    The optimum for max regeneration would be around 2/3rds, as resources regenerate 50% rounded up I think. Optimum minimum/ Max capicity 0/1 1/2 1/3 1/4 3/5 3/6 3/7 5/8 5/9 5/10 7/11 7/12 7/13 9/14 9/15 9/16 11/17 11/18 11/19 and so forth.

    I turned off notification for a forum PM and it still notified me for it, although I haven't checked it twice. Although the notification was turned off before the change, not sure if this helps.
