I got something where I went idle on one computer and then logged into another and was running around while idle, might be related.

People don't realize that they're supposed to create the end game content.

This post is ranty, enter at your own risk. What's wrong with MD? There's not enough damn fun. Fang is certainly going in a better direction than the likes of some people who prefer ruining the fun of others. What did the RPCs do? They created fun! What was the Shade War? FUN! We need some fun. I think Seedwalks are fun so I do those. MD is a game that I play for fun. Maybe you stopped having fun a long time ago, but fun doesn't come on a silver platter. You need to find fun, look for it. There's a door somewhere leading to fun. For Cutler fun often involved creating puzzle quests, for AmberRune it might involve solving quests, darkraptor also makes some nice clicky quests. Find something that's fun for at least one person other than yourself and DO THAT THING. If you must run fun, just make sure that there's more people benefiting from the ruination of fun than people whose fun is being ruined. And no, you don't count as two people no matter who you are. Everybody is exactly one person. Two alts of the same player still count as one HUMAN BEING. tl;dr have fun and don't be a huge dickface when you do it

[10/11/14 23:48] Valoryn:Then, to keep things short, the process of collecting evidence on how it all happened began. [10/11/14 23:49] Valoryn:And, although nobody wanted to believe it, every piece of said evidence was pointing to the same thing: there was help from the inside. [10/11/14 23:55] Valoryn:And while I was in the process of enjoying my morning cup of tea, Kyphis became so obsessed about my "Chronicles" book for reasons I still can't understand. [10/11/14 23:57] Valoryn:The training event may never have taken place, but I suppose the wrestling was impressive enough to give us our badges back that day. When you are making a quest you should ask yourself this question multiple times during the creation process: Would I do this quest if someone else made it? If the answer is yes then keep going If the answer is no then figure out why you wouldn't complete it and FIX IT

Do a bunch of stuff you think is fun. If it's the kind of stuff where others can participate and they have fun too then you're probably going down the "right" path to get this shiny stuff :D. Telling me that the gates are there and expecting my suspension of disbelief to cover it isn't very fun...
