citizenship requirements will fit the general guidelines of a neutral land. the only part that will not act neutral is me, but if there is anything more than that the 4-fold balance will crash badly.

Well, i probably feel more a citizen then all the rest, but i'd just like to point out that Mur haven't made me an official citizen of the Tribunal. I would love to be granted that honor, but still as far as i know that's only Mur's possibility, or well if i join a Tribunal guild, but the guilds there doesn't really suit me. Special thanks to Peace for standing up for me while i was away!

The Tribunal has changed since you disappeared. Unless you are already familiar with it, I suggest that you reacquaint yourself before requesting citizenship.

I'm already doing my research on that and i agree i have a lot to catch up. However, my position of requesting citizenship stays solid.

Apophys is a already a citizen of Necrovion and Curiose is part of the Legend Speakers. You should first check with them if they REALLY want to leave their current status and become citizens of the Tribunal before you grant them citizenship. Mur did state a while back that the Treasure Keepers don't have to be citizens of the Tribunal, if I remember correctly.

Treasure Keepers are supposed to be Tribunal citizens. Apop is inactive anyways. Curi is a special case, as Mur's Secret Ary. Also, this is not a thread where you request citizenship, it's Phantasm's records, so nobody will be granting anybody citizenship.

How to apply for LotE citizenship or Seal of the Six membership (preferred)? Very inactive recently - but when I am I am usually taking a walk in Tribunal. Hardly anyone there these days (or anywhere, for that matter) - hence using forum.

AD - 700+

LotE - 80+ (no other lands loyalty; was SotS member before it was hijacked)

If you'd have just read the first topic, if you didn't checked the alliance, you'd have known that the SoS is still held by the "hijackers". If you'd have wanted to join it again, you'd could have asked them first without using such a harsh word.
