public resource splitters

A Public Resource Splitter would be a clickie that opens a fancy GUI, each PRS has a few different resources it can accept. One in MB might accept water in bushes, one in LR might accept herbs (of all types) and flowers. A GG PRS would split memorystones and fenths, an NC PRS would split Skulls,Bones,etc. The list goes on. At a PRS you would be allowed to put any amount of resources of the corresponding type into the machine, and take any amount (less than the amount in the machine :P) out of the machine. This would allow hardcore resource gatherers to sell smaller quantities of their resources or for people to create public banks of resources.

If Nim uses random.org then she COULD possibly fudge the numbers and give it to whoever she wants. I don't think Nim would do that but the system as it exists could be more fair.

How will a random number be selected? The most "fair" way to do it here would probably be if someone coded an n-sided die where n is the number of tickets

You can also store you MD notes and codes in .txt files and as long as you properly back them up it becomes nearly impossible to lose them. dst uses dropbox to backup all of her MD stuff
