I am capable of opening every single editing page in MD that I have access to. Military Beliefs, Alliance Leadership, etc.

I cannot, however, open the Notebook page. I am given this line of code when I do.

I use IE8, the recommended browser for this game.

I can't even open it on mine I just use word pad and the form notepad instead it work just fine for me

Yes, that's correct. It works everywhere except IE. So...Microsoft "rules"

If it works on Opera its standards complient.

So if M$ made a browser that follows standards then it should work

Yea I'm with Fenrir. Anyway you can get this worked out in IE, Mur or other coders?

Alot of the playerbase uses just IE8 and it being the "default browser" for MD I think it should be looked into.

could anybody please hack into the source of MD main page and change default browser from 'latest IE' to 'latest FF'? that would spare us some trouble imo :lol:

Actually based on the stats that i have ~50% use Firefox and ~50% use IE based on IP and Hits

But this bug needs to be fixed.

I have had this problem since Notebook came out. It just says Error on page and will not load. I tried refreshing and clearing chace and other things to fix it. Until now it wasnt a problem because i made all notes in my wordpad. Now it is an issue

any more word on this?

I'm having issues with the notebook:

Tested by me, my alt BFH THE CRAZY, and Yala Sviseusen

2. The "OTHER" tab inside the notebook deletes all I write, even when I'm saving.[/b]

This is only happening to me. Yala Sviseusen tested it and not happens to her.

Use Firefox.

Newer players may use IE and have no idea what's up

But yeah, IE isn't great, just sayin'

Now I use Firefox, this works fine
I have had several problems when using IE.
Not the notebook isue however.

Notepad still doesn't open on IE.

When the Notepad button is clicked, nothing happens, the status bar (at the bottom) indicates an "Error on page".

The opening itself is the problem, rather than editing of the page.

LOL Still doesn't work for me either.

Confirmed. IE tends to be an issue. ie6, ie7 and ie8 all tested
Chrome, Firefox working as intended.
