i brought this topic up before. Not only was it changed from the orignal. Also included things from outside the realm of MD. While it was determined there was no copywright infringment I also thought it should not be changed. However last time most people knocked it down saying they were ok to do whatever they want and it died out. I suppose that is what will happen with this topic as well.

how is this proof? I'm not a big fan of Eon either, but eon-lovers could be holding coin for him. It is simply saying that not all coin is on Eon. For all we know NoOne or DST, Kyphis, or any other of Eons friends could be storing gold. *edit* BTW i think all these posts should be wiped so that its easier for bidding process. Though i doubt anyone will be able toe ver outbid eon on anything it wants.

you have to also remember Eon probally has gold stashed in other places. He pays quite a bit for teleporting stones and such, and still always has as much or more coin. We can't suggest or imagine how much coin one person may have

aye agreed with seig. It is not authority of "authority" you should be looking for, but the mass. Rise to the movement. Posting and keeping records of depletion is good. It must however be used to get the masses on your side, not a 'judge' as it were. I think people keep missing my point about this. A small force of movement can roll into a typhoon in MD if you move int he right direction. The conglomerate is capable of overtaking anyone or thing. No king is every mightier then the mass that it controls

I mean how should the community underake this endeavor. Should each land open its own forum, and vote privatly? Should people be nominated and voted on as a whole? I was kind of unsure what Mur meant by his announcement of how to work out the person from each land

I'm not sure Manda's way of brining the topic up was the best way to go about it. It does rais the point though, how should the forum undertake this current topic?

I think the basic laws of nature in MD are close to that of RL. We all believe that being good pays for itself in some way. Wether its "heaven" in R/L, or our own self imposing will to be a part of something greater in MD. There are those that believe they can defy the laws of nature and create a 'void' as it were. Evil imposing itself with such great force that it litterally changes the world around us. Laws of gravity and physics of course do not exist in a 2 deminsional world. MD itself is based on the premise that if you impose your will in the correct manner, it will happen. From 'eating an apple' to 'crashing an airship into the House of Liquid Dust'. So if it is those sort of nature laws you are looking for, there are non to my knowledge. Any and all laws of any sort seem to mostly be induced by the masses. Mur as 'God' is limited to keep the existance of the game. If he were to take awya everyone's stats, creatures, and told them to start again. He would most likely be a lonley person. Though an interesting idea. So while Mur imposes 'natural laws' of sorts, he is held only as far as the mass will let him go. A rather good topic actually with the current chaos. Or at least thats my personal theory

I would love to talk more about it in person. I agree resource depletion is wrong 100%. It is why I try to take such a stand for it in my homeland. The cure to it is knowledge as a mass. I think you somewhat missed my point esmaralda, tehre is no leader of the Tribunal. The Authority is all of us. The only one to file the complaint to is your fellow man/woman. We must gather as a whole, not individual lands. Not running to leaders or authority. To take action as a whole speaks more then Mur himself can. He himself would admit it any time. Thats where this community always falls short. It didn't used to be that way. I would like to see it that way again. I hope perhaps you understand the point of saying lawsuit. I mean if you hate Eon that much, and Eon causes so much damage. Why have we yet to see the group? Mur has said it, i think thats why he is trying to make so many things group oriented. Everyone lost touch with the community and went to the Authority. BREAK FREE MY BROTHERS!!!

By last speach of the demon, he claims to be no more a leader of the Tribunal then of any other land. His actions prove as much. Yes citizens of the Tribunal should be held accountable for their actions in any land. Any citizen of the Tribunal should be nuetral as is the land, they should abide by all laws and regulations of all lands. It is the only honorable thing to do. As duxie said, Eon is often trying to prove a point that being a villan is the easy thing to to in this game. There are however many who know that while being helpful to their own land and to others is by far the more difficult thing to do, it is the right thing to do. In a world where evil often triumphs over good, it is always discouraging to try and do the right thing. That is why those who do try, are held in that much more great of a respect. Unlike what duxie says, we do hold the power over the 'authority'. The mass IS the authority! Should those gather to be the mass that is. Most are too weak and scared. Stand up against he false gods. You are the master of your own destiny.

Individuals that deplete will be documented for further prosecution. To Break a Law set by the citizens of the Tribunal repeatedly could incur a lawsuit of the Tribunal against said person. Those who are citizens of the Tribunal are expected to hold strictly to these regulations. Documented cases of depletion of the land will incur a request for dismissal of citizenship of the Tribunal.
