9. I'll post a colour. The next person quotes that colour, writes a poem about it and then posts another colour for the poster below them. The colour should be one that they think relates to their poem. (Thus making this kind of like the word association game). The poem could be the size of a haiku, smaller, or bigger. The colour names can also be creative (magical sky dragon rainbow purple). To start it off: Red as a blushing boy as he asks out a boy or girl that he likes.

16. Mmm.. all of these answers are good, some great. So far Pipstickz, kellox, and Ackshan Bemunah have given the kind of answers that I'm looking for. The others have all been about the nature of Change. This is fine, but I'm more asking for reasons for this specific change rather than any change. That is, why do I suddenly like odd numbers a lot more than I used to? This could potentially get into the nature of odd and even numbers. I am planning on doing more of these on different Changes (I change all the time, but this one was quite significant as I've disliked odd numbers for over a year until now). Thus, you could say, 'Change changes because change is change' for each of them, but that's not what I'm looking for now.

Fang, you would stick with the Caretakers for life if you joined them? THAT I'd like to see!
18. I love how most of you have used the her/him thing. Actually, what would be interesting would be for you to use whichever pronoun you think fits Change's personality at the time. That is, what gender is change? So you could use her, him, s/he, shi, hir, it, etc. @kellox Canada's gotten ridden of the penny though, so either the new price will be *.95 instead of *.99, or it will stay at *.99 and anyone paying with Change will pay one cent extra so it's rounded up to an even number. (The price is rounded to the nearest multiple of 5). Good answers so far. Feel free to edit your posts to add more possible reasons (but I wouldn't get rid of what you wrote previously, as I might have really liked that). Also, all hail Eris, all hail Discordia! -)(-
19. If Mur can do it, I can do it too.. Change used to love even numbers. S/he loved even numbers even to the exclusion of odd numbers. Change hated odd numbers. Recently, however, Change has started to like odd numbers, even to the point of possibly favouring them over even numbers. This quest/contest will last for one week. I will give at least a heat stone to the person who posts here (in my opinion) the best explaination for Change's change. I will even give out the heat stone if only one person posts here saying 'Because'. Yes this is intentionally vague, and I probably will do more of these (though perhaps less vague ones) in the future. After one week is done, I may make a post explaining my choice, or I may not.

Yeah, but honestly Fang, my point with that is people would take you a lot more seriously if.. you'd act a lot more serious. You talk as if everything you do is a joke, and not everyone wants to make something that's a joke.

Fang, you say that this alliance isn't like the Dimensional Shifters because you're not magicians? The entire realm is magic. The rpg idea that 'spells' are the only kind of magic is misleading, especially in magicduel. I'm sure Mur has said that the entire realm is magic somewhere.. if I can find it (I really need to organize everything that Mur has said so I can find particular quotes by him when needed). But you're right. This alliance isn't like the Dimensional Shifters, because the Dimensional Shifters is and comes across as genuine and intelligent (and the only real connection between the two is an emphasis on exploring) while this comes off as... 23. Ahah! Found it. From that post, it seems that Mur wants an automated leadership system to take place. (Yes, it's much more complex than that). I'm thinking that this might be in line with that, somewhat. The only case where one quite loyal person would dictate citizenship policy would be either when no one else votes, or when they have enough loyalty to outvote everyone who votes against them. I agree that just one somewhat meaningless number such as loyalty shouldn't make someone effectively a King. Therefore, there should be a place where you can vote in favour and in disfavour for a citizen. If a citizen is favoured, then their loyalty for voting purposes effectively becomes greater (it'd be almost a similar concept to adepts). However, if a citizen is disfavoured, their loyalty for voting purposes becomes lesser. So, someone with 1000 loyalty could have two people with 300 loyalty in disfavour of them, making their effective voting loyalty equal 400. This could be an expotential process, so there would be a bonus based on the number of people who favour and disfavour someone, makine two 500 loyalty people's favour/disfavour be worth more than one 1000 loyalty person's. Ex. Total loyaltiesx(1+number of people in favour/disfavour*0.10) = total effective loyalty of the group in favour/disfavour. Thus, with the previous example, 500+500x(1+2*0.10) = 1000x1.2 = 1200. I just came up with this off of the top of my head, but the point is that two people with 500 loyalty would outweight someone with 1000 loyalty, preventing the 1000 loyalty person from just disfavouring all citizens to make their effective voting loyalty useless. (Note, the disfavours/favours of citizens do not affect a citizens power to favour/disfavour a citizen, otherwise it'd just be a rush for people to disfavour everyone that they can). The formula for favouring/disfavouring could be changed so it's more expotential (thus making 20 people with 30 loyalty have a huge effective favouring power) or it could be made less affected by the number of people in the favour or disfavour of someone. The specifics of my examples are just quick suggestions that I came up with in a few seconds. Rather than focusing on the specifics I give, you should focus on the general idea of what I'm suggesting. EDIT: Yeah, I just realized how giving the number of people favouring someone too much power could make it open to alt abuse. That is, a 1000 loyalty player with 10 alts, could get the 10 alts to favour/disfavour someone with it, and thus more than double the influence of his or her 1000 loyalty on favouring or disfavouring someone. This is why the specifics are not as important right now as the general idea. They'd need to be determined if it is going to be implemented though.
