If you want to help, you can start by reading through every single text and rewriting it if there is some issues in the content :) As you might expect this is a rather large job, so may want to recruit more people so its finished before this century ends. Simply put, there is a lot of text, and most people dont want to help out, so if you are going to complain and not help then its not going to be improved by those that freely devote their time.

Just work out your times, then work out your difference with the server and translate it across. Server time says 20:39 for me, my computer time is 18:39, so i would just add 2 hours to all my times.

TIme estimate, as in the time you work on TK issues in one week, averagely or similar. e.g. i spent about half an hour on the forums each day, moderating, reading and organising things. Some days if i need to create forums i spent an hour or so. This is relatively rare so i would say each day i spent 30 minutes, making me spend about 3hr30 each week on managing the forums.

Tom please use english on the forum as a requirement. Furthermore, it is recommended to use Server Time instead of your own time, so that people can easily convert since everyone knows their offset to server time and therefore wont have to waste time converting everything.

Changes include: MP3 players can no longer participate in the Heads Contest. Only MP4 and MP5 get heads each tick. So, as i explained ingame, there was an annnouncement, Once this was made the rules were reviewed and found lacking in a number of places. Therefore council asked MRAlyon to rewrite them. he did this and sent in the rules to council, which then got sent to me. During that time there some personal issues which distracted me from MD a lot (no, i wont tell you if you ask privately) and that meant that i didnt do this and the email got burried. In conclusion, its my fault the new rules wasnt uploaded, because when i was asked to i was very distracted, I wont apologise for not originally uploading them because family is more important than MD but i do apologize for not checking my emails well enough becuase i got a lot of emails from people, so its easy to lose things.

HC mods are all those with sendtogazebo spell. But nowadays they dont do anything. I think changes to HC is more needed, than these people just porting those to GoE.

Today i tender my resignation for the Kingship of Marind Bell. I had planned to leave after my first term as i told all citizens of MB before i was elected, which would be around christmas, but some things have changed, as have my priorities. The primary reason for my kingship was to set up the Kings Council and ensure that it would last beyond my time as King, I believe this is now set up properly with parties other than me pushing for meetings and similar. But there were a number of things i did not do and i shall be helping my successor with these objectives if they wish. The voting process has begun, in around one week the vote shall be published for all MB citizens, applicants can apply via the private forums. The voting will last a week again, and once a new King or Queen has been chosen, i shall hand over all powers and abilities. Thanks for all your support and i am sorry that i cannot continue my plans to their mature end.
