I'm assuming the method you use to 'steal' your item will need to be explained for the judges, and that if you are just given an item, they will award you little to no points in the "planning" and "tricks" categories.

With the large amount of people that dislike Eon, I'm sure you can get something of a schedule written up for herb-watching that would cover most times when he's generally active. Please keep in mind, though, that the only reason I'm trying to help at all is because I'm fed right up with seeing people say "Oh no what could we ever have done" when there is things to be done. Again, all it takes is one person to step up, take a chance, and be a leader. I'm not that person, I don't care enough about the issue. It doesn't have to be one of the "big names" around here, just somebody who cares enough to work for it.

There's always the more complicated option of having each voter submit an argument with their votes. Also, Chengmingz: the elections are still done by votes, and the power ultimately rests with the people, so I'd say we're closer to democracy than monarchy.

How often did you sit around asking Mur for things when you could've been out asking your citizens if they wanted to make quests? You also could have rewarded quest makers for making quests (in an objective way) by saying "If you make x quests, I'll reward you with a WP".

No, you shouldn't have waited for the public to test the needle, you should've done some tests yourself, and Mur may have talked about other things at your meeting about the tags spell, but it was announced back in July, what were you doing since then that you couldn't have asked him "Where is this spell you said you'd give us?". Of course, you could have also come up with any other solution, Mur is only saying what he would have done in your positions. As for whose fault it is, I don't think anybody cares at this point, because the fact remains that you didn't or couldn't solve the "problem" that Eon represents, in a way that was fair. That doesn't make you a bad king, it makes you human. We all have shortcomings, and in your place, I can't honestly say I would've done any different.

Day of Tranquility doesn't do anything with sanctuaries, it just disables combat entirely. In other words, not much, unless it was given the ability to specifically do so.

We may not agree on plenty of issues, and we may not even like each other, but there's a reason you won the election. You always fought for your people, and I respect that. I can't think of any better leader for Loreroot.

You're part of the community, make a suggestion. The community can't make a decision if it doesn't have options. If you propose a solution and actually stick to it, and work for it, people will naturally fall behind you. That's the big secret behind the big movements of our past. How would Tarquinus have brought together people dedicated enough to actually earn a new alliance, something that's happened like three times in our almost seven years, or how would Chewett have brought the kings back to life, if they hadn't had their ideas in the first place? The community help is necessary, yes, but it all starts with a good idea, and if everybody waits around for everybody else to come up with that idea, the same people will continue to do so, the Eons of MD will continue to be rewarded for doing something anybody else could, but they just don't want to. So go for it, throw your ideas out there, because if you don't, then who will? If this were just a small group, then I'd be ok with it, but since you've made it a public thing, I am not. If I see this happen, I'll probably just go attack everybody there. There's your fair warning.

So, what do you want? To be released from jail because you think you were acting in accordance with the law, or to have Eon there with you because you think what he does is worse?
