Another gathering for the First and last letter game!

Place: Berserker’s Way (next to GoE)

Time: tomorrow (friday), 21:00 MD time

Special Rule: To make it more interesting, each person will have 10 seconds to come up with a fitting word. The last person still in game wins the round, and then the next round begins! (the timer of 10 seconds resets for each of your words, so theoretically we could go forever.. (At the start of the game, there will be decided the order who goes after whom).

Rewards : 1 gold coin for winner, 2 silver coins for every other participant

Lets play a game. I think most of you have already played this one before.

The First and last letter game:

Someone starts the game with a random word they choose. The next person says a new word, this word must start with the letter with which the previous word ended. Also, you may not use a word that was already used. Of course, this only applies while that word is still visible in the chat:P You may use it again if it is not visible. If the chat is empty, you may start the game. Also, you can not reply to your own words, so you will need to wait for someone else to reply to your word before you can join again.

Example of the game:

Person1: Ocean

Person2:Neon

Person1:Nose

Person3:Egg

...

The location : Berserker’s Way (one scene to the east from Gazebo of Equilibrium)

Who can join?: Anyone

Reward: your head hurts from trying to find fitting word (if the game becomes popular, maybe I will add some prizes, for now it is only for fun)

Hi, sorry, I forgot to update this post for quite a few months so some things changed, but I have edited the post to be up to date right now (I sadly already have the B-string, and the soulweaver is sold, but I have added colored Elu).

As for spell stones, right now I am offering attacklock, weaken, weatherstorm, voice (no idea what it does) stone.

The current problem which we face :

So, how to break the spell?

After the new year began, an entity known as "Elf of Confused Santa" has appeared. (the whole interaction with him is mentioned by Chew in this post https://forum.magicduel.com/topic/23872-the-hunt-for-red-presents-2023/#comment-199124 )

Now, the elf is dead (killed).

It is not clear if the elf, even when they were alive, really had the power to open the presents. Maybe the elf could not do it, or they could but needed some time / our assistance. So, reviving the elf may or may not help.

Other than the reviving, we may contact the (not) Confused Santa.

There are probably many more ways, as this is roleplay event (I think?). So please, post your ideas in this thread.

PS: Also, please discuss things regarding the elf killer and his punishment in some other thread

I am afraid this would not do much, and would last for only a short time. Instead, a more creative solution could be found, such as putting a long lasting curse with special effects on said person..

Windows 10, Chrome

This happened during (?) the opening of the gifts, I opened seven of them, then saw another lying under the tree. When I tried to open it, I got the message from the tree, "lets party" repeatedly. After that, the error in screenshot showed and the gift disappeared (not sure if it was supposed to have only some message or I activated it or what:D)

Inside the Loreroot library, a new book has appeared! But to get to it, you need to complete a quest first.

To start the quest, simply "search" the stone in the lower left part of Gazebo of Equilibrium scene.

I am not sure if research points are included in the gifts, but if not, maybe add one or two ? Same for some personalized items, like the autograph of the one clicking the tree.

After you use a heat stone, the text about it shows in the chat, but that is about it. No heat is gained. No new spell is shown in magic, Outer Circle tab.

PS: I looked into this after Aamon asked about it, as he had similar problem.
