Hi everyone. 
I have a peculiar challenge for you. All "really good" entries will be properly rewarded, and by "really good" i mean the entry that wins, plus all other entries that i find similarly good but are not selected as the main winner. The reward will consist in wishpoints, rare creatures, and maybe also some of the new things like the enchanted items. Because the challenge is really difficult, i don't want to promise exact rewards, because i don't know yet if the outcome will be at the level i expect, but in any case rewards will be given for your effort, and if someone nails it down and finds impressive ideas for this, legendary rewards will be given (plus possible further collaborations, since this is a task for someone outside md that is looking for a certain kind of creativity).
The task is to depict a series of ideas for a tattoo (in words or inspirational images from the net). You don't have to draw anything, what i am interested in is just the idea. Of course if you can glue some images together or do a basic doodle, to better explain what you mean, it will help but its not mandatory. You can describe it in words (please not to many!) or google images that fit your idea and describe an adaptation if needed, whatever is easier for you. I will do my best to understand what you mean, and further present it.
The tattoo consists of a series of "scenes" or symbols, each idea presented in the list below, needs to be identifiable in its scenes.
 
The concepts are very abstract, and tbh, even i am usually good at this sort of symbolic associations, this time i find it too difficult for me, so i am trying here, because where else could one find such an interesting collection of creative minds if not here.
 
So, the ideas that need to be "represented" are:
 
1. Free love (in the sense that someone loves you (or you love someone) without the motivation of any interest or gain
2. Follow your dream (no specific dream was indicated, but could be connected with point 6 below)
3. Expect nothing, accept anything 
4. kill or get killed
5. Aqua (watter, could be a theme influencing the other points)
6. Music (not obvious by the classic notes, more subtle
7. sawadee kap (the "thank you", gratitude, gesture, thai and other similar parts of the world, you all know it)
 
bonus element: see if you can integrate THIS anyhow.

Dropping by once again to say "hello-farewell". This is I know exactly what brought me here: nostalgia.
I saw the 17th year mark in the game and I could not believe it! It's been 15 years since I started playing MD. 15 freaking years! There were players that were 15 back then (not naming names though ).
I saw some of the changes and I realized how disconnected I am now with everything. I honestly feel like a noob.
I still don't like the interface and I think I know why now: it's not the clean (yes, this is the word) game that I used to enjoy 15 years ago (I am a masochist for keep saying this ). Now it's full of animation and bling bling and buttons. All it misses is Piss Piss' fairy dust and we all know we get itches from that one!
And on a more serious note I caught a glimpse of few very good friends and if they are here then they are ok or at least ok-ish. I am glad and I hope they stay the same or in case things change they will for the better.
Take care of yourselves and maybe one day...we'll meet again or maybe I'll have the ok from Mur to tell some of the untold old stories...It's a shame for them to get lost.

I'm new to this game, but I'm highly intrigued. However, I'm 99.99% sure I've answered the three riddles available correctly. I've already answered a few of them and it accepted my answers, yet these three always say wrong. I would put the riddles and my answers in this post but it may be spoilers for some. (Not sure if everyone sees the same ones). Just wondering if I'm wasting my time and this game isn't being actively worked on. If the mechanic is broken, and I can't receive the materials intended, then what other mechanics are broken? That's my worry. What's going on?

Welcome to the game and I hope you are having a great time.
I'm one of the developers of MagicDuel and I'm sorry you have hit upon something I haven't yet been able to investigate. The riddles are indeed a little problematic as they seem to be sometimes rejecting valid results. The new starting area you landed on is currently being worked on although that is the only bug I am aware of in the area.
One of our teams have worked on the riddles already looking to try and resolve them however they have been unable to work out what is wrong.
I will however make it a priority to investigate it tonight.

On another note/rant: why bother with fights ?

As you probably already know, i am building an other game, totally something else than MD. Since MD community is my base of friends and collaborators, i am sharing this here with you.
I am looking for people that want to help find bugs, test it, share ideas but also build strategic maps and later on help me manage this game, if something comes out of it.
 
There is no payment involved, sadly. I am doing this as a personal side project and all the money i can spare from my daily job, what is not going into md, i will invest in comissioning better artworks and design for it. Of course if you are an artist and wish to help, i can pay for specific work..but thats an other story for an other topic.
 
So, if you like playing turn based strategy games, and you like the gameplay of this one and wish to help..well..i need your help
 
Things needed right now:
1) Bug testing. Give the game a try and see if you can find glitches and bugs with the gameplay.
2) Maps. I built a map editor..its rudimentary for now. I need people that could build maps using it. Building a map involves having a great ideea for a map, and placing elements such as water, walls, units and so on, on a blank map. These maps will be used later on as levels and multiplayer maps.

yes have all the tokens affected by the vit slider, as in, using 100% means you are not using the tokens bonus at all, using 0% slider and you are getting full power of the tokens, and all the percentages inbetween
having less than 0 stats myself, I use 0% to get the bonuses from the tokens, and this provides me a decent buff to my stats to help keep me in line against players that have thousands or more stats, being able to use the full stats and token bonuses is not what is implied and goes against the idea that tokens can be an equalizer for newer players or underpowered players such as myself

I'm really excited to be back after... dunno... 9 years or so. Thing is, I have even less time this time around and this s*cks big time. I see the realm has evolved (which is gr8), I discover them differences (which is awesome), try to study new mechanics (that's not so gr8), try to take in and make sense of the new interface, check who's still here, remember how addictive MD is, even started a quest or two, but anyways, it's nice to see how dedicated some of you have been all these years, I actually envy you and regret having to leave back then. But anyways, I start fresh and hope to manage to develop my character despite my lack of time and meet some, if not all, of you in the Realm.
