It's interesting to see you've been neg rep'd twice for that post, rather odd in my opinion. Answers it to a fair enough degree, the reason I would want it open is so that you face the people finding said holes as you develop the idea, rather than make a full idea and potentially be pressured to change it all based on the full force of said pressure. Facing this at a later date may end up killing the idea. I have little interest in the garden project itself, but if it does go hidden, then i wouldn't mind being allowed in it for the hole-picking purpose

Can I ask...why is there a need for the garden designs to be hidden?

The problem with the artist retaining copyright after upload, even if they do it for no cost, is that they can still sell it to the shop at a later date, or sell it to another player in game for credits, it all becomes very convoluted. It would be ..."safer" all round if as soon as the avatar is accepted into the system (meaning approved, rather than uploaded, it can still be removed by the author if it hasn't been approved yet) the copyright belongs to MagicDuel. But yes, I think that some written notice on the upload page to that effect should be made.

There isn't. I would question why it is you have dozens of email accounts, I have about 6 and that's more than enough I find, but meh, each to their own. Why not just look in each of them?

From a Scientific perspective; You could also take the series of random events leading up to the first lifeforms on earth, and how chaotic that was, yet it led to order and life. (Linking to the formation of the universe extends it a little..)

From a theological perspective; In the beginning there was chaos, and from within the chaos came God, who formed the chaos into order(the universe) along those lines anyway
