[i]As far Picassos paintings are consirned... well, for my humble opinion its true value is mostly in the fact that he did it that way first, his first works were quite different tho. As for his way of thinking, yes, definetly beyond the value of his painting, I have to agree on that as you presented one of my favorits: "Everything you can imagine is real." That one is so true... a man wanted to fly and even if he did not grow wings, behold a plane. I tend to wonder, could we actualy "fly" if we would truly trust ourself and take a leap... I bet we all listen to music and I would bet that our tastes are different and sometimes the same. The best way to find good song out there is usualy by sharing links to them. I have to admit that during my online hours past the years I have found and heard loads of good songs (at least for my ear) that I would maybe never know they existed, so I thought... lets do some sharing and introduce what we like. I for one am always interested in hearing something new, what about you? And while we do it, I have a question... How important is music in your life? I mean, can you go true the day without listening to at least one of your favorits? I for one have my player up all over the day and I even cant sleep without something playing in the background. A "good" song touches me the very same way as a good painting or sculpture or going noticing those little details in nature etc. What about you? Well, I will have to be away from MD for few days due to RL. Anyhow, it is not something that I like and it annoys me but I cant change it either, so I have to live with it. Anyhow, I will be away for around one week, I most definetly hope that not so long. If all goes well, then I should be back on late friday... Anyhow, will miss you all! It doesnt matter what his role is, merchant ot collector (seems definetly more a collector from what I read tho). You can not demand of him to stop doing that, since as it is said in here he does it over fair trade. It all comes down to those who he buys from. They are the ones that should be adressed since basicaly they are the ones who sell mats/items to him. So first question you should ask yourself is: Why people sell him things? When you find your answer, use the "knowledge" of it for yourself and try the same when you need/want specific thing. The other option is convincing others to not sell things to him, but that one might actualy be harder. [i]As on side note, I do not endorse what he/she is doing but at same time, I think, he/she is free to do it as long as its done over fair trade.[/i]

Oh my... I dont think Mur or anybody else can revive MD because it is [b]not "dead"[/b]. You all seem to think about it as if it died already... I see it up there, we can log in and there are chars around, so technicaly it is not dead. And I will not go and discusse on actual meanings of the words. The fact is that some think MD has "died" already or that it is "dying". Is it "dying"? Maybe but I certanly hope that it is not. I said it yesterday on sg and I will repeat it here: Think of a bear and its winter sleep... after it it awakes with a roar. Even the thought of principles comes in mind... Mur is ofcourse extremly important for the game. Saying that he isnt would be stupid. He is able to do things that no other can or if you wish, he is the force behind the MD. Like it or not, but he is the god of MD as he has powers that other dont, MD is his "baby". But on other hand he is also a human, and I believe everybody knows what that means. One individual person can not make much difference. If you think that one can "save the world" you are gravely mistaken and blinded by the thought of your importance... but that is again just another human trait. A wish to "revive" or however you want to call it, is nothing more than just one little tiny step that will not have much effect, no matter how much you might wish it would be more or how much you are convinced that you can do a change. But if those individuals join together and work together to the whatever goal, then there is more chance that a change will come. But at the end, it still comes down to Mur and what he wants or doesnt want. Anyhow, just another bucket of thoughts... I think MD is special, but not so much because it would be different from other games, but because of all the effort and thought and time put in, by Mur and by others. In any case, MD is more than just a game, it is a tiny diamond sparkling amist the sand.Maybe in time, if nothing is changed/new it might loose its spark, but it will still be a diamond. So Mur, recharge your batteries, find your inspiration, enjoy what you have done till this time, you certanly are entitled to it. Those who appreciate MD, love and/or understand it, will stay; others who find it just another game on the market will probably leave. But do listen to DarkPriestess, because she is right, nobody can do everything alone. And DarkPriestess, I was not here in the so-called "old days", but if there is anything I can help with, you know where to find me. Anyhow,thats all that I wanted to say... for now. Thank you.

I doubt that a player just playing and not looking at the forum would be "saved from" seeing the bickering. You hear things even in game, if not in scene-chat then in messages. It might just take longer time to see it. I agree on your "accept and move on" notion. We should all move on and just try to be better, I mean, isnt that what average person would like, become better than he/she is? But sadly, even if everybody burry their hatchets, the stain shall remain, if nowhere else, then in the minds of those that were/are around at these times. Harm has been done, not to individuals involved but on the whole community. [u][b]@ladytwin [/b][/u]: The joy is still there, it just requires some searching. It is just sad... how many of people is willing to throw a stone at other, how many around is just fishing for something bad to bring it out... That kind of behavior is destroying the community. When I joined MD, that would be exactly 60 days ago (yes, a jungling in this world) I have seen a great game offering different sort of challenges to overcome and such, meet some realy nice people etc. It was "fun" in all regards. But right now, all this bickering and ponting fingers around... to be honest, its annoying. I tend to wonder... do we, humans, realy need to destroy everything nice that we find? Do we realy need to always be seeking something, anything that is "bad"? I mean, look around... we have great looking virtual enviroment with loads of unique people behind interesting characters and so on and on. Individual person is usualy smart... but does that realy help if as soon as one of the "rotten apples" starts to point finger around mayority of those individuals become just a bunch of sheeps following the example? I mean, arent you gals and guys tired of that same behavior irl, cant you realy not live without it and you must bring it with you over here? Think about it, just for few seconds, if you are smart, wise or whatever then those few seconds will be enaugh for you to not do it. And for crying out load... stop thinking that it is all right when you do it (whatever you do) but it is definetly not all right if someone else does it. Shut your mouth if you did the very same thing before because you seriously do not have the right to point at others, your "innocence" in the matter is non-existant. If you want that thing (again, whatever it might be) to change and you did it previously, point your dirty finger at yourself first and only after that at others who actualy did what you did before.
