In that context, Necrovion does belong to the shades (or to be more precise on the wording, the Shades is/are the one who supposedly has jurisdiction on it). Loreroot, historically was led by a 'council of leaders' that consisted of Nelya and KC, and who knows what other imaginary council members (according to AL, there is a council who led Loreroot - far from before the time Nelya started inviting more players into the later known council). Seems like the last time KC was played (before the then-going-to-happen war with GG), he was acting more of a military commander though (the players was said to be different). I don't know if it was a sudden continuity retcon or whatever. Point is, both statements above is actually true, to some extent.

I may not know the whole story, but as far as I remember, Peace, as heir of Khalazdad, was elected Queen of Necrovion. And when the time came, she passed on the crown to Jester. So in my view based on the limited knowledge I have, Jester is a king acknowledged by the Khalazdad Dynasty, in a way. Thus, I don't see why another representative of the dynasty should seek to overthrow him.

Free credits are kaput, not credits in general.. And free credits was never transferable so it never was an expected method of payment, so the recent events is actually irrelevant.

If free WPs ever get implemented, I suggest limiting item creation to require at least 1 or 2 spent WPs, to prevent over-demand of items. One extra WP per person would totally flood the game with items if everyone uses theirs to make an item.

That's one of the points of the Sparring Ground, actually. To learn about rituals and other fighting aspects, NOT to train your creatures. One of the very basics of creature survival in MD is knowing to set cannon fodder defenses (unless you intend to set stronger defenses to gain wins, but only if you're confident in your ability, and don't mind losses as "all rits are counterable"). I spent quite a long time on MP4, but I don't remember ever having any problem surviving once I get to setting up proper defenses..

So now, I guess you've got a hold of the public reaction on this, right? I won't say your intentions are bad, but I think you should change the prize to anything than a WP. Do NOT put ANY WP as a reward for this quest. WP codes are fine if you wish to, though.., but really the only people who would consider the task remotely a "quest" would be very new players, and they barely need any WP codes.

Sorry, I'm getting a bit lost here. What was the original issue again? That allied Mp3s/MP4s cannot be attacked by MP5s during TC (thus no way to defend against them), or that mp3s are using TC as a tool to "sight-see"? Can someone kindly remind me?

Just to clear some things.. I have already confirmed that you may "communicate in any way you see fit" when asking about using forum PMs or direct in-game means, before I started using the PM system. In-game PMs can be unread, chats on the game can be ignored (pretend you didn't see it or is afk) unless you're catching the person right when they are talking with someone - basically everything can be cheated if there is a dishonest person. For PMs, we should be honest and read it in chronological order and respond only with the fact that we have at that moment. But then I guess it is too prone to cheating if someone is tempted to. So yeah, I agree, let's stop with the PMs for now.. Actually, I would propose a system to fully log all transaction of info, that is ALL information trade should be done via email only, and cc'ed to fyrd. Even if you get it for in-game favors etc, you must log the transfer of knowledge via PM, cc'ed to fyrd's email so all information transfer is fully logged - and with timings clear. You may only use information that the log shows you have at that time, otherwise it is invalid. Any thoughts/comments anyone? Edit: @asterdai: I believe you need to say I go to the toilet every tuesday and sunday or, if you have a halo on your head for example, something like the person who has a halo on his head goes to the toilet every tuesday and sunday. Hmm.. I thought perma-balance requirement was stated in the announcement? I never tried to find out the requirements and never heard of them from other players, so I assume that the memory I have of it would be from announcements..

Or better. Show an active adepts list, and put all the non-active ones on a hidden page (viewable by click). While it is not likely, sometimes people return, and might want to contact their mentor when they do.

So basically, a spell forcing creature-only combat? If so, I'd rather have a spell that has more casts, but affects both the caster and the attacker. Would work well for tournaments of strategic combat-only, and fulfills the intent of giving the 'small guy' a chance to fight back - as long as he is worthy of the win (a.k.a. knows how to set a proper rit).

Well, that's what I meant. /me might be 'universal' on some places, but maybe not as universal as you think. I know it's not common knowledge here at my place. And also, is /me an emote, or an action? It is common to use * to denote action (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/*#Games),as is its intention in MD, hence why the roleplayers here is accustomed to it - they've been using the *s before the feature to turn it to blue texts even existed. I'd agree that it wouldn't [i]hurt[/i] to add it to the mix, though..
