-Every weather pattern has it's 'good' an 'bad' points Rain can slow you down (a bit, don't go in extremes like movelock etc :/) but it might refresh water beeings, while lessen the power of a fire elemental. Storm could cause arrows of LR archers to be less affective, and birds would be less effective, but it won't affect the heavy grassan in a wayn which would make it more effective compared to other creatures, for example. -Ofcourse, it just won't affect indoors. -The "wetness" factor, is not something I like. Just don't make it all too complicated. -Every land another weather pattern seems ok to me, but maybe it's a little bit too much. you can go from LR to MB in 10 seconds, and having another weather pattern there just makes things weird. When you walk out of your town, the weather is not going to change either, does it? -As for 'seasons': they can't be RL based, it's too stretched. (and remember the Earth has 2 sides, so with which one would it be corresponding?). Maybe each month, I think that'd be a good timelength.

I also think weather should be able to influence actual gameplay, otherwise, it's just a picture in the trigger box, and mostly ignored. Which makes it rather, dull. As I said in the topic about 'season signatures' (or something like that) it would be nice too to have 'constant weather', With month X more sunny, and month Y more rainy I have no idea if that is code-able though.

I was thinking right the same there Rhaeg. And then some sort of "always weather" thing (random, so there's always smt in the triggers) then MD could have it's own seasons (like, month X there is more rain, and month Y the sun shines a lot) Offtopicness?

An architect can have this magnificent idea on paper, making the "bricks and mortar" to be extrordinary good looking, etc Yet if it can't be built, or collapses there is no use of it. OR, it can look amazing on paper, but aweful in real. Some things do need to look good in real, fysically, and not on paper, or in the mind.

And of course all the things like "I wish I should clean my room" Why not? I'm on 'energy saving mode' (aka lazy)

I'm at art school, and there I learned to see things how I normally shouldn't see things. Bit it is true that teachers can only teach art techniques. If something doesn't work well, lay it down and start something else I have a dozen of unfinished paintings in my room, but I know I wil ltake them again later. Never, EVER rip apart pieces of art. My room is full of paper with sketches, and sometimes I see one thinking "I can do that with it" and then I start over with it, and it ends up looking well. Keep sketches in a map, and skip through them when you need inspiration. and I mean EVERY sketch, even if it's horrible - it'll end up better when you rework it.

You get something free, and then sell it? Bah For anyone wanting Ts's, some people will give them free, there is no need to pay.

Oh I just remember: I liked the 'old forum looks' better because it had an MD themed artwork in the header... And the icons were nicer too But concerning functionality, I have no issues
