They must also agree not to deplete other sites, particularly Undermined Foundations in the East.

I guess you dont plan to negotiate on this but my counter offer is to extend this intiative to Undermined Foundations under the same rules. You can target original depleters on your own once this initiative finally succeeds or fails.

I haven't touched the wiiya spot ever since I nuked it, it's the general "community" that has been keeping it at 0-1.

Also I never depleted that one, in fact I have it trapped right now.

In my magnanimity, I will help under those conditions... what I had in mind was much funner though.

However, for me, fairness is always key.

If I see malicious compliance, where people do their utmost to keep it to just the limit, they don't help punish people equally, or they try and find some stupid workaround, where one person depletes, takes the pain, and shares the rewards of depleting etc. then I will bail in a heartbeat.

The point of this is to make sure people can use those spots as and when they need or want to, but not obsessively, and that is the only reason I will be part of it.

I would suggest allowing the pool of resources in both locations to fully regenerate is the first step.

Very well then, I won't deplete anything and transgressions will be punished to the full extent of my abilities.
