This is not me saying YOU are the bad guy i am saying the long standing rule is your allegiance to necrovian is what causes the issue. just because you didn't have the citizenship because of getting kicked from your alliance does not mean you are not seen as necrovian. it is a mechanic that make you not a citizen. It is a mechanic i asked to be changed but has never been done. again you say about diplomacy just speaking or as has been said many time declaring you are doing something in a different land without communication with all the land leaders is where the break down happened. history tells of who is land leader. come on people the golemus civil war? so that in turn make ALL alliance leaders land leaders. simple. the only difference is the GG alliance where there are 3 members in charge. so from that i am sure you can all figure it out. [/quote] First Kiley as a GG leader you of all players should know the land rules and know that a necrovian citizen is NOT allowed in Golemus. as a land leader you are also expected to know better and should have know your action had a much bigger issue that you say. It is very disappointing you decided by your self you know better how a land should accept a player into a land. ALL it take is to read the land rules to know that he was not acceptable as a citizen of Golemus So far only 1 player has been jailed that is not accepted as a citizen so your argument of the strange behaviour is mute as this is a single case of this happening. As a land leader you have the right to run your alliance as you wish but when it come to matter of the LAND you don't have the right to decided by yourself. it is that simple. answer to the above 1. read the forums and you would know who the leader are it has been mentioned many times by me and the others. stop being lazy 2. As Grido said To best be able to help he would have to show his abilities and the best way to do that is by creating quests and scripting clickables but to gain access to the abilities he would have to play for a while and get the ability in the WP shop Or work with someone whom has the ability to edit clickables

Re read Murs post as he says the people whom still had the tools could use them. even without that you have also ignored the fact that the decision to do what i did was not just mine. (action was taken with the backing of the land leaders) Yes the council need to post something and make a statement of what they feel should or should not be done. @Asull just because you lost your land citizenship does not mean you are not necrovian. That is like saying i was kick from Ireland so i am no longer Irish. the fact you had no citizenship does not take away from what people see you as and that is necrovian. Those asking about the citizenship rule go read the bloody rules they state no necrovian is allowed in Golemus. AGAIN you all ignore the retirement statement. well looks like someone is trying to cause issues beyond what they are AGAIN. So lets get down to it. 1. I announced i was stepping down but this would not happen until a replacement was in place. 2. My actions where taken not just of me making the decision. 3. The leader (be it ex or not) decided they would join Golemus WITH OUT checking with land leaders first. Just because i am not king does not mean i am not a land leader. 4. As you can see Azull was warned of possible jailing and still choose to stay in the alliance and still didn't communicate with land leaders. 5. I will admit i missed the announcement from mur on the use of the items. 6. a week went by for very good reason before taking action i was away on holidays 7. A week went by and Azull still choose to stay in the land without permission from ALL land leaders 8. Alliance leader Keily does not have over all say as to whom can become a land citizen and should have communicated to land leaders (this is a matter for the land leaders) I find it both annoying and frustrating that that so many assumptions are being made in this matter. As mentioned i took the actions after making sure land leaders where ok with this. I should not be explaining this to anyone out side of Golemus. The ones starting this sort of forum attack (yet again are making this personal) Know this. Again this was discussed with you and agreed we could have a treasury account to be created by you. Again another thing you didn't do. You also agreed to help us reward things other than wp's again nothing. Personally I gave away a drac or 2 from my own collection I also gave batches of wp's to citizens to use in quests. I would have also given items but felt that may be an abuse of that ability and not just for golemus but for all. I won't speak for the others but for me I got ignored when I made suggestions of in game ways to give rewards and how I would supply some of the different rewards but again no answere and yes I tried more than once

I have not read all the stuff in here but mur your sample is flawed. I asked you details in chat about the spell and you would not answer. This was when you pulled the kings to a private location. I told you in chat what I thought the spell could be used for. You where suppose to give us the spell at that location but didn't give it a kept going on about other things. Since you ignored me and the other kings on that sell I figured you didn't want to bother with it. So in essence you are as much at fault here for asking us to talk with you and then ignoring us because you decided something else was more important. Remover you called the kings to the location and told us it was to give us the spell and to explain the tags system but didnt do it even when asked Sorry for bad spelling and formatting doing this from my iPhone

Well i would have preferd to have done this myself. I at least waited until i got a reply before i made it public. So yes i have decided i should step down as king. I have many reason some are personal and RL issues some are in game issues. As most of you know i have been on-line less and less this is for RL reasons more so than anything else. I also felt it best to step away from what i see is a big issue and lack of respect from comunity towards the kingship. Players like Eon whom have a complete disregard towards land rule and cannot be punished for it is what broke the camels back so to say. Yes i could have used a tool to hurt Eon and i do not speak of the needle. But I fear if i was to use it in the way i planed i would be punished again for it. But that is only a small matter. The position of King was to enforce land rules. when there becomes a lack of respect for the kingship the king cannot enforce anything without support. I had made request to have players punished for things they have done and they were not done or take too long to do that the community forgets about it to the point of the punishment being pointless. For now until the voting is done i will still act as king to keep things in order. I do not wish to get into arguments over who didn't do what or what could have been done by the king I just wish to step away while i can be considered a fair king before i do something drastic and damage my rep further Just to add I do NOT blame Mur for any of this. When i say lack of support yes Mur and council are part of it but the main support comes from the community so in turn i blame the community and myself for failing in this.

So now that someone has decided to manage a resource you all go crazy and complain. What happened when the memory stones got managed like that? oh nothing a small bit of neg repping and that was about it. Each land has their own rules to each land item and in regards to tool use. The Fusioneer's have the responsibility of managing Heat jar's. Before they got turned into public items the heat jars where used and managed by the fusioneers and that is what they are doing. Managing the tool. Personally i dont care about the announcement of the shared tool as it is a complete contradiction to the alliance role. again remember the tool was the alliances before a bunch more got created and put into shared status. So the fact that the fusioneers feel they have a right to manage such a tool is not unjustified. To answer to whom gave the permission for Mighty P to do as he has been doing. It was me and i stand by that. This is just a case of Mighty finding a loop hole to the rules that have not been plugged. He is not using an alt. The armours are not ALT's they are something else. They are not necessarily dead account's ether. This sort of thing has been done many times in the past and has always been abused. Just when someone has done it with a tool like this now you all complain. Why didn't you moan about the woodcutters and their abuse? and no i wont start bringing in more crap of prove this prove that. I have no care to do so. Until Mur make a set rule or implement what every he has planed i dont see the issue. Mighty has a system he has figured out and it is up to Mur to fix that if he so wishes. When Mur states it is 100% abuse and should not be done then Mighty may stop doing it that way. But if that is the case then nardolsk i think is it should stop taking all the water tools like he has been as that is a worse case of abuse. that what you lot are moaning about but you have done nothing to stop him or complain much about it. So if you are going to start picking on this sort of thing then bring every one into it that is abusing and not just the one guild or player. But all of them and i mean ALL of them. It is funny how you lot decided to gang up on one player until they give up and not bother others whom have been abusing the system for a much longer time. All this has come down to one thing farming what ever you can and abuse it all. To me all you lot are doing is making a mess of what should have been a wonderful system.

sorry i did not have access to forums from work Yes this refers to ALL lands. Golemus is a land of respect and the system is geared towards that respect of not depleting other lands of all their resources. The rule is based on the use of the item more so then the lands. The rule is that the item is not to be used to deplete the land resources. The laws of a land are still intact and i have not made a rule about the resources directly but on the use of the tool.

Added an update to the policy

This is a warning to those that think it is ok to us GG tools to drain resources from a land area. I am looking into whom did it and who gave them the tool. Yes i will deal a punishment out to the citizen whom has been handing out the tools to a person that is draining the lands. You all know the policy no excuses what so ever.
