imagine the things you could have compained about if you had any kind of argue with me before this incident..... But we never interacted before and when we did, i treated you fair because you did ok. So you really can't blame me of being biased in that sense. Despite the complains about you being in certain very bad ways (that i cant name without offending you), i gave you a chance to prove different. To get such a chance, ofc i had to push you harder. By chance i don't mean you being excused, but you given an opportunity to prove those that are against you that they are wrong. I pick you AND FANG, i didnt forget about him, and coated this test in such way that it will not disclose that it was based on accusations, just because i cared about not harming you in any way at all, untill the test was complete. That means i technically assumed you are not "guilty" of any accusations. Normally i wouldn't care, but you got in the spotlight with your "role", and became a public figure, a public figure with complains against him...so yes you have to answer to me if i wish to TEST you. I did such tests countless times, and if the person passed my test, he got even nicely rewarded not just spared. I have my own agenda when testing md people and my own top list of "sins" and "qualities" that i punish or reward, i am not a normal judge but never intend to be one, i intend to be correct in the way i see its healthy for md, and in general that coincides with having a fair, loyal, honest and creative character. It would be a lot more useful for you and actually anyone here, to think why i would randomly start an attack on a person that was communicating great with me a day before and that was so important to help me continue development. I am insane? Or stupid? Or why would i ruin that...hm?

Umm..biased? Instead of appreciating how fair i was in presenting the problem you tell me i am biased? I should remind you that i am by definition biased since this is a case i have against him. i can't wait to see what the outcome of the voting will be, out of pure curiosity. As already discussed in private this affected our work together to some degree (depending on votes), but it woke me up to be more careful with what i assume people do based on what i say. Depending on much this affected our cooperation will back off or continue with the push on you and your role, i don't want a chain reaction. If it goes bad, i will leave some time before looking what else you are doing. If we continue the research at some point, the success of the research will be responsible of you deserving your role or not. I am making this note here, publicly, to make sure its mentioned somewhere but also so that you don't feel cornered

As i discussed with you while extensively explaining you my reasons , it is as if you get caught stealing in a shop, but then clain you didnt had time to pay for them but it was your intention to do so. You should have made me a list of things you wished, OR doublecheck as you said yourself, but DOUBLE CHECKING is not done much later, you CHECK BEFORE you do those things, in this case you should have double check before getting the crits not sometime at a later time.

This is weird, but i am opening a trial myself about a decision i am about to take also myself, against Aethon. I feel i might be way to stressed and angry right now, and because aethon took the time to reply actively to all acuses i brought him, i felt its needed he gets a chance for a public opinion that might save him or punish him. I will try to keep it short. I need a vote to undestand how YOU all and each see this situation, also because its not the first time i am either to lenient or to harsh to abuses...so...here is your occasion to be the jury. FIRST I work with Aethon on the crit combiner, i am happy about his overall progress with the resources documentation, we both put a lot of effort in doing that...so at some point i give him two powerful items to help him conduct his task better. I give him Death Patrol pass papers, offering him immunity from being killed in Necrovion, and Fruitjuice, offering him basically UNLIMITED action points. I tell him not to abuse those. what happens next will be divided in two, what he sias and what i say, both true MY VERSION i tell him not to abuse the ap item, but if he wants something he sees around he can make a list. My intention was to reward him things he wanted while being able to view all necrovions treasures. I told him clearly that the items are for doing his research project, for nothign else. Its kind of obvious anyway. INSTEAD, first thing he does is he goes the next day or so, and grabs the rare crits everybody wants in necrovion, and explores the secret tunnel that is publicly closed so it had absolutely no connection with his resource research. He appologised about it, blaming it on a missunderstanding or betterw aid on the fact that it reads from the chat that i meant something different. My argument is that its kind of damn obvious that if you get an admin tool of such power you dont make consuses or interpret words, you are supposed to kind of know by common sense what is abuse and what not....or...not? HIS VERSION He understands he can grab whatever he wants but keep a list of all that for later. He sais he was in the crits recruiting place before, on his own, anyway. Also, sais he didnt took the crits to sell them so its not about abuse. A fragment of chat between us is controversial, he presents it in his defence so i will post it here as well. He claims i said "excelent" to the last part about grabbing, i claim i said "excelent" to the row above with "doublecheck if uncertain" part. He blames it on the missunderstnading and appologised about it. LOG CONCLUSIONS state your opinion and if he is punishable, and in what way if he is. Lets see if there is a general opinion. Is he punishable or not, WHAT punishment for this or what to do if anything. This will create a precendent too. yes you are allowed to argue about someones application for a guardian role as long as there is someone else, maybe yourself, that can replace him and offers for the job. If there is no other option i will select that single applicant and give him a chance to prove he deserves the role, so no you can't stop someone from being guardian of a place unless you "vote" for someone else, update: if someone applies for two places i will not select him for any of them, Mallos, THANK YOU you are saving me valuable time, please keep the list updated and let me know asap when all the places are filled, i will provide shortly (as opposed of "soon") a list of all places. i an't say yes or no to any of these, its yes to all but not sure if this is the way they will be used. I used wiiya for reanimation, its about identity, however syntropic dust as you can see in my notes (this post is just about personal notes i made public), syntropic dust was supposed to be used somehow for same reason you mentioned. but i can't decide yet the exact way the item will be used, i tend to believe it will be used as a consumable tool....anyway it could be used in any way, for example the one i have now to create grasans is used as a permanent tool (for testing). One thing i must be careful of, is creature spawning...it might affect rarity and value. But i intend to use such things for NEW crits, or at least remove recruiting places for some of the existing. Aramors are on top of the list i think....they should be create-able crits, not recruitable its a long talk, i will see what happens next as i work on stuff, i am not good with plnannign ahead, ruins my enthusiasm

ok, i thought about it, here is my conclusion. First of all, because this is a major concept in md and fine-tuning it by picking the right words is essential and of long term impact, i will reward this. In general i reward wishpoints or gold for such things, but this implied little effort but more like a spark of inspiration, it will be gold. Assira the Black suggested the name Fenth, I realised that fenth, by their definition, ARE exactly this but without identity. Adding identity to a fenth creates exactly what i am looking for. The name capsule remains as a codename for this, because it is more clear what it does technically, it encapsulates information. Check this out: You obtail fenth with the reality coagulator, its description states: " Reality Coagulator tool description says: "Device capable thorugh its design to create fenths capsules. Reality receives a shell so parts of it can be contained in raw, unrealised form." Afenth is a capsule!, so a creature-name capsule would be a creature-name Fenth indeed. Fenth are: " Primordial formations that store elemental bricks of information. Fenths are the "stem cells" of reality. " So yeah all this fits perfectly. There is one issue however. I am afraid of what might happen with the cauldron when using a creature fenth because fenth are set to be universal replacements of any ingredient. I guess we will find out one day.
