1. I stand corrected, Viscosity is buggered.
 2.
From old viscosity thread: I just noticed viscosity decreased when you try to leave a location, i.e. if you click an arrow but don't have enough AP, making the "Insufficient Action points" popup appear. Scenario tested in the maze (nobody else is around, so no extra influence on viscosity): - I take a step. Viscosity in the location I arrive in is 40. My AP are now below 40, say 39. - I can't quit the scene obviously. I reload the page, nothing changes. So far so good. - I click any arrow on the scene. Pop-up: "Insufficient Action points". - I reload the page again. Viscosity is now down to 36, as if I had left the scene. So I can now leave the scene while I shouldn't be able to ... Basically, if you're low on AP and moving step by step, you can lower viscosity in the current scene by 4, just by clicking any arrow and making the popup appear, and repeat this on each scene you visit. Of course you can't take advantage of it if you have more AP than required to leave the scene, so it's a bit unfair. Well it's only 4 AP ...
You enter the scene, the scene has 40 viscosity the viscosity is reduced after loading the scene, so you dont see the change and need additional AP. But, in visiting this location you reduce the location viscosity by 4 Then, if you reload, the viscosity is lower, so all the ap requirements is lower.
 3. Might be a nicer solution, but those anon messages cant be replied to, so you cant say "actually its X"
 4. in the end its all falling down to what we personally think of it, i would say "." is spam in PL, you arnt old enough to remember, but previously some people went through LOTS of PL logs and gave everyone a "." (this was back a LONG time ago) and it was spam lol We are all baseing on our opinions and rules, But i guess some of our PL's we dont think are spam, are deemed as such by these magical PL people. I lost some really fun PL's from some old vets because someone decided they were spam... but i didnt bother to complain since i know they surely wouldnt do it for "fun" The old addage "Who shall watch the watchmen" comes to mind, i do hope someone is keeping track of these PL mods
 5. So what does "." mean? Its what Eon normally says, adding something to that effect would "possibly" be ok, because iv seen a LOT more good PL comments deleted by officious PL mods
 6. i havent been informed when someone deleted some of the stuff from my PL that is clearly not spam. As for a "." i can see why someone would delete that. PL's are surely to make some kind of comment on a player, and not for random spam surely?
 7. As discussed with the kings, Two Chew's have applied to each land excluding necrovion. These are: MB - Chew G, Chew H LR - Chew I, Chew J GG - Chew K, Chew L These alts will be used when testing specific land related matters that need alts from multiple or specific lands.
 8. that conversion rate is hideous and no one except eon has ever paid that rate. No point picking the higest ever price reached and wanting everyone to pay that.
A pumpkin is a gourd-like squash of the genus Cucurbita and the family Cucurbitaceae (which also includes gourds). It commonly refers to cultivars of any one of the species Cucurbita pepo, Cucurbita mixta, Cucurbita maxima, and Cucurbita moschata, and is native to North America. They typically have a thick, orange or yellow shell, creased from the stem to the bottom, containing the seeds and pulp. In Australian English, the name 'pumpkin' generally refers to the broader category called winter squash in North America. Pumpkins are commonly carved into decorative lanterns called jack-o'-lanterns for the Halloween season in North America. Throughout Britain and Ireland, there is a long tradition of carving lanterns from vegetables, particularly the turnip, mangelwurzel, or swede. The turnip has traditionally been used in Ireland and Scotland at Halloween, but immigrants to North America used the native pumpkin, which are both readily available and much larger – making them easier to carve than turnips. Not until 1837, does jack-o'-lantern appear as a term for a carved vegetable lantern, and the carved pumpkin lantern association with Halloween is recorded in 1866. In the United States, the carved pumpkin was first associated with the harvest season in general, long before it became an emblem of Halloween. In 1900, an article on Thanksgiving entertaining recommended a lit jack-o'-lantern as part of the festivities that encourage kids and families to join together to make their own jack-o-lanterns.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pumpkin
The story of the carved vegetable as a lantern comes in many variants and is similar to the story of Will-o'-the-wisp retold in different forms across England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. An old Irish folk tale tells of Stingy Jack, a lazy yet shrewd farmer who uses a cross to trap the Devil. One story says that Jack tricked the Devil into climbing an apple tree, and once he was up there Jack quickly placed crosses around the trunk or carved a cross into the bark, so that the Devil couldn't get down. Another tale says that Jack put a key in the Devil's pocket while he was suspended upside-down. Another version of the story says that Jack was getting chased by some villagers from whom he had stolen, when he met the Devil, who claimed it was time for him to die. However, the thief stalled his death by tempting the Devil with a chance to bedevil the church-going villagers chasing him. Jack told the Devil to turn into a coin with which he would pay for the stolen goods (the Devil could take on any shape he wanted); later, when the coin/Devil disappeared, the Christian villagers would fight over who had stolen it. The Devil agreed to this plan. He turned himself into a silver coin and jumped into Jack's wallet, only to find himself next to a cross Jack had also picked up in the village. Jack had closed the wallet tight, and the cross stripped the Devil of his powers; and so he was trapped. In both folktales, Jack only lets the Devil go when he agrees never to take his soul. After a while the thief died, as all living things do. Of course, his life had been too sinful for Jack to go to heaven; however, the Devil had promised not to take his soul, and so he was barred from hell as well. Jack now had nowhere to go. He asked how he would see where to go, as he had no light, and the Devil mockingly tossed him an ember that would never burn out from the flames of hell. Jack carved out one of his turnips (which was his favorite food), put the ember inside it, and began endlessly wandering the Earth for a resting place. He became known as "Jack of the Lantern", or Jack-o'-Lantern.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack-o-lantern You should most defiantly state said content was copied from wikipedia. Not just so that its all "fair" and good. But i am currently looking into copyright laws in regards to our forum and what our users post on it. And it would most definitely be plagiarism and punishment if you were to submit some research as your own in a technical report. Hopefully we (being Mur, and magicduel) are not responsible for anything our users post, if it infringes copyright, otherwise the forum peoples might get annoyed... Stay tuned fokes!
 10. Im very loyal
 11. why are some ghosts bolded?
 12.
interesting... lets see: 1. anti-Eon tools require a certain quantity of population; 2. MD population nowadays is already at limit for such tasks; 3. Eon keeps destroying that population (you can list the facts of how skill damage affects the gameplay); so, what do we get here? interesting...
I spent a little time on inviting people to an event, and this is the response i got: http://magicduel.invisionzone.com/topic/10210-ceremonial-heat-letting-for-our-dead/page__view__findpost__p__88901 It can be done, you just need to try and not just sit there moaning its impossible.
 13.
Hence the need for a change to the way Memory stone spells work
one person has said they will, thats a very limited amount of spells. I see no reason why it still cannot work by community action like this.
 14.
edit: I'd also like to know who all has the teleport to goe spell. Pm me please
There is a very easy way to find a list of pretty much everyone... its in the announcements... you are not going to get everyone who has it to pm you by having it in a litle edit in one post, shout about it
 15.
Chewy says the point of GOE spell is to get people from places they shouldn't be during heads, If that is truly the case the spell really has no main point anymore, as it is it's a good way to recover people when they get stuck,,,,I however was not stuck when I was in Oak Tower only to wake up and find myself in GOE with -7 of most stats. I ask if its possible for a ban on the sale of GoE memory stones. That is one spell you should have to earn and not just be able to get for the right price.
Since GoE is owned by so few, you would only really need to gather them and get everyone to agree to that. You dont even need a mur rule as long as everyone or nearly everyone agrees. community action is sometimes far stronger...
 16. When casting acoustic remains they are presented with a page, which can then be saved as html preserving formatting ect. Anyone who saved the html could edit it to remove any spoilers then upload it if they wished to.
 17. it is confirmed as everyone has. Unless you have any more important infomation to add please dont just say "confirmed" or similar, thanks,
 18.
In essence, yes. Considering how Mur refused to restrict alts in the last head contest for MP3s (as shown by PANDAY and his alt; Legend Knight), I honestly don't see why not. (I'm not encouraging using alts in this fashion but it would nonetheless be entertaining) I'd love to join but unfortunately I don't meet the criteria... And maybe try fighting against Eon with a purpose... (I've yet to see that mentioned! I mean it was implemented for a reason...)
When you say, refused to restrict, Did he even comment on it? As i remembered i thought that there was some small amount of proof, and people guessing they were alts, with no altchecks done or Mur looking into the matter. Which is VERY different from someone using alts that are known and have been confirmed to be the same player. Assumptions dont get you anywhere, proof is always needed with such accusations.
 19.
Dude... Control your tongue... Especially when you are a nothing...
This sums up my sadness of MD.
 20. After checking it recently i cannot approve any new accounts properly. I need to talk to Mur regarding this and hope to resolve the situation in the coming weeks. EDIT: Oh yeah, and if you didnt guess im one of the admins on it Awiiya is also one, But i imagine he has a similar problem to me after looking at the setup.
 21.
If you appreciate it, I intend to do a similar thing for the announcements, although this one still grows. Hopefully the Adventure Log too will grow again some day ...?
The announements will be finalized into a more readable format for highlighting of specific ones of intrest once i have finished it. Currently i am in the stage of catagorizing and commenting them. Once that has done i can prepare the interface to allow for easier searching ect.
 22. No, because he then got out, and used a script which autobanned him and redneck beause redneck decided it would be a good idea to copy what ledah had done.
 23.
Interesting point: why wouldn't ALTs be allowed in that case? You cannot really say they are helping main character (which is forbidden in restrictions). They would be joining the "revolt". And after all, using ALTs to spot other characters locations for your main character to reach them should be forbidden then.... which goes endless I believe.
So i can use my 50+ alts to attack you repeatedly to break you and make you lose stats?
 24.
And important Plz stay online (Idle) don't logout. Cos the unban spells affect only when u r online. Also some times demon king might visit jail to annoy Prisoners with his jokes. So that time it is important u say online so that he can unban u.
What rubbish is he spouting! You need to be online to be unjailed? When has this restriction applied? And as pip said, he is Banned, not jailed, much worse fate.
 25. Spells are Wonderful because they work on anyone, regardless of age or anything. Having spell stones allow younger players to have some spells via quests and paying for them, players who have yet to earn wishpoints. I see the spell stones are a great way to put more magic into magicduel. Because now its much easier to temporarily get a spell and have some fun with it. What you are suggesting, is to remove spells from newer players, removing one of the only places in the game where anyone has an equal chance to do things, since spells are not based upon any factor of that player, and "just work" Limit, remove or whatever them. You are merely limiting your own powers to defend against this "monster" Eon you are complaining about.
