Mood panel is general for everything, since Mood Panel has came out its not entirely being used for trades so for the moment we wont be making an additional panel.

Scenes can be edited via council or a similar authority if something significant means that a scenes subtitle/description should change, but for now players will not be able to continually edit a scenes information.

[2013-06-10 15:29:00 - Stage 12] The silence spell now will not display the casting words when used. This means that its use will not be propagated accidentally and people wont clear the chat after using it to stop others learning of it. You are permitted to tell anyone how to use it but it is recommended only to be given to those you feel will not abuse it. Abuse of the silence spell will result in punishment and possible changing the way it is cast.
