Currently the name of MR's Fraternity is "MR\\\'s Fraternity". The same thing exists with "Kelle\'tha Order".

Old PL's are broken like that, they can only be fixed by their authors or someone manually doing it all.

One example is my Ethereal Ring's description. Maybe other crafted items too? Does anyone else have the same problem?

I've seen this occur in several online text based games. If you have a place to store information, such as a notepad, and the text contains the ' character, every time you edit the document (in any place) a \ character is added right before the ' character. I have no idea what causes it, but it's frequent, and not just in MD.

 

Edit: the sites I've seen this happen on were also made in php

Oh I know why it happens, Its just about finding the instances that its introduced and fixing it. Typically a sign of bad data sanitisation, iv fixed a load of places this happens in MD already.

Should a list of instances where the \ shows up be made? Would that help?
