This quest is to make a personal page that fulfills some specific guidelines below. An example of a personal page that we are looking for is on my personal page here: http://magicduel.com/players/chewett (note this is outdated and havent had time to update it) The quest is so that a number of designs of personal pages can be coded so that people can freely use them. This means that by submitting your code for the competition you agree for me to put it up as a template for others to use. This also means that it should not include personal comments about you or be designed specifically for you (like mine is, and therefore wouldnt do well in the quest), but be general so anyone can use it. Including sections for people to write information about themselves however is part of the critera (see below) The quest will be rated on, and therefore your submission should be coded based on these criteria 1. Cleanness of code - nice looking code, css and javascript 2. Use of Template markings, using things on this page - http://magicduel.com/pages/help.personalpagetpl.php and this page: http://magicduel.invisionzone.com/topic/10502-personal-page-template-replacements/ 3. Ability to add personal comments, having some empty sections where people can add comments, a wishlist and similar 4. A description how to use the template 5. Beauty - Does it look good? 6. Other minor criteria are not released, may be added to in the future Submission: You should make a forum post with the code, a description how to add the code to your personal page, and any special features such as places to write your own content. All code written for the quest is released to MagicDuel so that we and others may use the template freely. You are not explaining what is happening, you are showing some images. Do the images flash and then go to normal? statically appear like that? how?

As an additional note, voting is private, the only times when i spent time looking at votes is to ensure alts have not attempted to sway the votes or when polls have been created specifically to be public and the poll details reflects that AND it has been discussed with me previous. In the first case i still will not give out the details of votes, in the second i have only ever approved one persons polls to be public in a very small amount of cases, and that is grido.

When implementing this the location Mur and i were at was GoE, i specifically said that it was too close for GoE and moved it down but he still asked me to move it back up to that current location. Therefore i doubt that he will move it down unless i keep complaining to him. However, the current html is hacky, and im going to be repositioning it today, so it might just get nudged down a little ;)

The only way to see independent entries is to delve into the db, and i shall not be doing this for you since it requires a lot of time to reprocess the data.

Normally before big decisions are taken coding wise, i like to talk to a load of people and get feedback, normally this process takes a lot of my time. Nowadays i dont have time but still want to get views and such. I want someone to talk to people and work out how people use the PM interface, what features they want, and other information like this. Wookie Points Since many people have helped me in the past but i havent really kept up to date with them, i plan to introduce a new concept called "Wookie Points" Essentially each job you perform you gain a specific number of wookie points, these can be traded in for coins/items and similar. The more you help MD, the more gifts you get. Wookie Points will be given out by me specifically for doing jobs, redeeming them is done by talking to me, and prizes and other redeemables will be decided on by myself and council. Its just a silly way of saying "You have done X, we value this at Y, thank you" If people want to contact me stating what they have done before i will consider giving them retroactively but this is up to my discretion.
