Thank you very much for this, Amoran. I have P CS2, I have the pen tablet which was given to me to do my crazy things with it for a year and a half, and yet I couldn't fully understand the steps and the possibilities it has. Nice work!

Sir Kamil, you have to understand Awiiya's suggestion. What is unique about MD is its unique designs. There have been people in the past claiming rights from other people's artwork, presenting them as their own so as to get rewarded but in this way this could also harm the game as a whole.

I do have plenty of stories to share, but the time is rather limited for me to submit any. Yet I am willing to speak of them and there is no need to reward them. Just being present when various events happened near Bob, just being able to see Zleiphneir's reactions and just being one of Bob's guardians is valued much more than any reward for me.

If I were to chose a location in No Man's land then I would say Fortune's Well. A merchant usually resides at a source of water with his/her carriage. It does say that it is the Well of Stories, but since it hasn't been used it could replace it and give it a new meaning. And it is a rather popular place. All those who get out from Marind Bell and head to Loreroot pass by the well and vise versa for Lorerootians to get to Marind Bell. Or even just random people whose way include the well in between. You clearly misunderstood our words here. I wholeheartily support to have the AL back. What I meant with my comment is that the AL has always been surrounding a specific group of people and mostly veterans as of late. I don't know what is to happen to the story with Liberty and Lifeline, but seriously, it has been like 5(?) months that it was on hold. And right after that pause, a war began in which Sentinels, Knights of the Bell, Children of the Eclipse, Golemus and Summoned army were involved into it. I am not saying that AL can not continue, of course it can. But I always had the idea that AL is the story that is currently happening in the realm. Some chapters are over and we have them influencing us only by the memory of them. I do not know whether the Liberty's and Lifeline's fight ended or not, I do not know what happened to Kets and the seeds, I do not know what happened to the Shades after being attacked. What I do know is that we have a few months gap. [/quote] Huh? Do you have any idea how was the AL before you even start the game? The story was not finished, players actually had the ability to interfere and influence the story, that was the whole magic of it. Even the most insignificant person could change history with his/her actions in the middle of the story. I began playing in the end of the Shade Balance chapter and ever since the new chapter began, I saw people going along with the story that was actually happening during those days and groups were made, discussing about the events, plotting, finding means to aid a player who was currently in the Adventure log etc. It was motivating us. Now, if you just want to place a story up, that has already happened and none of us could do anything to change it, or even pretend to try to change it just for the sake of it, then do so. I just would like to suggest that the story to involve more people in it. And not just veterans. Not people who have already been recognised but new players, new roles. So, if you want to finish the current part with Lifeline, be my guest, I have by all means no ways to stop you. But do reconsider ALL the things that have happened ever since you put that story on hold. Things that were not(and probably never will be) in the AL, but did leave a mark in some of the lands and in some of us. I consider that to be lore.

[rant] Some of us support the fact that Shape Shifter received most(if not all) of his items by paying for them in various ways. I am slightly irritated about this, yet I do not complain about it because that man got them fair and square in my opinion. Since apparently there is no way to take items from him, I suggest to you all that complain to be faster when it comes to an item you wish for before someone else get it. It is that simple. If you really want an item that bad, then go get it and pay whatever the price is. Of course, even for the most common items the prices are way to high, but we are to blame for this because he give them the value they are sold for. Question though. Shape Shifter does have most of the items that are needed by various players. Common items or even some rare. What if he starts collecting Mur's testing items as well? Will this topic become even bigger if that happens? Some of the items were able to be returned to certain owners that do not hoard items and are willing enough to share those so that others may experience them. I am Bored is not included for this. And others that currently are on the top 10 of the item's list. Someone (that I am currently to sleepy to find who it was to quote him) suggested that there should be a limit to the items a player may hold. I like this idea although I believe that certain people will complain about this as well because everybody wants their items for 'roleplaying' purposes or whatever. [/rant] P.S. I voted yes, even if I am one of those who come and go at the globe frequently but I do this mostly because of the angiens win requirement. But frankly, I do the same in everywhere I go in MD, just with a different type or angien ritual, but my purpose is the same in both cases. And forgive me for saying this, I may like some people but my creatures don't. So yes, for the past weeks I have been attacking everyone I see just to train except a couple who I know that have unbreakable defences. And when I say train, I do not just mean to get a win for an angien, but to increase my other stats and also study the abilities of the creatures I am using. I would like to point out that when the MRs created their training ground there were no tokens. So fights were pretty much based on stats and rituals only. What Burns said is right, stat farming at the Globe will not make you any stronger. No matter how much attack or defence you may have, someone who has other stats like initiative and luck can beat you before round one begins. There really isn't any reason as long as tokens are there for GGG to exist. Face it. I know I do, that is why even if my token collection rather sucks (because I didn't kept my creatures moving from one account to the other and load them with tokens) I have decent stats. I am not one who is very fond of the fighting system but I got to learn a lot from all those at Willow's when I was mp3 as to how stats used in combat to understand some of the basics on game mechanics. MD is boring because we all make it boring. And trully, GGG is one of the factors that contribute to this. That is why new players know nothing on how to beat the Lorerootian Guards. Because they just sit at GGG using the same ritual over and over again, without even studying the battle logs. And then they wonder why they can't beat the guards. Point me to a player under 60 days old who is not an alt who knows where and which creatures are recruitable, what does a knator do on level three, what stat is required for lifestealers to suck your vitality and so many other things that are hidden in battle logs or in the creatures' abilities. Tokens apparently can not be removed, because a lot of us have invested a lot of money on them. But stopping GGG is one thing to make a start and make MD interesting again, even for us vets who enjoy a good battle every now and then. And even if people go elsewhere to continue their 'stat grinding' (if attack training can be considered as such) people will still hunt them down and destroy their defences, it already happens at GGG already. I believe that especially now with tokens people need to use the old fashioned way to train themselves. And no matter how long some mp3s or mp4s stay on that mp level, once they turn mp5 they are defenceless against a few around here. I thank the MRs for helping me raise my stats back then when the tokens did not exist, I thank dst, Burns, Cless and many others who were at Willow's doing _actual_ stat farming. Because thanks to them, I learned even if I got beaten many times. But I am proud enough to say that when I was mp3 I managed to get victories from mp5 players who had much bigger stats than me, much better creatures than me and yet I won. How was that even possible? Could it be because I found out how to actually use my creatures in battle and how to set rituals? Someone once told me that with the right strategy even the weak can beat the strong.

If I am not mistaken, when Mur placed that spell in the Wishshop there was an issue about it because back then the hidden exit was also a clickable. Someone was gathering a list of those who had the spell so changes would be made, either on those who got the spell or at the exit itself. Shadowseeker and Cryxus were the ones making the list, if I remember right. Now, I do not know if the spell is still able to be used but it could be because of that.

This has happened to me as well, but I have my account saved. Thus when I start typing the name of the account and it appears, I click it and when I accidently press enter more than once it gives me this couldown.

Just my opinion/rant here. To Mur: Well, I really won't say much to you. I told you all that was in my mind about you and MD when I was in Romania. I hope you still remember it and most of all remember that MD is not just another 'project'. It is a world that you created for so many of us. Those who passed, those who stayed and those that will come. Some have faith in you, others do not. Forget those who don't, they are the ones losing for not understanding that this world is being developed by the day, week or month even but it does so and they still do not have the patience to see what can happen. I will never consider this place to be 'just another game'. But I will blame you for something. I will blame you for choosing to be alone and not sharing the burden with others. I understand how hard it is to find someone you trust but there are some in this community, so loyal and dedicated and with the ability to aid you, but you decide to shut the door at them and work on everything alone. Nothing can go as you plan it, some things will turn into success, others into failure. But this is how life is. It has its ups and downs. Learn from it. It won't be the first time MD teaches you something. General opinion/rant: I have been in MD for approximately 1 year and 4 months. There are others who have been here for twice the time I have. Why do they stay? Curiosity? Boredom? Routine? Go ask them, each will give you an answer that will probably match the rest you ask. I personally stay because of all the wonderful people I have met, because of the memories I share with them within MD, because I can wait for things to happen, because I can stay at my place perfectly happy with what I got accomplised/rewarded/given/earned so far and simply do not ask for more but am curious to see what future will come to this world. I do understand that pretty much everything now has to go through Mur's hand to be implamented in MD. Call it code, story, creatures, items and so many other things that if I start to list it will take me forever to finish this post. I also do understand that most of us here believe that since all those things are on hold nothing can be done at all. But I still believe that us, the players, have the power to make changes around here, to create storylines, to have things running in MD. We are responsible for when a new player comes along to guide him properly and show him the magic we all once experienced (I still do at some points) when we began here. We are the ones who create the stories, like the ones we used to read in the Adventure log. We are the ones who need to see what is hidden behind the obvious. We are the future of MD. A long time ago Liberty made a thread complaining about what has happened to MD, just like the one I am reading here. So many things have been forgotten, now all that matters is who can be stronger than the other or which tokens to use or who should I pick today and have a fight with. And then you all wonder what happened to MD? I am but one person that may not have the power to change things but has the will to do so. Without Mur though, with all of you instead. But tell me... is there anyone who is willing to restore MD into its old glory with me? Does anybody misses the old days so much to put all his/her efforts to have this happening? If no, then I guess I am alone and just like Mur... without motivation or support, I can not work. More creatures? We already have too many out that most have still never used or even seen before. More storylines for lands? Create one using facts that are already told (although here lies again the issue of ancient lore or not. With the ancient lore being forbidden to be used, most can't even do a basic research on things). Another competition? Let the Torches be fully done, then ask for another competition. P.S. If you do want to rant and blame all that happens in MD to Mur, do so. I can not stop you. Of course if you do as such you will be the one who opens Mur's eyes and make him see what he needs to do or whatever. But putting all the blame into one man and his 42 fingers is more than harsh for me. You will point out all the troubles but you will just add one more burden on him. But... that just me.
