There will be a number of trees, including the central sitting area, beside the pond, in the orchard forest garden, and scattered around in other places where they will fit. Lemon trees are particularly easy to place because they can often be grown as a shrub, rather than a full size tree. If you are speaking about the tree in the central sitting area, I had a magnolia in mind. It is ever-green, has big beautiful flowers, a nice canopy, and is representative of the place I live.

I think created plants would be a fine addition. There is a lot involved in plant creation including, but not limited to botanical properties, edible, medicinal, and other uses, ecological niche, habitat, etc. If you begin to create plants, I will be happy to work with you to develop their nature.

The labels 'Fenths Press', 'Maple Road', and 'Fortune's Well' are labels for where the roads lead to. None of those places are actually represented on the map. The label 'Loreroot' does represent the southern edge of Loreroot Forest, which is visible at the top of the Meeting of the Roads hill. That forest (South of the Oak Fort) is not an accessible location as far as I know.

I had previous offers of 2 sc apiece from Dragonrider. We never met ingame and he found some other UPs to buy. Each have stored heat over 60k. Will sell as soon as I receive an acceptable offer.

Bump. I have decided not to accept either of the previous offers. Aramor is still up for trade. I'm primarily interested in items at the moment. One important item I seek, of which there are several in the realm, is a wooden flute. I will consider all item offers. Not interested in a mop.
