Probably not "kosher" but fun to think about.

I am sure there are some hidden dungeons within the Prison that could be fit for this purpose. One may even stumble upon some treasure within, mayhap.

Just keep in mind that treasure is subjective, and curiosity traumatized the cat. But that aside yes, the Prison is actually a wonderful place, definitely fun to explore... Assuming you have the leg muscle. 

On hidden scenes, they make it very easy to win if you have access and very few other people do. I think they should be closed for everyone, or that you can't gain points if you are inside these scenes.

Even if they can't gain points in those areas they would still be able to go there and horde heads to where no one else could try and get them.

How about, you gain heads by the clock (random intervals) only if you stand at GoE, and lose them if you are anywhere else?  (Not being "Else" anywhere, that wouldn't be fair, but..... you know what I mean).

Though the thought of having a separate arena is border line interesting

Old heads contest you can run and hide and final stage at GOE survival mode.

Now the new one survival in one place, one scene to the end.

 

What place scene to be place?

Insert go for the team efforts

 

 

I would say irregular interval teleportation. Either random scatter or goe regroup.

 

I would also say logging out with heads makes you drop them in the scene. First visitor can claim them (scene clickable).
