There is NOBODY currently checking your submissions. I need to put that team in place and do the necessary training to them. The spell docs ..well..i can't say where they will be but i can say they are far from being all distributed. They will be for lvl3,4, i don't think i will put any on lower levels, but i am uncertain at this moment anyway. Still plenty of clues to write, i will start however with the most interesting and fill the less interesting on the way.

When you go in a location first and cast the spell, assuming you are the only one doing so, it should work, if you cast it well (spell words followed by youtube code, preferably the method without a dash between them). However, i dont guarantee it will work a second time in the same spot , i believe it has some sort of abuse protection i thought back then, or it is simply a bug. Use it on its own risk so to say. It was initially thought for rp situations where a sound was fit to support a rp action in a way beyond what people expected. Imagine roleplaying a situation where suddenly you get your voice heard and not just the text chat, like behind an old station radio trying to "adjust the signal". Ofc that means a well prepared setup both for the soundfile to be placed on youtube and the spell cast at the suitable moment.

Post here if there is anything you would like me to write a research article about (clue). Coords are mandatory, but can be of any subject that fits with the place. If the subject cant be related to a location you still need to find a coord that suits it. I will use these as suggestions on what subject to address next, you wont see or receive the text if you suggested it, no reward for touching interesting points either, but the clue might get there. Don't write novels, be as short as possible please, there is no reason to write more than the coords and a couple of words with the potential clue title, from there i can handle it, if there is anything to write about that subject.

lvl3 and 4 should wait a bit longer till i add more lvl1 and 2 clues.

oh but this is just a start Right now there are so many things i intend to write, i basically set in motion the tools for my future hobby, to populate MD with such "clues". Writing things in things like a book is "bleah", there is no filter for who can read and who cant, like MD world offers, and there is no freedom for the used words of any sorts. One thing I discussed about the clues initially was to write enough that a 3y old player can see one per day, ..maybe there wont be thousands too soon, but a couple of hundreds there will still be. (some of them have nice sketches too )

yes the gender issue is hard to solve ..i hoped "him" refers to "player"..probably totally wrong.. "them" is not good either..maybe just "grab" but that sounds odd just so

The nice thing about legislator items is that they have an effect also for lost cause fights not only for won fights. The lost fights will usualy weaken the target so that more won fights can be counted after. the needle is an exception actually because it has both effects as weakening. The won fights effect will usualy be a lot more serious for future items. Won and lost cause fights effects will work together. For example if people can't win against someone they could move lock him, but if they win they could push him along the future heat veins..and so on. Causes can be triggered by anyone with any fight. It is a group effort meant to show intention. It is a very communist item in a way

This sikness of humanity to blame symbols for their actions is something i have no intention of dragging into MD virtual world. Avoiding the use of certain symbols because certain people understand them wrong, means perpetuating this sikness and further hiding and tainting the true meaning of things. As i hope you do realise by now, md has nothing to do with jews, arabs, nazis, christians, you name them, so that symbol in THIS context has nothing to do with any bombing or personal grudges whatsoever. You might find it disrespectful, and it would be, if it was outside MD borders, but its not. I respect symbols, its the only way to understand their meaning without freaking out and getting confused of fake meanings. Otherwise people think the pentagram is the sign of the devil, and such stupid things. I have no intention of 'educating' anyone regarding symbols, but dont consider it disrespectful that i dont bow to their ignorance and perpetuate it. Should jewish people freak out same out that the symbol on my book is basically the same in nature with the half moon? none of the symbols used in md are used because of any of their cultural or religious meanings (in the sense _you_ understand "religious"). Symbols have value, that value was (ab)used over time. Religions or any culture in general didnt invent a symbol to suit their needs but united the meaning of a symbol with their ideology. Only later people saw things like a six pointed star as jewish and a cross as christian. The named symbol is however taken from a context, context that has nothing to do with MD but i picked it for its SYMBOLIC MEANING not for its cultural meaning. At that time it seemed appropriate, but i do intend to clean it up and make an original representation, to avoid unwanted connections. Symbols are symbols. How they are used depend on people, like weapons you know. The symbols i use, or accept to be used, in md, are there for their symbolic meaning and never ever for their cultural meaning in any way. Its true that sometimes i avoid using certain symbols because people will stop understanding and will simply freak out. On the anniversary aramor i wanted to put the swastika, not for its cultural/historic meaning but for its "clean" meaning as symbol related to the sun. Just imagine..just imagine... I used an other, more obscure symbol pointing at the same thing, its just less tainted so to say. Sadly one symbol i cant really replace, and thats the christian cross, so, when you will see things you think they have a religious meaning, remember what i said. -

Aged creatures might become more valuable than they are now. If you plan to sac them now it might be a good idea to wait a bit longer and see what i mean. This is not an announcement because idk when or how exactly they will become more valuable, but its a 'tip'. The age of creatures needs to become more valuable in terms of its influence to other things in the realm, to balance certain other more recent developments. For those that enjoy seeing md in terms of a fine balance of interacting factors, i can give them a clue. Shared items do not require player age but give the power to handle resources, breaking any connection between a players age and its amount/value of his items....

I will be away 6-19 Sept. I might return sooner but i am not sure yet. I am sorry but any ongoing work (such as the shared items i left unfinished last week) or tests , will have to wait till my return. I might be online occasionaly, ofc to keep my active days I was planning to finish the shared tools i started till i go but other things came up.

newbies don't receive pms and if they do they should know about it. The scenario i had in mind when thinking of this feature was the "normal noob" that asks around things in the tutorial area and it happens nobody is there. They ask the lho and this one doesn't answer or the player simply closes the window without waiting. In this case the majority forget about returning. The majority of players leave in day one, sadly. email when not online is indeed a good thing and will be done. Putting the feature on default off its not very smart because its intended for when you forget about checking your pms and then you will for sure forget to set it on. Thank you for your feedback

And why not admit it, if it were my kid to do cybersex to someone online that he doesn't know a thing about i would react the same, quite violently. MD is also not a dating site replacement. There are some people that might care about md for what it is while others will just open a chat window on some game called md that "allows it" and use it as you would use a tramp. I can't and won't "judge" your cybersex sessions to decide if it was fit or unfit to md spirit (imagine that!!), so there is no way "some" cybersex is fine while other is not fine, thats just ridiculous. [b]The bad part 2[/b] MD rules are built around a core of freedom. There are enough bending opportunities for every taste. forbidding cybersex conflicts with a basic concept ..the one that pushes me to expand the land. Its not like if we are all in one scene and bother eachother. MD is also not an academic gathering where you need to behave. Human behaviour in md is taged by what is called here role, or role-play. If your character is a culprit, if you talk shit, if you do bad things, that is you, fine with me. There are and will be rules against it, IF and only IF you get caught. There is a thin line where i put this freedom core aside and use unfair tools against "criminals", such as IP ban, log review and so on. I use those just when they get out of their role and the damage they do reaches out of md concept. CYBERSEX is not a crime, cybersex is a risk, a double risk. One part of the risk is that it will break that thin line between your character and you as a human citizen. The other risk is to the purpose and concept of md. The moment you use something out of md as a tool for other activities, and by that i mean here using the chat as a tool unrelated to md, you affect md concepts, you "rp" outside of md, but being in md so to say. I dont know how to explain better, i hope you ppl understand. [b]The ugly part[/b] Rules are rules, not applying them is not an option. The cybersex rule was not meant to be used for hunting people, but spells can be used as their owner wishes and hunting someone to find its potential crimes is also not a crime..otherwise police would be doing a crime by simply existing. The only way i see to balance this serious situation that puts in conflict two solid md concepts, is through a new spell. If there is an ability to digg the past there should be an ability to hide the past. You will see what i mean in the announcements and no its not a chat delete spell, ..sort of. incremented time intervals are not on option. It is too confusing, and plus i want the items to regroup on tuesday, not other day. It is perfectly placed so that items can be used in the weekend and also during the week. TIme intervals changed as announced.

The first recipe i need to be written is one for toxic extract, here is the info: [CODE] $instr['description'] = " You will need an extractor to isolate the toxins out of carefully selected herbs. Firstly, put a fair amount of toxic herbs into the second chamber of the extractor and fill the third chamber with water. Set the fifths and the third valve to high while keeping the rest to a medium level. The sand needs to be placed in the filter shaft and changed after each use. Dispose of the used filter sand carefully as it might contain a high level of toxins. Keep the device running for about 10minutes then place a small amount of aromatic herbs into the first chamber and turn the 4th valve to about 20%. This will remove the repellant smell of the resulting toxic extract. Run it for an other 5minutes then close all but the 6th valve. Place a flask at the exit pipe. The toxic extract should start pouring into the flask soon. The described amounts are enough to fill 3 flasks.
