2.
in order for a marriage to be valid it has to be consumed...prove that and i'll believe your marriage until then...dst said she'll marry Grido if he gets 50 coins so...
Consummated, actually =b But anyways Indy, did I tell ever tell you that you're a genius? Dst, looks like you won't get away from this one
 3.
I didn't know the previous owner because it has been with me for quite a time...
It indeed is Nihal's old avy.

 5.
wait..... there was only 1 war......... and it was truely a war...... the battle at the house of liquid dust was the last and some might say only real battle in the war....and they didn't lose..... no-one lost, khal went in and never came out, that's all there was to it....... and yes i will participate...
Actually, Khal's army did 'lose'. Khal stated that attacks from Morrel and (forgot who the other one was) has really wore him down, and he pulled back to the house.
 6.
[s]Where will it be?[/s]Gazebo of Equilibrium [s]What time? We don't want to miss the world cup![/s]It’ll start on Tuesday 22nd Juli 2010. The time on which it will begin, will be a time in which most Europeans and presumably almost all Americans can play. Ever so coincidentally, it’ll be just after most of the exams (one of which is mine on Monday the 21st ), and the times will inconspicuously start right after the matches of the ever glorious World Cup have been played, meaning it’ll start on South Africa time(GMT+1, or Server-1) just when the last game of the day ends; which is usually at 22:15, with extra time, it’s about.. 23:00… which is 0:00 server time. But why 0:00 server time? The group matches don't have extra time! Well, the festival will last for 6 days, and on the 26th and 27th extra time is a possibility.
Buns, is it 22nd of June, or Juli(July)? I assume it is June this month, but just to make sure :b
 7. Just a memo bun buns. On the 1st war (LR+GG vs necro), isn't it the one that was held on the house of liquid dust? Wouldn't it be more nostalgic if it were carried out there instead of necro gates?
 8.
yes i am making something similar as part of a solution. you dont like it well that is your problem. The libs have a legacy to follow and they will follow it If you have a problem with that well i dont care. This is a solution that works without proper abuse. as i personaly dont gain from them. So i am not abuse the alt system as per the rules. I have already spoken with thoes that needed to know and this is going ahead. BTW this is only Phase one of the plan so you may not like what i do with phase 2. but well you will see.
Actually, as GGG king, having a training ground in GGG benefits you, either directly or non directly. Maybe you're not using it yourself and therefore benefiting in terms of stats/wins, but it does benefit you. At the very least, if you're happy because your people prosper, that is technically benefiting you emotionally. There are other benefits of course, and I don't think I need to describe them here one by one. But anyways, that's just technical definition. If you have spoken with those who need to know (I assume that includes Mur, as this could border around alt abuse), and Mur gives the go ahead, then I guess there would be no problem..
 9. Since Ivorak killed Mya without asking her first, I think we can already guess what his answer will be. Nevertheless there is still a debate on how it should be used, so I think the quickest way would be to ask the maker (Mur) how he intended it to be used at the first place.
 10. Since Mur scripted the item himself, why don't we just ask Mur how he intended the item to be used in the first place? (I mean, aside from the obvious reason not to; because Mur is often too busy)
Do your reading, phantasm. So yes, dst is right, anybody who is active enough and generally well known would be a good choice to hold the keys.

Pip, I read that announcement, but fail to see where it mentions the choosing of the keymaster. Can you be more pointed? Awi
I believe he was referring to this part (I was confused at first as well as to what he meant, so I think I understand what you are asking).
And it comes to light. Chance non the less should it not be RPed by someone who has close affiliation with the Tribunal, not someone who is known for their tearing down of RP, and thus would have the ability to sneak into the room and copy chats? If anything you are by far the worst choice. You are not only well known for being a hater or RP, you are also one of the most well known for using all methods both illegal and legal to ruin other peoples fun in the game. No DST you are the worst at keeping keys.
12.
@ Udgard. It isn't the same as a spell though is it? A spell has a limited duration. Turning someone into a frog lasts a relatively short time. The other person also has a chance to exact revenge of some sort. How does one restore the balance when there is one item that makes you dead? And dead is a permanent thing unless there is another item to restore you, or you can use another game mechanic to restore you. Consider this. You pay credits toward the game. With those credits you purchase a shop creature. Now someone has an item that lets them steal that creature, or kill it permanently. Still no problem with the item being used on you, simply because it can be?
No, as I said in my previous post, I will question why such item is allowed to exist, but if it does exist with Mur's consent, than I will accept the fact that the item exists and can do what it is intended to do. But that is what I will personally do, instead of asking whether someone who has an item specifically designed to allow them to do that, should be allowed to do that or not. For me, it is kinda funny if we have something made just so we can forbid it to be used. Of course I will question why the item was allowed in the first place, but not whether the owner may use it or not (should it turn out that the item is allowed to exist).
 13. I'm one of those who agrees that since they are allowed to do things by a game mechanic specifically intended to allow them to do those things , then they are allowed to do it without consent of the receiving party. Hey, if I am allowed to frog people at will, why shouldn't someone be allowed to do the same given they have the mechanic that was designed to allow that very thing? However, my question would be, should such an ability with so much power to impact someone be freely accessible? Personally, I won't question the right of the item owner to use what he has, but I would question if item killing people should be freely available. If the item was made with Mur's consent, though, I'd assume that it is how he want it to be in MD, and I'll go along, I guess.
 14. @grido: huge is an understatement.
 15. Uh... This is one of those bugs that stays in the game so long it turned into a feature.
 16. Because tomatoes secretly rule/manipulate history from behind the curtains.
 17. Just to point out the other side of the coin. I will argue that not all cases of main vs alt item trades should be considered alt abuse. The easiest example is if the alt had earned the item one way or another, either by requesting the item to be made (which includes getting the needed wishpoints, materials etc), won it in a quest/contest, or got it for good RP from Mur/others capable (Tengri made a lot, IIRC. This doesn't include me, btw, cause I can't gift people with items - I take their wishpoint in the process). Even though they didn't earn it on their main, they stil earned it and it should be, IMO, their right to do whatever they wish with it. If, for example, Keith had commissioned an item, don't you think it he should be allowed to give it to Tarquinus (or sell it for a creature to be given to Tarq) at will? -Sorry for using your name here Tarq, just thought you'd make a good example- While I understand this is not the kind of case you are concerned about and far from the reason the topic was created, I feel I should write this to prevent public opinion from being skewed towards "all item trades from alt to give something to main" is abuse.
 18. Seems like I am able to make it to the event. Will be neutral, or probably a bit skewed to my fellow ex-crafter Ivorak depending on mood.
 19. My soul for rent. PM bids.

 20. When you click on one of your creatures, you can see a "trade value" variable on it, IIRC.
 21. Well, Pip beat me to it, but basically yes, you can't seriously ask for Kings to be able to jail ANYONE.. And while we're at it, what the GGG offenders do is not illegal, while a lot might not agree with it, it's not illegal. I use the GGG sometimes, but to be fair, it's everyone's right to rampage at the GGG (at which point it's up to the users on how to respond to it - which is not illegal as well).
 22. Just a note that the admins of the first forum you're referring to is no longer active (as in, Nelya). If the admin was active, it would be pretty effective against spying as they have hidden subforums. As it is now though, probably only 3 or 4 active players has access to it.
 23. Just FYI, places on MDA Land mostly (all?) have no poems, AFAIK.
 24. Really.. it's come down this way huh? Funny thing is how Rhaegar stated that he had discussed the idea with Firs and was turned down for a reason, yet Firs stated here that if Rhaegar had talked with him, this mostly wouldn't have been a problem. I do not know who, but someone's had a short term memory loss. Maybe both parties should step back a bit and review their previous actions/words in case either of you remembers other forgotten stuffs.
