimum number of entrants required or else the prizes would shift?
This is yet another example of urine-poor quest management by you which leads to people's valuable time and effort being treated like it isn't worthy. I'm annoyed, and I didn't event take part.

Interesting thoughts about the 'reality' of creatures and them being memory, though that should probably go to a split if it goes on.
Concerning drachorns in particular, i'll have to add from a mechanical point here. You don't recruit drachorns in the lair (currently), so i think the concept Aeo laid out doesn't apply to them. You might be right about the recruiting places and processes (also consider how elementals can be recruited at 2 separate places), however, the lair works differently. You can't recruit a drachorn there (from a mechanics point of view), but only 'take' things from the lair, if that makes sense to you all. You don't enter the place and pay VE, VP and AP to get a 'copy' of a creature, like you do at recruiting places. What you do is using the Melodic Charm to put the big drachorn to sleep, and then you're able to sneak one of his treasures, or one of his babies, away from him. Mind you, that doesn't give you a 'copy' of anything. The lair is stocked with several items and a bunch of baby drachorns (most of them in hatchling state as of now, some are still eggs), which all have a unique ID already, unlike the creatures you recruit normally, which don't 'exist' until you make your copy of them, hence getting a 'fresh' ID. So, while thoughts on recruitment might be good, i think they don't apply to the lair.

2) Also, interested in a discussion on whether some rules should be changed, should some creatures be kicked out while some others introduced...

i want to make a more general clarification for other people that might work with me in the future.. there are people that have the common sense to do things in a way where no explenations are needed and no rules presented or "contracts signed" ...and those that need clarifications in extreme detail on what is ok and what is not ok to do, or find loopholes in the given rules and use those.
It is one thing to behave like that as a player (fine by me), and an absolutely totally different thing to behave like that with me or chew or in any official developing group or presence (not fine). It would be too offtopic to continue to explain here why, but if its something you don;t understand how come, then you probably fall in the category of people that have the potential to step wrong in such a cooperation, so better avoid.

I wish to work just with people that have common sense and respect and that don;t need a detailed set of rules to know what is ok and what is not ok to do when given tools for admin purposes.

update: if he gets voted innocent, i will still consider this incident as somethign to matter a second time, after the blackrider thing, in case he gets in such trouble a next time. So he will have two sentence extending reasons next time, ..i am not trying to get any "revenge", but can't ignore repetead issues just becase i forgot about them and nobody reminded me of it.
PS @samon its not about the crits not being suitable compensation for the work, i would have given him MANY MANY times more valuable stuff including the crits, its about trust and trying to "play smart" and be sneaky, instead of being honest and responsible when using admin level tools. You can't behave like a player that follows his petty interests when you are trusted with such things.

i stumbled upon THIS a second ago, i totally forgot about this other incident, and that i said there i won't jail him then but give a warning and extention to jail next time he steps wrong. This changes the situation a bit.

I am a bit sorry now that i did not pay attention to this topic more and that nobody pointed it out on time , because now instead of a public voting i would know better what to do on a second "felony" or attempt. This is probably an other "missunderstanding" on his part.
