The Bug Gardens are now open for business in NML, 3 steps NNE of Wind's Sanctuary, 3_4x-3_1. The number of plots plowed and ready to plant will grow over time until there are 12. I will pass out doorprizes there from time to time, but I will try mightily not to give any spoilers about how it works. Feel free to discuss details amongst yourselves and put questions & suggestions & possible bugs (of the digital variety) here in this thread. The quest is fully automated, and is projected to become a permanent quest with the following write-up (these are the last of the hints!): ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Quest: The Bug Gardens By Fyrd Argentus Pursue peaceful and productive gardening while battling insects and dizzy spells (reset flashes) caused by the heat and heavy aromas. Use the Garden Tool Shed as a place to craft necessary items and read how-to-manuals. Only resources found on GWI are needed, and none are consumed. ________________________________________ Length: Open-ended generation of garden produce. Difficulty: Moderate at first, easy grind thereafter. Quest Type: Permanent Starting Location: NML, 3 scenes NNE of Winds Sanctuary. Requirements: None. Rewards: Progressive, from consumables (attractive to MP3s) to temporary stat gains which can be produced indefinitely. Each of the garden plots (eventually 12) can produce one permanent stat gain. Anyone who domesticates all four varieties of insect life simultaneously gets a wish point.

Does anybody know how to take a Word document (.doc or .rtf or .txt) and paste it into this forum as text, not image, without losing the linebreaks? I'm getting tired of paste-match-style followed by putting back all the linebreaks.....

Sorry, I believe I was informed in chat, shortly after my return. I have not had a PM message issue since, so maybe that is what you fixed. I haven't had occasion to do long edits of my personal pages since, so didn't notice until now.

Sometime last year I formed an MP3/4 club on the forum, that could serve this purpose. Let me know if you care to be invited, or even become a moderator.

Back to MP6 today and getting the error messages instead of spell choices.

This might just be an unannounced change in the player card. Other folks can still attack. Chewett told me back in April-May that he had prevented this from happening. Evidently he had fixed some types, not others.

Earlier, it just said "Fyrd Argentus failed to cast a spell" which means it DID recognize that it was a spell. Then this afternoon, the spells started working, but several people pointed out my player card (after hitting "more...") was wonky (see below). Note the chriselnenepr is my only worshiper, and has passed me some heat.

Today, it's working. {Edit: Well, maybe not. It lets me pick a spell, and give it words. However the spells always fail. Other normal spells are working.}

Not a super big deal, but a serious bug for a few... I was MP6 around Christmas and it worked fine, then I lost adepts and dropped. I must have gotten enough adepts active again and the screen I get from hitting the scarab on the right is wonky. If I click on the daily progress link, that then shows up fine. Clear cache and scene has no effect.

I spent a fair amount of time working on creating a Personal Page document. When I tried to save I got this: Action reported, you do not have access to this document. If you feel it is an error please report on the bug section. #rpcdoc22 #:0 It's working now with small amounts of typing between each save. I'm wondering if there is still a flush that happens at the top of the hour in some situations like this....? {Edit: Happened again at the top of the next hour - but I only lost a tiny bit.}

Friday the 24th, 17:00 ST. Well of Fortune - west from Marind's Gate (direct route from GoE blocked by the demolished gazebo top). Everyone who wishes to participate should send me privately details of a gift. I will draw random numbers for the order in which people then choose. The twist is, when your number comes up, you can choose to "steal" any gift already open, or choose to open an unopened one from the pile. If you "steal" a gift, then the previous owner opens a new one instead. This makes for an exciting party atmosphere. Coaching from the sidelines is encouraged. You need to describe the gift's packaging - size, shape, color of wrapping and bows... For fairness, the value of your gift should at a minimum be ONE of the following, or similar: 1) A creature that is maxed, colored, rare, or well tokened and/or sharded. 2) At least 2 GC value in currency. 3) At least 3 role-playing items in a theme, which must be accompanied by a story or explanation. 4) At least 4 casts of a spell in a memory stone. 5) A resource pile of at least 5 rare or 10 common types. 6) Anything unique or special. Give the history.
