Non-participants would also be unable to cast spells upon participants. In the future HC will probably be managed similarly to BHC.

People would likely much more enjoy HC season if non-participants were able to still cast spells.

It seemed to work when I did it for mp3 only, I will try it again for both mp3 and mp4.

That wasn't the renaming of the ENTIRE garden. That was the renaming of a small arena-shaped garden I created as an mp3 to help other mp3 players find combat opponents.

Now that I am mp4 and am having trouble finding more mp4 players I would like to rename this to the mp3/mp4 training ground.

This topic has been dead for a while. Are the participants still interested in completing this?

If UP is allowed then I think NC should make them available to those who participate, TS requires WP spent to access and imo should not be allowed.

I just got a nice idea. Google has a handy dandy forms feature which would be PERFECT to do this survey. OP updated.

If someone were to hold an election and the community would collectively acknowledge a few leaders/planners as the Public Council, regardless of whether or not they are "officially" Public Council. Besides, if something like that is heavily backed enough by the community then it will likely made official. Maybe after my census and before my crew recruiting contests I could do that. But if someone else is willing to invest the time/resources then feel free to do this. Likewise if there is no response to this idea I will probably refrain from carrying it out because it shows that the community does not want a Public Council.
