1. Suggestion: Why not make it so that the Heretics have the option to perform a very low attack (say 1 attack for each level, ie level four would have four attack) And then adjust the values for the Bloodpact aura so that it essentially multiplies the attack value on the Heretic, with an increasing value on the aura at each level of the Bloodpact until a fully leveled Bloodpact would produce the same ritual effect on a maxed Heretic as it used to? (By the way, I am an avid supporter of the New Heretic Form, and don't really think we need a new creature to perform this role)

  3.
i'm a member of MENSA (www.mensa.org), which is the largest world-wide high-IQ organization - the requirements for membership are top 2% IQ (which means a minimum IQ of 132-148, depending on scale - which by the way invalidates what people said earlier that 130+ means genius, as I wouldn't call 2% of the population geniuses). The only "official test" I've had, besides the MENSA one, was when I was younger and it was about 3 hours with a psychologist and the result was 173, though i'm not sure on what scale as it still seems a bit high-ish to me the point with MENSA though, is that it shows you how little IQ actually means, as the range of people you find with top 2% IQs is staggering (mostly techie guys with a poor or no job or teachers, but also including anything from manual labourers to magazine editors to people running succesful businesses)
Yes, I think that the IQ tests used on people who are younger (like the ones that gave me my result) are simpler, because there is a smaller pool of assumed knowledge. That's probably why people are of the opinion that IQ's drop as you age... inconsistency between test content for different age brackets.
  4.
When I was a kid I got tested for the 'gifted program' and scored 147 on my IQ test, but I actually got put in the class with the slow kids because I had a speech impediment...
I was stuck in the damn special needs class for three years because I couldn't read until I was in year two, and couldn't grasp certain mathematical concepts. Then I got my IQ tested because it was school policy. Then I got it tested AGAIN, because they were surprised. I ended up getting about six tests, two in school, two from different psychiatrists, and some from an institute (can't remember the exact number, it was years ago). Turned out my IQ was around 160... Mwahahahaha! Sadly, I hear rumours that your results on IQ tests drop as you get older, haven't been tested since I was 12
Lol @ Mur. my jaw dropped when i saw that. I had no idea IQ's range over 150 :-?? IAB, i don't expect ppl to be honest here. what if someone has IQ below 90? they'll obviously boost it up a bit or more.
Hehe, one of the guys my girlfriend knows thought the IQ test only went up to 100, and was boasting he had an IQ of 87 Edit: I'd also like to point out I failed year 12 the first time I did it, and that from what I hear Einstein's IQ was about 150.
  5.
Wow, politics is sure fun...spam topics and yelling at each other ^^
Yes. Haven't you watched any political debates recently?
  6. Hey, guess who is too busy doing his final exams to be able to compete That's right, me! (and no pointing out that by reading these topics and replying, I am procrastinating. It's called "withdrawal")
  7. Crazy riding on a Catnip high ^_^

    And also awesome ^_^

  8.
@Kyphis, maybe if you really wanted that to happen you could try not to insult me (or anyone else) next time?
Try not to earn it then
There's not much point in posting unargumented statements is there? Actually in doing so, your the one polluting (you might call it spamming) this topic.
Since I was replying to the candidates, not you, in that initial post, and the focus was that they hadn't as yet given any real incentive to vote for them above most other candidates, so no, perfectly valid post (unlike this one, which is completly off topic and I would appreciate if you would let it die rather than dreadging it up again and again, as I don't feel like reply again if you're going to keep making the same mistakes)
I highly question your ability to do so due to your previous posts in this topic, you don't strike me as "inviting". And what makes you assume others can get the alliances behind them? What makes you assume they know the plans as to how to "rebuild" MB even?
You just ignored the part were THAT'S NOT THE FOCUS OF THAT STATEMENT Once again, going off topic so let it died.
Topic is not for me? I consider myself a citizen of MB if I am not allowed to argument my opinion (or to point out why your statements are flawed). Who are you to post in this topic? I'm paying very close attention...
Trix's cereal ad, look it up. Completly off topic, let it died. Whats that, all three things off topic? And my initial post is still completely relevant.
  9.
and Kyphis what do u mean with fiasco in necro.
For clarification, I'm not talking about the War, and as I said when replying to Observer, they are personal reasons so I won't go into them (and no, I haven't explained them to ANYONE). If you will note, I state that because of these reasons I am considering not voting for either of you. I do not say they are reasons to vote against you, just that they are reasons for me not to vote for you.
and Pip who is this last co-leader u speak of who got kicked and demoted? i have no clue whom u are talking about ... if u mean Lib he wasnt co-leader he was a full leader. and he was never forced to leave the land. he lost his alliance to the sentinels in the war and deceived to leave. ...wait maybe u mean Fenrir. then i am just really disappointed about ur lag of information... Fenrir helped us recruiting for SoE. he was the recruiter and no co-leader. then there happened an incident and HE LEFT SoE. he was never kicked.
I believe this refers to Grido >.>
  10.
Then why does it have a freaking thing to do with lifeline's abilities to lead MB?
I assure you it does, but as they are personal reasons I see no reason to explain them. I intentionally DIDN'T state them, a fact I was attempting to make plain to anyone who was reading it.
I presume your referring to this: And it does say "us" and "we" why does that make YOU think you can do the same? If your not referring to this, please clarify.
Look at EXACTLY what I say. I refer only to my ability to make MB more inviting and open, not the other things. However, I DO reference those other things when I say that OTHERS could do that just as easily. Silly Observer, topics not for you (You gonna call yourself observer, try paying closer attention)
  11.
I think you should get your facts straight, Lifeline was not involved in that as it was the KoB that fought necro (and the KoB only) he was in SoE at the time.
I am in fact fully aware of that. But thanks for pointing it out. If I hadn't already been fully aware of it, it would have interfered with my argument. As it is, it doesn't. (edited for clarity)
  12.
congratulations. I would also like to see the strength of my argument for your cause, have these been posted yet. Thanks Asterdai
Congratulations Firsanthalas! I would also like to see the votes. If you would, Mur? *gazes off into the temporal abyss, knowing that Mur is watching and feeling mildly appalled he has to do everything around here*
  13.
Ok. Stop arguing and vote for me! Yes, that's right. Vote for dst!! Shall I start with the "what I will do/wanna do" speech? I would rather not. You all know me: what I did, do, what are my opinions and so on. So...start voting Oh wait...until Mur puts the voting link
Hell, you get MY vote Two reasons: >1: dst is damn sexy! I mean seriously, just look at that clown outfit she sports... rahr! >2: I like having my account. Oh god, please don't unleash your bugs upon me! Ruuuuuuun! ~~~~~~~~ Seriously though, I have to say that so far, I don't like any of the candidates except Chewett (and dst, of course >.> please don't smite me!). After the recent fiasco with Necrovion (read Observers post, then my next one, before you comment on Lifeline not being in the SoE), I question Lifelines ability to look out for the best interests of the land. And Pip, as has already been expressed your connection with the land is questionable, so I question your ability to even KNOW what is best for the land. As it stands, this may be the first vote I abstain from. You want my vote? You better have a very good argument in your application you sent to Mur. Because so far, I haven't seen much evidence of your worth. EITHER OF YOU. Note: Not an attack on your policies, I think you both have good ones. I just don't see why those policies require you to be in that capacity to perform them. (A fact that Chewett has himself seemingly asserted, by saying that his and Lifelines plans, instigated initially by Mur, will go ahead regardless) Make MB more inviting and popular? Hell, I could do that! Differentiate yourself from the Flock! Go earn those votes!
  14. I can't stand Beer, one sip makes me want to puke (Horrible taste) Mmmm... Warm milk and Caramel.... dst, you're my kinda gal!
  15. The Joys of living in Australia and not having a passport >.> (I texted you Toten)
  16. Well, the place seems to be largely dead again, and so does the topic, so if there isn't any general increase in attention by the 20th of this month I request this thread be closed, as I will not be around and I don't like the idea of people spamming just to increase post count.
  17.
@Kyphis, not all proposed achievements have been implemented yet. You can see the ones that have been implemented at GGG - the orb in the center, and in the Tribunals - Statue Bust
From what I have heard from dst and Mur, there are more stylized ones that aren't activated publicly. Also, I recall it being said to mention anything that you did that you felt was a suitable achievement, and as it was on the list (for far less value) I felt like mentioning it. But thanks for your reply, anywho.
  18.
will probably be adapted to enhance the future rpc list page with what will contain.
Good to know, wouldn't want such a usefull tool to be lost (as so many others have, often through neglect on the part of the ones granted them)
  19. Hmm... I have over 1000 visits to some locations, yet no idea how to unlock the related achievements...
  20.
Reaching an achievement could give a wp for example. The collector concept is a main base for md in many aspects so why not reward achievements collectors too.
Will this be possible to claim on achievements you have already reached? Back on topic: With the removal of RPC's, what is going to happen to the MD Shop item in the Extra Features section that allows you to use the RPC list to locate the RPC's? Will it be adapted to fit the new role of locating whoever appears on the new list (as I suspect)? Will it be removed from the shop until a new use for it is implemented?
  21.
it'd be a teaching system, it wouldn't just be a one-off lecture
Yes, I understood as much, however that is the reason for my comment being as it was. If it was a once off event, I would be able to make time for it easily, but as a series of events, I may not be able to. Hence, my request for a log incase I (or another, for that matter) miss one.
  22. I'd be interested in hearing what you have to say, however my time is going to be restricted so if it is done in game and I am not present I would appreciate being sent a log.
  23. The event was a success, with performances by Assira, Mya Celestia, Asterdai and myself. Thanyou to everyone who came to be part of the audience, I hope there can be many more events like this one
  24. And I look forward to seeing lots of people there >:|
  25.
So, I must ask:

Do you accept the theory of Lamarck as seemingly accurate in MagicDuel?
If so, will this impact your roleplay?
And would it be reasonable to expect me to develop gills if I swam every day on Fenth's Beach?

Will the way items are commonly distributed as a reward for consistent and good RP, I think that this supports the idea that you could grow gills. However, I don't see it as Evolution affecting RP, but your RP effecting your evolution. In that regard, I do see it as being akin to Lamarckian theory, which is action re-action driven, rather than Darwinian theory, which is reaction exclusion driven. (sorry for coming late to the topic, I only just stumbled upon it)
