So, to interject a different perspective.... I feel the loss of the clickie out on the island. Let's at least get the scene back and put the blocks at the recruitment or power-up steps. What did "partially" mean, anyway?

Okay, but we'll die of old age at this rate - me first probably because of my head start. Anyway, my anonymous bidder has gone up the 8sc -- bid now stands at 10gc, 9sc.

My Peasant signpost alts did not get the free $5 for signing up, but half of them did get the $6 anniversary gift. Same logic applies there, I suppose.

Because I said 72 hours to close the bid, and the last bid was less than a 1% increase in the last 6 hours - only serving to delay the closing - I am now adding the stipulation that I will no longer entertain bid increases of less than 5% of the existing bid. With current bid at 151 silver, the next increase needs to be at least 8 sc to be considered valid.

Sort of trivial questions, but the forum seems empty... Why is "soap" a reserve word in the code section? And for the first time ever, I've found a word that is not allowed in the CONTENT section -- "terror". Why is this one special? Code I would understand, but in the content section?

Also, in a true auction, there should be a reserve or minimum bid set, and there should be some mention of time of closing so a bid doesn't just hang in limbo forever with no action. There are other sorts of offers that can be used, we should not try to restrict it to these two, but the person offering something for sale NEEDS to explain the terms of their offer - whatever they might be.

Three words: Lost Path Adventure. And some more: If you want to use standard rituals and such, fight people. If you want new and different sorts of fighting and challenges, chase quests.

So nobody with a spare wishpoint is interested in this GG Glaive?

My vision was of a spell with limited casts that would therefore limit the number of such stamps around the realm. Plus they would expire in a few days, or on spell reset or such. Very few people would spend a wishpoint for this - except "dedicated quest builders". I'm thinking 10% the surface area of an avy - small. Color would be nice, but maybe only on mouse-over... Heck, a completely different game concept would be that the scenes were 100% composite collages of stamps put there by the players - but that is not what i'm suggesting here.

Would be cool to be able to leave a "stamp" -- some sort of minor illustration -- on the scenes for any eyes to see. Perhaps these would be little colored butterflies, flowers, mushrooms, skulls, footprints, fingerprints, cigarette butts, bloodstains, torn hem of cloth, etc. Would be massively useful in leaving trails for clues for mystery quests. They would obviously have to expire in a specified time-frame. There is probably going to be concern about screening the allowed stamps - so I guess there would have to be an approved list or pallet that grows over time.
