1. that conversion rate is hideous and no one except eon has ever paid that rate. No point picking the higest ever price reached and wanting everyone to pay that.
A pumpkin is a gourd-like squash of the genus Cucurbita and the family Cucurbitaceae (which also includes gourds). It commonly refers to cultivars of any one of the species Cucurbita pepo, Cucurbita mixta, Cucurbita maxima, and Cucurbita moschata, and is native to North America. They typically have a thick, orange or yellow shell, creased from the stem to the bottom, containing the seeds and pulp. In Australian English, the name 'pumpkin' generally refers to the broader category called winter squash in North America. Pumpkins are commonly carved into decorative lanterns called jack-o'-lanterns for the Halloween season in North America. Throughout Britain and Ireland, there is a long tradition of carving lanterns from vegetables, particularly the turnip, mangelwurzel, or swede. The turnip has traditionally been used in Ireland and Scotland at Halloween, but immigrants to North America used the native pumpkin, which are both readily available and much larger – making them easier to carve than turnips. Not until 1837, does jack-o'-lantern appear as a term for a carved vegetable lantern, and the carved pumpkin lantern association with Halloween is recorded in 1866. In the United States, the carved pumpkin was first associated with the harvest season in general, long before it became an emblem of Halloween. In 1900, an article on Thanksgiving entertaining recommended a lit jack-o'-lantern as part of the festivities that encourage kids and families to join together to make their own jack-o-lanterns.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pumpkin
The story of the carved vegetable as a lantern comes in many variants and is similar to the story of Will-o'-the-wisp retold in different forms across England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. An old Irish folk tale tells of Stingy Jack, a lazy yet shrewd farmer who uses a cross to trap the Devil. One story says that Jack tricked the Devil into climbing an apple tree, and once he was up there Jack quickly placed crosses around the trunk or carved a cross into the bark, so that the Devil couldn't get down. Another tale says that Jack put a key in the Devil's pocket while he was suspended upside-down. Another version of the story says that Jack was getting chased by some villagers from whom he had stolen, when he met the Devil, who claimed it was time for him to die. However, the thief stalled his death by tempting the Devil with a chance to bedevil the church-going villagers chasing him. Jack told the Devil to turn into a coin with which he would pay for the stolen goods (the Devil could take on any shape he wanted); later, when the coin/Devil disappeared, the Christian villagers would fight over who had stolen it. The Devil agreed to this plan. He turned himself into a silver coin and jumped into Jack's wallet, only to find himself next to a cross Jack had also picked up in the village. Jack had closed the wallet tight, and the cross stripped the Devil of his powers; and so he was trapped. In both folktales, Jack only lets the Devil go when he agrees never to take his soul. After a while the thief died, as all living things do. Of course, his life had been too sinful for Jack to go to heaven; however, the Devil had promised not to take his soul, and so he was barred from hell as well. Jack now had nowhere to go. He asked how he would see where to go, as he had no light, and the Devil mockingly tossed him an ember that would never burn out from the flames of hell. Jack carved out one of his turnips (which was his favorite food), put the ember inside it, and began endlessly wandering the Earth for a resting place. He became known as "Jack of the Lantern", or Jack-o'-Lantern.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack-o-lantern You should most defiantly state said content was copied from wikipedia. Not just so that its all "fair" and good. But i am currently looking into copyright laws in regards to our forum and what our users post on it. And it would most definitely be plagiarism and punishment if you were to submit some research as your own in a technical report. Hopefully we (being Mur, and magicduel) are not responsible for anything our users post, if it infringes copyright, otherwise the forum peoples might get annoyed... Stay tuned fokes!

 5.
interesting... lets see: 1. anti-Eon tools require a certain quantity of population; 2. MD population nowadays is already at limit for such tasks; 3. Eon keeps destroying that population (you can list the facts of how skill damage affects the gameplay); so, what do we get here? interesting...
I spent a little time on inviting people to an event, and this is the response i got: http://magicduel.invisionzone.com/topic/10210-ceremonial-heat-letting-for-our-dead/page__view__findpost__p__88901 It can be done, you just need to try and not just sit there moaning its impossible.
 6.
Hence the need for a change to the way Memory stone spells work
one person has said they will, thats a very limited amount of spells. I see no reason why it still cannot work by community action like this.
 7.
edit: I'd also like to know who all has the teleport to goe spell. Pm me please
There is a very easy way to find a list of pretty much everyone... its in the announcements... you are not going to get everyone who has it to pm you by having it in a litle edit in one post, shout about it
 8.
Chewy says the point of GOE spell is to get people from places they shouldn't be during heads, If that is truly the case the spell really has no main point anymore, as it is it's a good way to recover people when they get stuck,,,,I however was not stuck when I was in Oak Tower only to wake up and find myself in GOE with -7 of most stats. I ask if its possible for a ban on the sale of GoE memory stones. That is one spell you should have to earn and not just be able to get for the right price.
Since GoE is owned by so few, you would only really need to gather them and get everyone to agree to that. You dont even need a mur rule as long as everyone or nearly everyone agrees. community action is sometimes far stronger...
 9. When casting acoustic remains they are presented with a page, which can then be saved as html preserving formatting ect. Anyone who saved the html could edit it to remove any spoilers then upload it if they wished to.
 10. it is confirmed as everyone has. Unless you have any more important infomation to add please dont just say "confirmed" or similar, thanks,
 11.
In essence, yes. Considering how Mur refused to restrict alts in the last head contest for MP3s (as shown by PANDAY and his alt; Legend Knight), I honestly don't see why not. (I'm not encouraging using alts in this fashion but it would nonetheless be entertaining) I'd love to join but unfortunately I don't meet the criteria... And maybe try fighting against Eon with a purpose... (I've yet to see that mentioned! I mean it was implemented for a reason...)
When you say, refused to restrict, Did he even comment on it? As i remembered i thought that there was some small amount of proof, and people guessing they were alts, with no altchecks done or Mur looking into the matter. Which is VERY different from someone using alts that are known and have been confirmed to be the same player. Assumptions dont get you anywhere, proof is always needed with such accusations.
 12.
Dude... Control your tongue... Especially when you are a nothing...
This sums up my sadness of MD.
 13. After checking it recently i cannot approve any new accounts properly. I need to talk to Mur regarding this and hope to resolve the situation in the coming weeks. EDIT: Oh yeah, and if you didnt guess im one of the admins on it Awiiya is also one, But i imagine he has a similar problem to me after looking at the setup.
 14.
If you appreciate it, I intend to do a similar thing for the announcements, although this one still grows. Hopefully the Adventure Log too will grow again some day ...?
The announements will be finalized into a more readable format for highlighting of specific ones of intrest once i have finished it. Currently i am in the stage of catagorizing and commenting them. Once that has done i can prepare the interface to allow for easier searching ect.
 15. No, because he then got out, and used a script which autobanned him and redneck beause redneck decided it would be a good idea to copy what ledah had done.
 16.
Interesting point: why wouldn't ALTs be allowed in that case? You cannot really say they are helping main character (which is forbidden in restrictions). They would be joining the "revolt". And after all, using ALTs to spot other characters locations for your main character to reach them should be forbidden then.... which goes endless I believe.
So i can use my 50+ alts to attack you repeatedly to break you and make you lose stats?
 17.
And important Plz stay online (Idle) don't logout. Cos the unban spells affect only when u r online. Also some times demon king might visit jail to annoy Prisoners with his jokes. So that time it is important u say online so that he can unban u.
What rubbish is he spouting! You need to be online to be unjailed? When has this restriction applied? And as pip said, he is Banned, not jailed, much worse fate.
 18. Spells are Wonderful because they work on anyone, regardless of age or anything. Having spell stones allow younger players to have some spells via quests and paying for them, players who have yet to earn wishpoints. I see the spell stones are a great way to put more magic into magicduel. Because now its much easier to temporarily get a spell and have some fun with it. What you are suggesting, is to remove spells from newer players, removing one of the only places in the game where anyone has an equal chance to do things, since spells are not based upon any factor of that player, and "just work" Limit, remove or whatever them. You are merely limiting your own powers to defend against this "monster" Eon you are complaining about.
 19.
I believe there should be a notice that pops up anytime someone uses a spell to teleport a specific person or people. Said person or people should get a box telling them they are about to be teleported and give them the option to accept the teleportation or decline it. If they decline it will cost them some ap or vit or something just to make it fair.
thats not the idea of GoE which was made so remove people from places they shouldnt be during the HC...
 20. Ah yes, And my first question has been answered, It applies to all lands, not all citizens of all lands
 21. I was more referring to depleting resources, for anyone can do that if they want (note i dont actually know what resources are in GG, but i am guessing its a general amount) unlike getting the actual tools which im pretty sure only GG people who have the key to get in can do.
 22. Which part of the rules specifically apply to everyone? it is unclear since it just appears in the middle of the document. Also, how can you apply a rule to every land when Mur specifically said that no resource rules should be applied to citizens of any lands?
 23. The woodcutters have a forum section that list their prices, these would be your competitors http://magicduel.invisionzone.com/forum/225-woodcutters-guild/
 24.
Which, is still considered treason. Because the king represents the land.
If you are rebelling against the king and not the land, you wouldnt consider the king to represent the land, hence why you are rebelling. It would seem stupid to join a land to then rebel against it. you can stand on the other side of the fence and call it treason, for he would say the king is committing treason against the land.
 25.
Personally I feel that this problem will continue until the tools for the lands are distributed in a different but similar way, or if Kings of the lands are actually given the power and ability they need to control the distribution of resources for their specific lands. In Loreroot the herbs are continuously at 0 - depleted. When one or two grows, they are immediately gathered by someone. Yet, kings cannot make laws regarding the use of resources or tools, nor do they have any way to control the distribution of the herbs, so the more public land's resources are nearly always going to be depleted. I would like to know why the kings are not allowed to make rules regarding the resources for the land that they govern, because I consider it an abuse of privilages- of resources and of resource gathering tools- that this kind of thing is allowed to continue. If you speak to the kings, you may find that many of them hold similar concerns.
Ann. 1984 - [2011-08-16 07:12:27 - Stage 10] Land leaders are requested not to interfere with the shared tools by placing any land laws to govern their use. The tools are meant to be grabbed by anyone regardless of land and further changes to the way they will be available are still pending. It is too soon to have any land specific regulations regarding shared tools. I believe that would answer your question? Because the way this is written, it looks like there will be allowed land specific regulations, just not yet.
