1. Happy birthday =)
2. Maybe using uvar-first-key, where uvar is that function to return the playername might work?
3. I think what Ren meant was keeping an endquest key at the end, and having the beginning part of the quest have a function that checks whether the person has that endkey or not. If the person does, then s/he cannot access the first part of the quest anymore.
4.
I am open to suggestions regarding the distribution of the ability to edit clickables. Currently only 16 ppl can edit items, thats too low. What should be increased? wp price - means more smart ppl active days - more loyal, active and constant ppl consumed wp - ppl with a strong bg On what other base should this ability be given, considering it can change the realm a lot and i plan much more for it
I would like to comment on the ability to edit all clickables part. Right now it costs 2 WP and 5 consumed, which means someone has to have 7 WP in order to gain access there. Right now in the whole realm there are only 12 people with at least 7 WP, and one of them is the debug account =\ I don't think the total WP requirements is too hardt, but the 2 WP cost is pretty steep, especially since people who want the feature is quest makers, and it'd be hard to balance the time quest-making and quest-solving to cover the steep WP cost. Considering that people use WP not only to gain quest-making abilities, but also for other features (restricted place entry, spells), I'd like to suggest making the cost the same 1 WP as with all other wish.
5. @Grido: if I read correctly on the other thread, using /safe place/ will make the program treat safe place as a word and not as a code.
6. Uh.. yeah, welcome to the dark side. We do need jedi/sith wookies as well.. =\
7. A option to limit amount of keys that an item can give is also interesting. That way, participants can be limited to a certain amount. It can also be used for periodic quests, so the quest will only allow a fixed amount of participant/winner each month (or other time frames), and automatically be available again for new entrants after a certain of time passes. And maybe an option to make some keys expire after a certain time?
8. Oh yeah Mur, don't forget the same features for inventory items like for creatures please =D
9. A w e s o m e ! ! ! Actually, that warehouse, keys, and WP conversion features is almost everything I could hope for to finish the golems quest. Can't wait to see how the feature will look once it is finished =D
10. Hmm, I must've understood it wrong then. I thought the current system only checks for the value of name/ally and checks it as a trigger, but cannot print the name of the person or the alliance directly from what it checks. Well, it's great if it's already available though. Now back to learning how to code those things.. xD
11. I think I can do 18:00-19:00 server time, but I won't be able to participate if it ends any later than 20:00 (I assume the contest will take 1 hour at least)
12. Since the announcements say that the clickable objects are being worked on, I guess it's a good time to bring up this subject. What feature do you want to see available in the clickable objects? Personally, I'd love to see a full implementation of the keys feature, and possibly no limit to the amount of keys someone can have from a single player. Functions that can return and print the name of a person/alliance/land/tag would be cool as well. And, a function that can check whether a player has a certain item or creature type. I can imagine that these will help make interesting, fully integrated and automated quests that might still be available long after the maker is gone from the realm.
13. hmm, seems like I still have 2 hourish left.. I'm gonna try coming as well. Edit: I;m there.. but it doesn't seem like it's starting soon..

19.
Does citizenship mean that the crafters will switch to what all guilds should be in my opinion, something that isnt affiliated with any land because it is affiliated with all of the people? ...hmmm... guilds working for the greater good of all people... provocative... but whatever, crafters can dabble in all the LR affairs they want, though, and claim neutrailty although that seems counter-intuitive to me.
Hopefully, yes. As soon as I heard about the possible kingship election on Loreroot (which is around the time of necro election), I submitted a request to Mur to change the crafter's land affiliation to the neutral archives (this is something Kragel wanted as well, IIRC). While I am personally very attached to Loreroot, I want the best for the guild and association with a mainland seems counterintuitive with the guild's neutral nature. I hurriedly requested the land change before the election started because I don't want it to be misunderstood as a dislike toward any candidate, but because the land association itself does not suit the guild well, now that Lands are ruled by Kings. The change to land affiliation has not been granted/done yet, but I hope it will pretty soon.

Who Is Right?

You have dst correction option in the forums. Who else can provide correction the best than the one who's always correct? =D
22. Interesting? Partly, yes.. But since I don't know who the xxx is, it takes much of the fun out from me xD

Who Is Right?

Dst's decalogue: 1. My opinions may have changed, but not the fact that I am right. 2. My only flaw is that I'm perfect. I didn't even have to think for myself.
