  1. Fyrd Argentus 187066 iMac OS X Chrome. Very low priority, just goofy. In this case, using token removal gel gives these extra few lines at the bottom of the page - strategy tip related to use of cauldron-type items. I've seen it other odd places too.
  2. Okay, let me put DG's concern to rest. Assuming two claims are close, and if we have any questions, or the times are close enough to question the system, we will have a run-off. The potential winners will have to reproduce their run with lots of witnesses, simultaneously.
  3. The screen shots need to include the clock, your name, and enough scene to verify the place. 8 of them in logical sequence. If your forgery skills are so good they withstand everybody's scrutiny, then you don't need my gold coin. If not, don't risk public humiliation, at the minimum. I know Fang could do this as I witnessed (at start and end) him do a 4:25 time forgetting to do paper cabin, posting the pictures instantly, and had to re-do it, which he did right after. If your credibility is suspect, I suggest you get witnesses at check points as well.
  4. Currently I can get this error to happen if and only if I use a second pickle after using a first and not refreshing the inventory.
  5. So, I'm challenging everybody to a foot race, from the Howling Gate to the GoE. One scene away, you ask? No, you can plot your own course but you must hit the following scenes along the way: Paper Cabin Top of Mt Kelle'tha Ravenhold In front of the MDA building In front of Sage's Keep Inside the Temple of the Void (We're starting at Howling Gate because Necrovion is closed) So, I did it in 14 minutes, 17 seconds. Can you do better? Don't bother posting your screenshot proof with time stamps until you're nominated for a prize - but do save the proof! (You're going to need 8 screenshots). Anything goes - teleport, pickles, friends to beat down the viscosity, secret thingies. I will NOT give out pickles for the express purpose of running this race, but please note you can win pickles by solving riddles on my quest doc or the sign in front of Wind's - you just have to LOOK at it. Anybody who goes a week without being bested gets a gold coin. Anybody who goes a month without being bested gets a wish point, and closes the contest. On your mark, get set, go!
  6. I've added an audio-only recording of my song.
  7. Public apology and silver delivered.
  8. p.s. to UNGOD - Given the above data, how many more black roses do I need to find and pull the petals off of to satisfy everyone?
  9. Okay all you perpetual grinders, on behalf of the role-players, I am challenging you to show that you're not just a bunch of addicts, hanging onto the handle of a slot machine, but rather highly skilled craftsmen (& -women) that are able to put a facet on a diamond or make Grannie a new pair of reading glasses. The first person to accomplish this task wins a prize and the title Precision Grinder. The winner will be the first person to post here a screenshot of their heat scars matching the date of the post, in YYYYMMDD format. Today that would be 20,210,523 heat scars exactly. If you overshoot by 5, you just have to wait 5 days to post it, giving your competitors a window of opportunity to show they are better. The prize, besides making Fyrd eat his words, publicly, will be 1 silver coin, growing by 1 sc per day that the challenge is not met, starting now. However, if we get to 20 days (June 11), the prize reverts to 1 gold coin max, and I will NOT eat my words, but rather feel vindicated in my prejudices. Go ahead, prove me wrong!
  10. Fyrd Argentus on iMac running OS X. Low priority - a stick for the bigger bonfire. I tried to activate a certain bounty (#sk8e)and it gave the error message below. , and it gave the error message below. This stuck in my trigger box while I did a reset, idled and came back, and so forth. What eventually cleared it was a different trigger box message. In the mean time (while the trigger box was jammed) I tried to activate it again, and it said I got the reward, but I didn't actually.

  14. When you edit a top level forum message and are finished, the button should say "save" like on replies, not "edit topic" - which at that point you have already done, you just want to save your work.
  15. I'd welcome others to contribute to this topic with their ideas for new wishes. Mine so far: 1) See another player's defensive ritual without actually attacking it. 2) Be able to create more than one block of MDScript, each with a different password, on any given clickable. 3) Make an item you have scriptable. 4) The ability to "make change" between gold and a pile of silvers, and even gold notes. 5) The ability to "customize" common & uncommon items by changing the descriptive text on your item. This would also make it so you can upload a unique image.
  16. Items like the backpack, case of oddiments, apothecary, toy box, and so forth (I hope there is a coin purse out there) could be allowed to "contain" other items. This would have dual purpose - organize the clutter AND conceal some of your inventory from prying eyes. There could be a "pack" function just like the "give" function buttons, on the right panel, where you place item X into item Y. Then, viewing the container in inventory, it would have 2 buttons, "empty" and "examine" - the latter of which puts you into a sub-menu of contained items, each of which would have an "unpack" button. You would have to decide whether you can nest items, within items, within items, or if there is a limit (I would prefer not).
  17. Containers like boxes, crates, chests, hollow trees.... could all be places that you can "give" items that are then no longer in your inventory. Somebody else could then come along, view the contents, and "take" an item. There might be a password as lock. There might be an opportunity to write some text about the box.
  18. By the way, every participant tomorrow gets a pickle!
  19. This is Ungod's sketch of Fyrd in the future, after he's taken over the job of the clerk at the MDA.
  20. It seems I hold a K-Doc for Community Gardens, now 8 years stale. Rumi started and abandoned some plans here. Phantom Orchid left some stories. We three are the only members. If you are interested in using this tool in some fashion moving forward, talk to me. If nobody is interested, I may convert this to some other purpose.
  21. So, a recording of the above song, especially video, would be about 3x larger than the 82 MB file limit. Suggestions? Store-It-Now is temporary.
  22. Let me brew ya.m4a
  23. The battle log headings "you lost" and "enemy lost" are huge raw numbers, while the combat results numbers are percentages (and incidentally, is my % first or second?). Even so, they don't seem to agree. What elements numerically make up one vs. the other. Where does post-battle regeneration show up? What about the more exotic things from special abilities of advanced creatures?
