1. I agree with The warrior, the "default" list should contain the complete list. Just use another name like "other" for items not in a specific category. 2. I have valuable ... | tool | ...| crafter | ... | bestiary ... In "crafter" I see only the "Box of rainbow candies". can't all the tools go to "tool" ? 3. as most of the ppl have only 1 bestiary .. can't it be grouped to something else like "valuable" ? 4. as dst said : when moving from one tab to the other, the cooldown should change (refresh of the content on tab change) 5. as dst said : when using one item, it should remain on the current tab If the work on remaining on current tab is started ... maybe it can be fixed also the other choices : - the open / close "see more" link box - the current link - inventory / mood pannel / spell pages ...

ON TOPIC: In Lands affiliations & tags you can find my proposals for balancing a little ALL lands. Also, down below in that topic you can find some other good proposals. Let me know if you need me to copy/paste all proposals into a single post. But I think that each proposal should be considered independently.

First of all, Nad complained repeatedly not me, and all my quarrel is with him (see his posts). Second, I repeatedly said that I will not deplete water, nor I want to. But I will go below the levels you impose if you collect before me (as you usually do). If you took water from one place but left untouched another, I am an idiot to say that I will deplete. [/spoiler] So, as I am not part of MB nor I will ever be (I think I did applied once, maybe I am wrong) it is in my own interest to protect myself from not-so-fortunate events and deals or trades. That is why I don't like when someone unknowingly puts an equal sign between MB & LotE (or other less unfortunate lands) in terms of tools and resources. Indeed we are supposed to discuss possible alternatives here. And the attitude "which is not MB's fault" is not helping. I proposed stuff and I still support changes for ALL lands. But I will not accept proposals of new "enforced" monopoles. As long as MB does not try something nasty, I really have nothing to do with them. If we are to talk about balance, then lets keep it about balanced.

I am supporting it. I pointed the issue again and again and again and I will keep on doing it. If you enjoy having that kind of language on the forum , fine. But I don't like it. And that is why I want it removed. Keeping old stuff untouched just because they are "old" just generates a precedence, nothing more. In the Market, the trade should still be done between ppl. Just the availability should be more obvious. And maybe, just maybe, there will be available the trade of fixed amounts of resources (a.k.a. splitting the resources).

I understand, you mean a way to trade (resources, items, whatever). As I remember, the only thing against this was "the need" for human interaction to trade stuff. I don't agree with this interaction as now all trade is moved on forum instead of being in-game. +1 for the market ;) The demand for tea (that expires) and candy (that expire) is so low that I am surprised that ppl remember the items. From my point of view, those items are similar to the "shared herb baskets" : everybody can get them, not enough ppl are interested. No, that example for LotE is not fair. Disregarding that it is not fair, what about the other "neutral" lands ?

Lets put it like this : I prefer calling ppl "by mistake" "dear" then "cow"/"bull".

@Mur: can I make a suggestion. Wouldn't it better to have as favorite animal The Deer (or a more familiar The Dear ;) ) instead of The Cow ? I don't want LotE be considered as part of the Hinduism ? I don't want to bring RL religion & beliefs into MD and especially into LotE.

Simple, you don't trade with them. They need the east for candies and tea, and probably the autumn-project will create even more links between the lands. If they always harvest all the water themselves, they won't find anybody who's interested in trading their tools with them. Once they need another land's tools, they'll reduce their own harvesting until they find trade partners. This sounds like a silver-generator which would greatly increase rate of inflation and lower the inventive for people to buy coins in the shop, which would cut the finances even more. It'd also make the resource game less cooperative. I don't think that's a good solution, really. You missed the point. The east has no tool to offer. All its items are free and rarely used. And candies are given for free - see the Caretakers' offer. So, fix the issue with the other lands' tools and then think again on imposing monopoles.

I am OK with that too, I don't mind monopoles and tools trading as long as they trade. I am from East. I can sell 100 candies (for those that don't get them for free for their Elu), can I have water / stones / bones on them ? No. Why not ? And ... if I manage to get 1 water tool ... what would I really get ? currently Nadrolski and gang (hmmmchewmmtoo) have depleted all water in NML & LR & MDA. Can you consider any item trade with them ... fair ? Please explain how this can work.

Misleading because you open multiple topics on same subject and then disregard them without any other update. Also, there are a few other topics on this very same subject, but you disregard them too. So, what else are you looking for ? You keep saying that you have a group for research on stuff. Put them to read the forum and gather & group the ideas. You also have a topic with links for ideas to make it easier for them. Again this crap ? This topic is getting to be SPAM for being so many of them trying to change this. Isn't there any other thing you would like to do then "protect resources" ? I am sorry Dark, but this subject is so old and so overtalked about that it makes me sick. And it seems that you just continue Nad's topic and the many other before that. So, let me give you my position and then you judge. Okay ? I want water. I don't have independent water tools. I manage to get my hands on one of the shared water tool . NOTE: shared water tools are very slow compared to the ones from MB NOTE2: experienced gatherers get twice the amount on usage (i don't think this is a spoiler anymore) NOTE3: Nad & gang & others wants that I don't get water So, they manage to use all the 20 or so shared MB water tools and their experience (2x gathering) to collect all water before I do. So what should I do ? Just let them at 60 % not to lose my item ? I dare you all to judge my story and tell me what should I do. Don't look at what others are saying just post your point of view. The gathering system is perfect as it is. You can gather the resources when you want to maximum efficiency or prevent others to gather them. And it was like that since the beginning. If I remember Mur's words, the gathering should not be impended (if I am not mistaken).

Or you can continue this one but still respond to the following question : Why don't you update "List of resources (from Awiiya's K doc).xls". Also, you can read this as a feedback . And there are other topic on this same ... topic. Also, I want to know the resource modifications before they are applied , with or without coder's veto.

As you know, at some point due to high stats you cannot just 1 but 2 resources at once. Meaning that he cannot bring the resource to 5. No comment on why he is using the 6/10 instead of 5/10.

Rhaegar, I agree with you , the spells need improvements but not the way you suggest. Why don't you really read my example ? Picking a random item from a total of 1 items is invariable the same. Maybe it is a coincidence ? Try to randomly pick another item from the same pile of one item. From what I understand, this book, as you proposed it, would grant regenerate spells to other players.

You should consider that for new players, it was designed the MP2. I don't remember the reasons for MP2 being taken out but you can reinstate it with forcing advancement after a while.

So, actually, what you're asking is an endless supply of spells for memory stones ? I don't think it is a good idea. I'd take JUST ONE very powerful spell, enchant into book, then use it on stone every few days. Then I'd give it to my friends to do the same and then we'd have so many power. Neah, not a good idea. -------------------------- What you can do is to use it just like the bestiary: a book of spells that you had (use one usage of the spell to be written on this book) and you can display it just like the bestiary. The only difference should be that there should not be a limit to number of spells it contains.
