Fyrd Argentus: I think it is because if you go DOWN you'll see an earlier, scrapped version of MD. Fyrd Argentus: You know, like the ancients who built one city on the ruins of the last one? Fyrd Argentus: This one however is very colorful - because it was done in crayon when Mur was only 4 years old. Fyrd Argentus: Whenever you see color in the MD world, it's a crack in the parchment letting up a ray of color from below. Fyrd Argentus: And the reason he's so against color? Fyrd Argentus: He's still trying to shake off his embarassment at the quality artwork that could be exposed. Fyrd Argentus: But I still haven't figured out why he finds orange acceptable? Might be worth a try but the pressurized steam does a pretty good job....

I normally make soup when I sac a winderwild (due to lack of amenities) but when I'm home, this is what I do. First pic is the ingredients - salt, pepper, peppercorns, garlic, honey, sprigs of rosemary and thyme (they overwintered well - in summer use sage & oregano too), a little oil for brushing on to make the seasoning stick, and of course a freshly sacced winderwild. Second pic shows the lemons must be juiced through a strainer and the garlic must be smashed & peeled (in that order or it's a mess). Third & fourth show most of the ingredients in the bottom and the winderwild on a rack above, and into the Ninja cooker - on pressure setting (pic 5) 40 minutes. Pic 6 shows the steamed winderwild, which is brushed with oil then salt & pepper (pic 7) then run on air fry for another 15 minutes. The final pic shows the finished product - a wonderful roasted winderwild. Serve with your choice of vegetable, bread, salad, and/or dessert.

I've faced several challenges that spanned multiple years, that never achieved the fairy-tale outcome I'd hoped for, or the Platonic Ideal that I had envisioned at the beginning. At these times, I've felt like I failed. But in retrospect, the perfect outcome was never really possible and my efforts did make a bad situation ... better. This has helped me to look to the incremental improvements that are possible in our day to day lives, and not expect to achieve the near-impossible with limited time, energy, and resources.

Fyrd Argentus: She was traveling, alone, through an airport, and had some time before her flight was to leave. Fyrd Argentus: So, she went to a vendor and bought herself a bag of cookies. Fyrd Argentus: She went to find a seat, and had to sit down beside a big hairy gentleman. Fyrd Argentus: After awhile she reached over to the bag of cookies between them, and ate one. Fyrd Argentus: Then, the big guy, staring her right in the eye, reached over and took a cookie too, and ate it. Fyrd Argentus: She glared at him, twice her size, but he didn't blink. She reached over and took a cookie and, locking gazes with him, ate it slowly. He did the same. Fyrd Argentus: Eventually the cookies were all gone, and the big guy got up and left. Plans for Strange Mist Capture Device - by Fyrd The key is to cause coagulation and precipitation of the mist. My device does this using sound scientific principles, then separates the pure mist in a liquified form. The mist must be mingled with an aerosol of a material with as extremely different electronegativity as possible. Given the inert nature of the strange mist, a pungent sort of volatile liquid is in order - I suggest we try with "Exotic Perfume", "Knator essence aftershave", any sort of bottled emotion (or flattery or loyalty), or superheated solid stench (or sticky goop or sloop goop). The electro-attractant is sprayed as an aerosol into the mist, where the droplets are attracted to one-another, coagulate into larger droplets, and precipitate as they grow in size. A funnel mechanism captures the falling droplets and sends them to a boiler, where a heat source re-volatilizes them into a fractionation column. The two materials will make condensation rings at different points in the column, where each is shunted to a condenser, cooled by water (chilled by frozen berries, ice cube, solid rain drop, jar of snow, or unmeltable snowflake), and captured in a bottle.
