Could we please pull up the description from the forge after it was made? I know for a fact it is a dual function item, and it even says so in the description for said item.

I didn't want to publicize the full description for my candy jar, but it seems I have no choice. Below is the PM from the forge itself, and you'll find the forge description when looked up reflects the exact same.

You will need to discuss this with Mur. He will have to intervene and will judge if this item is deserving of the complexity.

I got the Chase Wodin spell as part of the evo shop, and it seems it takes me to Gateway Island instead of where ever Wodin is (unless thats where he is, in which case it works just fine).

It seems the spell was given as part of the Loreroot Soldier bundle in Tier 34 of the evo shop.

    Judgement: The Deathbringer, Lonsdaleite Edge

Using the blueprint from the Deathrbinger, and the items required to make the sword (plus some extra flavour), Else has recreated his own unique sword.

    Creativity: 9/10
The Blacksmith + Sorrow Smith combination, Deathbringer lore, unconventional materials, and personal history behind the stones make this more than simply trying to forge a strong sword.

    Use of Materials: 9/10
Most materials had a clear purpose, from the iron and Lonsdaleite to the heatstone, coal, cooling materials, and diamond. The bones, skin, paper, and herbs could have been explained more, but they add to the experimentation.

    MD Logic: 7/10
The attempt fits the idea of experimenting with materials, lore, symbolism, and personal history rather than following a conventional recipe.

    Craftsmanship: 9/10
There was clear planning behind the materials and process, including heating, cooling, construction, and personal elements.

    Purpose: 8/10
The goal was clear: create a Deathbringer-inspired sword for roleplay and potentially use it in future Forge experiments.

    Forge Result: 9/10
The result is almost perfectly aligned with the attempt: Deathbringer, Lonsdaleite Edge. Even the mechanics reflect the process, with the blade awakening through heat, burning for 90 minutes, then requiring time to cool and recover.

    51/60

Overall, I think this is a very successful Forge experiment. The most interesting part isn't simply that it produced the sword that was intended, but how closely the Forge interpreted the materials and ideas that went into it.

    Wishpoint granted.

It's me! i found myself back here again, hello!

i took a few days to look around, everything is so different now, maybe good, maybe not so good, but it seems like i am here again to find out :D

My previous consecutive AD count over the last 15 years was 11. Its 52 now. That should speak volumes.

If you spend any time engaging with my posts you would see that it’s not as simple as Fang is claiming. If you wanted to help you could provide some thoughts, ask questions, learn why I’m struggling to get the values (see above).

Instead you are just downvoting and trolling.

Everyone can see your vitriol towards me.

If you want to be a abusive towards me, fine, but you aren’t helping MagicDuel make things better. And it’s crystal clear you aren’t “trying to be friendly” towards me.

Trolling? Hardly. I simply pointed out that it takes seconds, not half an hour, to get your day to count. I disagree with the entire premise of making this easier just for the sake of convenience.

Not everything needs to be streamlined. If we keep removing the effort required to participate, it starts to diminish the value of actually being involved in the realm. The goal shouldn't be to log in, collect your rewards, and leave.

If you can't take the time to log in and actually participate in the realm, then I don't think you should be entitled to the AD and other rewards that come with that participation. Those rewards should have some connection to actually being present and involved, rather than simply showing up long enough to claim them.

And if that makes me sound harsh, then I apologize if I want to encourage active participation rather than rewarding laziness. Missing a day is perfectly fine. Real life happens, people get busy, and nobody should be punished for that. But I don't think the system should be changed simply to make it easier for people who don't want to participate at all. Sorry if you think that's abusive towards you. That actually made me laugh lol

  6. With the changes to the armour system and minting, there is now a rather interesting requirement when it comes to creating equipment.

Before any equipment can be made, 80 Bark is required to produce Paper, using the Bark Press found at Ravenhold.

With all of these new uses for Bark, the demand for the resource has naturally increased. As more systems begin relying on it, the current amount that can be harvested starts to feel a little low in comparison to how much the resource is now being asked to provide.

One possible way to address this could be to introduce something similar to the Storm system that increases the amount of Water available. Perhaps a Bloom spell could temporarily increase the amount of plant-based resources that can be harvested.

The spell could require a special fertilizer, produced from Grasan sacrifices, giving the sacrifice system another meaningful use while tying it directly into the growth of the forest.

It would also fit rather nicely with Loreroot thematically. The forest is being fed, and in return it produces more. Rather than simply increasing Bark's base availability, this would create another way for players to actively influence the resources the forest provides.

This could potentially apply not only to Bark, but to other plant-based resources as well, depending on how the system is balanced.

  7. I am looking at purchasing the following:

Wood based resources (bark, branches, lumber, etc)

Bone based resources (bones, skulls, etc)

    Pumpkins

    Glue

    Paper

Max Level Critters of any kind that new players would find useful

Please pm me with what you have, and what you want in gold.

    1) unintended, but if you like it, it could indeed g8ve a new dimension collecting some resources, especially thst this onpy happens if the trap is set there

    2) sounds like a bug, will fix next week

    3) evo points for catching? too easy to rig you get evo points for casting and using items already. It ..cluld..work, but i think what will happen is lots of little ledahs doing it on purpose

I mean, if being move locked for hours on end is what little ledahs want to do... okay? :P I guess you can dispell it, but you have very limited casts of those.
