2. I am currently serving as the leader of the Crafters, with Kragel as a co-leader.
3. Ohh.. now the almighty aone has claimed the land for himself. All king wannabes, forget about it!
4. RL friendship? In-game friendship? Really, apart from those who already knew each other from before they played the game, all RL friendship here started from in-game friendship, don't they? It's an international game, even for those from the same country, how many people here already knew each other before they played here? In MD, most RL friendship is started by in-game friendship, so RL friendship being OOC is soemthing I can't really understand. Of course there are exceptions, but how many people here know each other before they played? 1%of the players? 0.05% of the players? And even for people who knew each other outside the game, do you play enemies in-game? I can say for sure that most characters will be in-game friends as well.

6. Good point there O_o
7. Personally, given that the shades was already there before wodin came to this world, I really doubt killing wodin will kill the shades. However, it certainly would greatly weaken him. As it was once said, if the shades are mirrors, then wodin is a great bright pillar of light to which the shades reflect on an became powerful. If the great light dies, then the shades will lose a large power source, yet the shades do not reflect on only wodin, and killing him won't kill the shades. Now that the light of wodin is controlled by the shades though, the shades are probably greatly weakened.. When wodin stopped going to war against them, the shades were greatly weakened, when wodin is under their control, inevitably they will get weakened even more.
8. Let's drop the stealing creatures from conversation for now, shall we? It is being discussed by RPCs and is still a grey area. More discussion will just cause it to snowball and IMO it's better to wait and see than making a big scene out of it. Just rest assured that the issue has been brought up. After all, everything that happened afterwards (burning of Khal's soul would be the most significant event) would still have happened without the taking of Wodin's creatures. I think there has been enough reason for both sides to do everything they have done now with the siege on Necrovion and the takeover of Guerillas. Everything that happens afterwards would still have happened anyways.
9. The Crafters are expanding its membership, and we are recruiting players who wishes to develop a role in item creation. Applications should be sent to me via forum PM. The following is some things you should read before applying: 1. Be devoted to your role Newbies and veterans alike can join, but you will have to show dedication to your role and make item creation an integral part of it. If you're just joining to be in an alliance, forget about it. 2. No godmodding Our purpose is to make an item that adds a great flavor to the game instead of ruining it. When choosing the item types you wish to specialize on, remember that powerful items require extensive skill, and extensive skill requires extensive study time. Do not suddenly say that you can create a magical sword capable of piercing through any armor when you have only been learning to craft items for a few months. Be a normal human. Everyone starts in this realm with very few abilities and are basically equals. Pave your way in this realm by studying its nature, and improve over time by interacting with other people, roleplaying and researching the realm. That means people who think they're powerful demons from some realm or already have all the skills they want because they already learnt all about it in their previous life/adventure before they came here is not the kind of people I'm looking for the Crafters. 3. You can be part of another alliance/guild Our membership is not bound by trivial things like alliance badges. You can be a part of the Crafters while being a member of another alliance/guild. Do keep in mind though that we demand our members to put the Guild on top of their priority. That means, for example, if you're supporting alliance A and it is at war with alliance B, yet the Guild has agreed to create a weapon for alliance B and has called you for your service, you should heed the call and do the task as part of the neutral Crafters guild. Send you application to me via forum PM. Don't forget to provide the reason you wish to join, a description of your role and the field of items you want to specialize in. Happy crafting =)
10. For more info on us, check here.
11. The Crafters, formerly known as the Creators, is a guild of people whose role involves creation of various items. We provide service to the realm by crafting items for their inventory. As the process of creating an item is not an easy task, we are banding together in this guild to share our expertise in creating various different items, and provide the community with a clear place to go to have an item made. The price of our service differs depending on the item requested. We also give out quests from time to time, and rewards the solver with our Mark of Creation, a Crafter Token. Note that the type of items we can create depends on the field of expertise of our members, and to request items from us, you should follow the steps here. For more information about our members, see here (link coming soon). Our members used to be only those that has an interface ability of creating items, but now we are expanding to include those who just started in the path of item crafting. Just like the artisans, we are an alliance with a Guild role. As such, members of our guild can also be members of other alliances/guilds, although we do demand our members to put our guild at the top of their priority when called upon. As a guild, we are neutral and will provide our services to everyone. As individuals, however, all members of the Crafters are free people with their own free will, and is not required to maintain neutrality. Our membership is not governed by trivial things such as alliance badges and loyalty points (real loyalty is important, of course!). As such, one can be a member of the Crafters without physically bearing the badge. Ranking is determined by action, skill, and service to the guild, not loyalty points. If you need our service or is interested in joining our ranks, contact me via PM here in the forums.
12. Hmm, good idea. ...maybe later. I'll have fun leaving people a bit confused for now =D

14. AFAIK, the three became one again after the events on the house of liquid dust. One of the three will emerge at times as the dominant one, but I thought they were already one again as well..
15. This is a rather old project (more than a year xD ). I'm not currently looking for a research assistant anymore =)
16. If I control wodin, I'll send him back to the place where he was summoned from.. But that's just me. Actually, I might have given it back to BigC when he came back a while ago, but it seems that he is gone again..
17. Just trying to confirm storywise... Did Khal give the box to yrth? As far as I know, he gave the box to Wodin, and yrth came to possession of the box because he controlled wodin. At least that's what I always thought. I've been following Khal's story since the first war, but with all the secrecy at that time, I might have gotten the wrong info.
18. So, do you have an item you wish to be crafted? Then you have come to the right place. So, how actually do you request items you ask? Here's a little guide to the steps you'll need to do to have an item created. 1. Get a wishpoint If you remember, when we first entered this realm, we didn't even have a physical body. However, little by little we gained a corporeal form and became bound to the physical realm. The power of a wishpoint is required to give shape to the item that you wish to be created. 2. Gather the ingredients In order to make an item, you will need to bring us the ingredients that compose that item. There are items whose purpose seem solely waiting to be used to craft another item. Example of such an item can be found here. You can also use other custom items as an ingredient to make a new item. Do note that if they are used to create another item, they will be part of that item and thus cease to exist (disappear). 3. Request your item Ask to a member of the Crafters to get your item made. FAQ: Q: Can I get an item made without a wishpoint? A: No, absolutely NO way it can be done. It is hardcoded and you need to have a wishpoint to have an item made. Q: Really no way? A: Well.. you can ask someone else with a wishpoint to have the item you want to be made... But s/he has to have a Mark of Creation to request items. Q: Should I do those steps in order? A: Not really, it's up to you which one to do first. In fact, it's encouraged to consult the person you wish to request the item from before doing the steps, to make sure the item can be made and to get a picture on what materials are necessary. Q: What's the difference between a request to the Crafters and to individual item creator? A: The crafters as a guild are neutral, while individual item creator might not be. During times of war/preparation for a war, requesting to the guild will allow you to get a request done without worry of partiality. Moreover, most complex items cannot be created by a single item creator alone. By requesting to the guild, you can save yourself the hassle of asking all the needed item creator one by one. Q: How about items/silver/gold/creatures/favors? Can I skip doing the quest and request items for those kind of payment instead? A: We do make commissioned requests from time to time, but not often. The price depends on the quality of the item made. Q: So once I do all the steps, I can have any item made? A: Not any item. The more powerful/complex an item is, the less chance of the request being accepted. More powerful/complex item might also require more cost to be made. Remember that items work almost the same as inner magic. Like how more powerful spells require more WP/effort to cast, so does making items.
19. Ah yes, forgot to reply to this again. I replied a while ago but the whole post was lost when the internet disconnected when I tried to post it xD Anyways, I was assuming that I'm still technically in the Guardians as I never resigned. I was in multiple guilds/alliance at that time (GotR, Legend Tellers, Crafters), much like how blackthorn was an artisan and a GotR member. When all members were asked to drop the badge during the reform, I took the crafters badge and never got to re-wear the GotR badge (with kragel MIA, if I leave the crafters it would be inactive). I guess being in multiple guilds/alliances does confuse people. But anyways, I did have thoughts about resigning for a while, since I've had enough of military alliance, and I guess I would be able to add more to the game in a creative alliance (which was once what GotR's purpose during the peace after the shade war), not a military one. I guess I'll take this event and submit my official resignation. Good luck to the GotR in the future. Know that my heart is always in Loreroot, and if you need my assistance, just ask anytime =)
20. 1. _Exact_ location of a faction. Exact scene names of where factions members can go, OR if they can go the entire land ? I would agree that a faction should be limited to some scenes. But maybe a bit bigger then just a few scenes.. an entire land maybe? It might/might not also be a good idea to have a few scenes overlap between factions, to create a sense of interaction early on. It can also be used as part of faction quest (like for example, pirate faction's quest can involve travelling and getting an object from the leader of another faction) 2. Point of entrance. I have two options, It's just me, but I think in roleplay it's important to have a stable storyline, and having a person already interacting with the realm then suddenly arriving at the papercabin as a newcomer who just arrived is not. I'm suggesting that people start at mp3 as usual (IIRC, mp2 is currently disabled?), and when they finish the chapter two story mode, they get teleported to the faction they choose instead of the usual teleport to the marind bell park. We can even make an integrated option in the story mode involving all currently active factions (so we add an entry to the story mode where they meet a number of groups, each representing a faction, and there we have multiple options to choose from. Using cryxus's faction as an example again, there would be an entry like "follow this band of merry pirates to their base). During this stage, the story mode task changes to "learn from the faction or soemthing like that", and upon completion, the faction leader/staff unlocks the story mode advances for that player, and they continue the normal story mode again, and teleported to the marind bell park. IIRC the system for manual unlocking of a player's story mode is already made during the golemus mp2 era, so it should only require little coding adjustments. 3. Scoring system. I have no idea here. But probably, tying it to worshipper system might lead to problems with the current system? 4. Appearance. All faction members should have NO AVATAR / NO TAG when joining. Considering that new players should make the bulk of faction members, this seems like a good idea. What about faction leaders and faction staff though? They will mostly be veteran players that already have an avy, and losing them wouldn't be so nice. It might even deter people from helping as a faction staff if they lose their avy. Maybe make it like alliance logo instead (the one under the avy, not the icon besides our name on the list). 5. Exit point. Once you fulfill all the training of a faction, you can and should exit it. Upon exit you should receive a reward. What is this reward and how should it be given. I'd say manual, but maybe there should be a standard guideline, so it is not entirely based on subjectivity. Personal valuation can alter the reward a bit, but not entirely. Otherwise, people with high scores might feel cheated if others with less point get more than them. Might lead them to have bad thoughts about favoritism etc. With a guideline based on points, people can also determine for themselves how much they are willing to work for. For rewards, here are some extra suggestions: - Raw material items. Each faction gets a different set of raw material items, so there will be a lot of interaction with people trying to get different items. - Creatures with no CtC Creatures with no CtC, that is a valuable thing yet cannot be traded for abuse. It can be hard-to-get creatures, creatures with extra age, upgraded creatures, creatures with some basic tokens, etc..

Minesweeper
All things considered, minesweeper is about as logical as playing a game of chess but every minute you pick a piece and play Russian roulette with it. The game really is that random; if you play it long enough you'll notice that certain unlucky events happen very often, eg: 2 unexplored tiles, surrounded by walls and bombs only; 1 bomb left
Yeah, this one's what I hate the most..
22. As for that... that is a leftover from an event a long, long time ago..
23. lol, they replied again? To dst's topic here? What a
dork
..
24. WTF?! Really.. what a useless thing to do.. Not to mention uncivilized.
25. I'm no longer counted? O_o
