1. There is a set cause you need to use for it to count @Kyphis You can use it or not use it however you want. Also, it require more than one person, so depending on who all are participating, you can partially choose who to effect it with. @nadrolski
2. Ann. 2022 - [2011-09-23 02:40:39 - Stage 11] Fierce Needle of Feebleness - New legislator item "A legislator item is an item that that uses the 'fight causes' to apply a very strong effect on a target player. The Fierce Needle of Feebleness will dramatically weaken a target, lowering all its stats by percentages based on the total number of cause fights fought against him. The effect can be much stronger than with any previous curse spell or punishment. A limited number of such tools were placed as shared items in MB. The effect type and power of legislator items will vary for later items and will even allow permanent stats damage to a target if enough people join a cause. Use the forum to discuss this item and its future implications on the gameplay." Discuss your opinions of how it will effect future game play. My own opinion, it will help the community punish those who they see 'misbehaving' or be used for silly game abuses! How fun, time to prod a few lovely ladies with it..
3. The day Eon's skill damage was fixed. Worst day of my MD career. That and because I was one of the ones attacked by fugitives with 1000 skilldamage a few times. >> No screenshots unfortunately.
4. I won against MRAlyon, does that mean I get rematch with Shadowseeker?>> Edit: Seems I missed the Finals date I wonder does that disqualify me then >>
5. Why not make *spoiler creature* lesson Skill damage.. they steal some skilldamage from fights.. it should also weaken the effect.
6. I don't like your idea shadowseeker, then it'd make combo training even more effective. I mean I would like it.. but it'd just make training a bit different, not much >>I wonder how would that work out if people needed losses.
7. Happy Birthday!
8. If that was true, then it'd negate the updates where fugitives gain stat damage. Which I would love to see, but not sure it'll happen. I say adjust the stat damage to lose what the attacker gains instead of just losing all stats no matter what damage is dealt.. but isn't this off topic. Or not, I'm horrible with what's on/off topic.
9. Idle with no creatures. Also, someone with 100k attack would get 800 attack for idleing for 8 hours. Edit: To not just shut it down, why not add a set cap or something, if your stat isn't high enough, you will probably lose some stats for idling in a public area anyhow.. specially if more people stay there.. Edit 2: How would it effect people with -stats? Lose stats for idling in the park even more? >> Edit 3: I suppose adding a minimum stat gain of maybe 3 in each.. would maybe cancel it out.. maybe..
10. Shemhazaj is the cuddliest, you just want to snuggle into his over-friendly protectorness belly when you see him don't cha.
11. Sorry I meant previously. No one before him had even bothered gathering others to stop besides stating so in chat.. which seemed ineffective.. Also, refusing to trade with the person is a bad idea? >> Darn..
12. A person can harvest as much as they want if they take the effort to go to Tribunal. I would be one of the ones benefiting from public resources being restored, yet I highly doubt it ever will due to greed and no community effort.
13. Congratulations, someone finally decided to propose something. Why not wait until fight causes get implemented, if they do and are worth anything or community trade refusal to people who deplete it, assuming people can figure out who depletes resources. There is also a flaw in the plan to restore public herbs, if it ever happens, only a few people who wakes up at the time when resources regenerate will actually be able to deplete resources to 2/3rds, the rests other good people, slightly late and slow, will be left with the remains of it, and if they do want to harvest, they still have to go further then just the known public areas to collect the resources of their choice, or you know, slightly tap a few of the resources past the set limit, and then tap it again, until more people repeat the same until it stays depleted. O wait, no help unless we stop harvesting.. shame, then why complain.. I wonder.. Also as a side note, I do not deplete LR herbs, there's a law against Lorerootians depleting those herbs. >>
14. Rein 12 gc, and I'd give 22 gc for the tainted not sure if that's the correct worth or not however.
15. Hello and welcome to the game! Hope to meet and chat with you sometimes to get to further know yah. *mumbles something about joining the dark side*
16. Check if it gives an extra fenth when you sac a creature since the fraction shows up then.
17. It also effects targetting, if the creature is aiming for weak, when it reaches the low ve point, it is no longer targeted. Not very much helpful.. I was told this was how it was meant to be when I brought it up and just accepted it so.
18. Because it is dying, it happens when the creatures Ve is low to a point that weaken defense reverses effects.
19. Could someone check if fenths regenerate .25 a day and see if it keeps that part of the fraction each day? When you drain 1.75 it goes down to .75.I'd check but laziness.. also you can check fractions at an altar by using a coagulator in an empty spot. Drains down to .75 but says no fenths.
20. Edit, sorry didn't see last part. Guess to make it not completely off topic, would you value resources or coins more?
21. You can change their email address to something else, then take their email address on a different account. *whistles innocently*
22. [log=Announcements] Ann. 1939 - [2011-07-25 01:14:33 - Stage 10] Actionpoints bonus for Active Days The number of active days will influence from now on the total action points you can accumulate. The older you are the more Ap you will have. The way the bonus is distributed is not constant but in the first 6mo matches half of the active days count, later on growing slower. . The exact bonus values are posted on the forum. The intention is to keep newer players in more central areas, while older players will feel more comfortable to adventure in deeper areas of the map. Ann. 2006 - [2011-08-30 04:15:01 - Stage 11] All shared items have been returned to their original place. Go grab your favorite tool and engoy it till the next regroup. Try avoiding cauldron type items just before this regrouping takes place (same date and hour weekly) as they will regroup even if they are in use. Item keep some of the modified values on regrouping. You should not use alts to store multiple shared items and you should not hoard them, these items are meant to be used by many people not hoarded by a few. Ann. 2000 - [2011-08-24 03:55:15 - Stage 11] Additional unusable/regular items will be added as shared items in various locations. These items you can grab from there, hold and 'use' till the items regroup back once a week. Some of them will be usable later in cauldron type recipes (like the tea cups for preparing tea). A recipe could require for example an ingredient that is not available as a resource but you can find it if you know where to pick it from. Other items will have no immediate use (like the flags in the capitols). There are several ways you can use apparently useless items, you can use them for role-play/enhance your role, you can use them for quests, tickets to the BHC even. Whatever you will use them for, remember they spawn back to the original location on every Tuesday (or on every use if for a cauldron recipe). Ann. 1980 - [2011-08-16 06:14:38 - Stage 10] Shared Tools A vast majority of tool items will be turned into shared tools. Shared tools can be picked up in a fixed place, probably the capital of each land or other suitable locations. After a time they will spawn back there to be picked up by someone else or same person (time and way they are picked up is not final yet). All current tools except a few ones and the tools marked as "independent" will move to this new way of using tools. The guilds responsible with resources will remain as they are but their purpose will shift to a new direction when their tools will be migrated to the shared system. This is a major concept change and won't come easy to do. During this process all migrated tools can be taken freely from the item dispatch places described, but eventually, tools will be "rented" by each land and resource guilds will have a much better purpose and way to determine hierarchy (based on skill). This way tools will remain always in action and anyone could work for his resource related role and will not depend on joining a guild or receiving such a role as a gift. As always, use the forum for commenting this. [/log] You can read more about such by searching through the announcements. Junior's trade ban doesn't affect creatures.
23. Tainted + 5 gc. To stop the spam bids Edit: Keep the Frosty! It will serve you much better then gold/credits.
